    Horse patch for tailor.
    Richard L.

This is a fun store with a lot more selection and services than a local mall store. This Levi's store sells Japanese denim and a full tailor shop (alterations, embroidery, and patches). The store also has unique San Francisco merchandise. The one thing that really stood out was the white tarp over the sign. I thought they were permanently closed. However the tarp was Levi's leaning into a social media trend making fun of the tarp over the Levi's logo at Levi's Stadium during the World Cup.

Staff here is super friendly and they always patch my patches on my jeans The value is def worth it especially if you've been to the places. Deletion is def worth is because patches can be expensive and 3 for 30 is good.

Went in just to browse but looked at a lot of jeans, T-shirts, hats and a couple of bags on display. Some deals that were on sale were outerwear for 30% off, which sort of made sense because it's Spring leading in to Summer. Mens's Clearance was in a section behind the cash register which I was surprised to see items in my size, I just didn't have room in my luggage to bring home new clothes. When I went to ring up my item, the sales associate asked me for my email address to receive 10% off today's purchase! The staff were very nice and helpful. And I feel like had I tried out anything they would have went all the way out to help me find a specific sizes, colors, etc.

The experience with such great staff makes the shopping experience that much better. With a very visible store front, I decided to revisit this long standing company. I was not disappointed. When you walk in, the Levi's Tailor Shop has many colorful, unique patches to sell & they offer Same Day Service for: -Buttons, Tabs, Back Patch Swap, Monograms & even Standard Hems Off to the right is Women's clothing & on the Left Men's Clothing offering jackets, jeans, shirts, sweat pants,Sweat shirts & even some vests, sweaters & accessories. It was fun to look at the side slings & to get one at half off. At the end of the store was a discounted section, I ended up buying the side sling bag & Big Sur sweat pants. The quality of both items are impressive. What I also learned by speaking to a sales clerk or possibly a manager was that because it is a flag shop store they will carry items not sold on-line to give it a uniqueness to this shopping experience. Overall, love the helpful, cheerfulness of the staff at Levi's SF, I will definitely be back.

Its a nice store, but prices are way marked up compared to stores that sell other Levi's products. When I'm in the area, I always like to browse the store looking for new levi jeans/jackets, then buying them elsewhere lol. Store itself: Clean, bright, cool, and hip one can say. Very neat interior which is always nice. As I know many of us have seen department stores messy as all can be, this store is always neat. Lots of clothes both for men/women. Sadly not alot of jackets, even when it's winter... has a custom jean tailoring pickup area which is cool. Service: Not much. There was a "door greeter" and the rest of the employees were seen chatting away at the registers, and not offering guests service. Which is s big Downside. Overall: A great place to browse when looking for Levis items in person, but other than that, too much of a markup to justify buying items from here vs other department stores.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I've had in years. Long lines, shrugged shoulders.

How is the tailor shop? I want to have a trucker jacket tailored to more of a slim fit. Anyone have any experience with them? Thanks.

My favorite tailor around is at San Leandro Nordstrom Rack. She is incredible better than anybody - even if it wasn't reimbursed with the use of a Nordstrom charge card I would still go out of my way to see see her.

I would call it WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE, because the entry is definitely accessible, and if anything isn't, the employees go out of their way to move things and make it accessible! Their attitudes in general are very friendly and helpful, as is that of the owner (it's a woman-owned store!). Therapy doesn't close until 7:30 pm, which gives you plenty of time to run in for a birthday card and gift after you leave work and are on your way to a friend's birthday party! I was correct and also so glad I took the time to stop in. Firstly, the store employees: Tiara and Janielle were immediately and incredibly helpful, knowing that I'd likely want quarters for the vending machines and accepting my silly $2 bills (which my father put in my stocking at Christmas because he's a prankster like that) and handing me a cup full of $6 worth of quarters while explaining the vending machine limit of 3 prints per person very kindly. I asked if it was ok if I filmed and they assured me it was totally fine! This was really cool later on, as the shop's account commented on the video that I posted and that felt very interactive! After I had used up my last quarter and gotten my 6th mini mystery print from the vending machines, I started my search for a birthday card for the previously mentioned prankster-father of mine. The selection was delightful! Perhaps not massive, but still delightful as every option was by a local artist and priced really fairly for that privilege (about $6-6.50 per greeting card, which is actually a great value). I found four birthday cards for various people in my life and two "get well" cards for a friend and my mom who are both about to have surgery. After that I started to search through the other items in the shop, of which there were MANY and the options were so incredibly cute and kitschy as well as being very usable. I didn't end up getting anything other than the greeting cards, mostly because of the pricing, but I can respect a high price-tag when it's on a locally made artisanal item. I just couldn't personally afford any of it on that particular day! My six greeting cards totaled out to $46 including tax, and I'm ok with that! I've already used one and it was appreciated greatly! I have to say that the highlight of this visit wasn't the items or the super cool mystery art vending machines, although all of that was incredibly fun and exactly what I was looking for going in.. but the staff really made me feel welcomed and hyped up and I think that the soul of a store is sometimes made or broken by it's employees and how obviously they like or dislike their jobs. These individuals obviously enjoy working here and I felt welcomed by their energetic and thoughtful interactions with me. I will absolutely return!

The staff is friendly and the variety of bags and accessories is always exciting to browse through. I ended up getting the Black Medium Cargo Crossbody. It can fit a water bottle, my sunglass case, phone, wallet, keys, and more! It's a really good size and I was impressed at how much can fit in it. I also like that it was made our of recycled material. It was around $56, so the price point isn't that bad esp cause I know the quality is good. My only small complaint is that there aren't enough mirrors in the store--it can be tricky to see how a bag looks when you're wearing it. A few more mirrors would make the shopping experience even better. Still, a great store and I'll definitely be back!

I'd say the prices are comparable to Cath Kidston, Vera Bradley, LeSportsac, and Kipling, but Baggu offers better designs at possibly a lower cost. I recently visited the store for my birthday, which was exciting since I've always purchased online through Facebook, Mercari, Depop, and Poshmark. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
