Fast and efficient tow from Dublin to Castro Valley. Had the most unusual car problem and before getting frustrated I called AAA to get my car to a trusted mechanic. New fancy tow truck came and very very fast. Driver communicated and let me know when to expect him - I think his name was Alex. Very friendly. That same day I saw this same company with a different truck along the freeway between Castro Valley and Dublin. This company must be a volume leader in the area. Very professional - couldn't ask for more. Hope to get my car back soon. Been a few days already and I miss it. read more

0/10 . Had a battery replaced through AAA for my 80 year old grandmothers car. It lasted less than 24 hours before leaving her stranded on the side of the road with no power and a burning electric smell despite the alternator test being normal and a brand new battery installed. . I called the company directly in hopes they could send someone to repair the problem or coordinate with aaa so she wasn't waiting too long on the side of the road. "Rose" answered kept putting me on hold for "computer issues" despite me calling 3 times and asking to please not be put back on hold. didnt give me a chance to even explain the problem. I Was refused a chance to speak to a manager was told they dont work on weekends. read more

Andre and Joey were very pleasant and helped me tow my car to my auto shop. They helped make a bad situation not so miserable. They were professional and kind. My auto shop would have been closed by the time my car arrived there, so they offered to drop my key in the after hours box and fill out the forms for me so I wouldn't need to follow them to the shop. They texted me a photo of my car upon arrival at the shop. Would highly recommend if you need tow services. read more

Beware of Loyal Towing in Livermore. This is a criminal organization. They should be shut down by the City of Livermore. They use predatory tactics to hold vehicles hostage for exorbitant fees. On December 23, 2025, I called AAA for a tow from Dublin Toyota to San Ramon. Loyal Towing showed up. Upon arrival, the driver refused to take my car to my home or a body shop of my choice. Instead, he forced me to let him take it to their storage yard, claiming my insurance would have to handle it from there. This turned out to be a scam to rack up storage fees. Less than 24 hours later, they demanded $1,157 for "storage," plus a 5% credit card surcharge. I ended up paying $1,215 just to get my car back after one day. I had to hire a completely different company to finish the job they refused to do. Check the other reviews--this is a pattern. Save yourself the money and the headache: If their tow trucks show up, refuse to use this company. I will dispute the $1215 charge from this criminal company. read more

I am so thankful for the AMAZING service we received from Armando and John. I was having such an awful day to begin with and to top it off our car broke down on the freeway. It was so scary. Armando got to us quickly and he was kind, friendly and patient with us. I am beyong grateful for the time they spent on the phone with me trying to get everything taken care of; because AAA has the worst customer service, it's a joke. John, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me out. And to Armando, thank you so much for everything and for keeping me updated. You guys are the best!! read more

Stay away from this tow company. They arent trustworthy and will lie to AAA to CYA. There is a reason why they ask you to sign release of liability forms, unlike any other tow companies. AAA should cut them out of their contract list. read more

Phenomenal service from Philip at Loyal Towing! I had to get my car towed early on a Saturday morning, and he went above and beyond from the start. Before hooking up the car, he even checked underneath to see if anything was visibly wrong. From the moment he answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands--his personality and laughter instantly turned a stressful day into a better one. What really stood out was the kindness he showed, not only to me but even to my Frenchies--he truly treated us with care. Philip made sure my car was safely delivered to the shop and even took care of getting the keys there. It's rare to come across this level of service, professionalism, and genuine heart. Philip deserves an MVP award! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Loyal Towing is lucky to have him. read more

Loyal Towing driver Billy Roberts was amazing! We had issues with getting our car towed because it was lowered and Triple A dispatch denied our first request. We had to leave the car there in Sunol and came back the next day and luckily tow truck driver Billy was the one that came and told us he would be more than happy to tow our vehicle. We lost hope with Triple A but Loyal Towing was great in our experience. ASK FOR BILLY!! He was very helpful, great and accommodating. It was a rainy night and he was more than willing to make the drive of 50-60 miles. 10/10 read more

Well! ANDRE GOODALL made my super shitty day into a much better day! My "chassis stabilization" light came on and completely slowed my car down to zero in the fast lane on the highway. I pulled over and requested a tow from AAA. Within minutes, I was set with my driver, Andre, and he communicated the whole time with me until he got there. He was transparent with the time and I loved the honesty. When he got there, he was a gentleman and told me to go inside the truck to get out of harms way. He rowed me to Concord in a safe and quickly manner all while in rush hour traffic. He was such a sweet and kind individual and you can tell he's a genuine great person. Good job for Loyal Towing for employing people like him! Thanks Andre. You saved my day :) read more

Worst tow company ever bait and switch scammers I had a flat tire so I called AAA and these scammers showed up . Instead of taking the car to my home , as instructed, they towed it to their yard and $610 for the tow and $300 storage for 5 hours . I have AAA premier service so my tow should have been free . Dang, Loyal Towing totally saved my butt yesterday during the evening rain. I was stuck in Dublin off 580. My beloved 2004 Toyota Highlander's timing chain went kaputt and there went my entire engine block. Tragic. I've babied that car for almost two decades. It was just her time at 280k miles. She had ample fresh oil and everything. Tragic, it's the end of an era. Time to get a new four banger. Anyway, called AAA, got quoted 1 hour for the tow eta. Moody from Loyal Towing showed up in less than 20 minutes. Man, under-promise and over-deliver. Thank you AAA. Moody was hella cool to talk to the whole way to my mechanic's. He was extremely professional and courteous despite the rainstorm and all. My dog was also with me and Moody was great with the dog too as he was trying to "help." I got some project car towing needs coming up too later this year and I'll 100% keep Moody and his team in mind when it's time. read more

Anyone who does not have the knowledge or the time to research reputable towing companies/auto related things in the East Bay.. I got you. My father was my trusted mechanic/auto guy and since his passing, I've been met with unfortunate experiences. This review is a shoutout to Loyal Towing and specifically, their employee, Chandler. Chandler arrived within 7 minutes of my fiancé and I calling triple A (in a panic) as I was late for an important meeting. He referred an even more cost effective and FAST tire replacement place (RT' Tire, who will be getting the next great review for service) and didn't waste any time getting business handled, getting my car off the dangerous shoulder during traffic times. The last towing experience I had wasn't great, so I wanted to even mention how clean the inside of his tow truck was! This makes a huge difference! We spoke briefly about car related things and my concern for being scammed as I don't have as much auto knowledge as I'd prefer, and he was able to give me cost effective and trustworthy recommendations for local services I may need. The company name reflects the quality of service. read more

Called Loyal Towing (through AAA) for a flat tire to change to the spare. Elijah was here in less than 10 minutes and able to check the damage to see if the tire was ok, remove the screw and fix the tire on the spot and super quick! Really happy with the service. That's the first time that service was offered and I've used AAA close to 10x over the years. Friendly and efficient service I would definitely recommend them. I ended up using Loyal Towing after AAA sent another company with a flatbed truck who was unable to perform the tow. The driver, Abdulatif Armando was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with his work today and would definitely use Loyal Towing again in the future. read more

Had my car towed home via AAA after getting an astronomical repair estimate. Driver from Loyal Towing picked up my car, but said his shift was ending soon so they may have to hold my car on their lot overnight unless someone else could drop it off. About two hours later I get a call that another driver will be dropping off my car. The 2nd driver arrives, but is trying to drop my car like 3 houses away on a cross street. I ask her to drop it in front of my house. She proceeded to drive further up the cross street, which is a cul-de-sac. It literally took her 30 minutes to turn around, and even then she could not drop the car in front of my house. Instead, choosing to block the 3-way intersection and leave my car in the middle of the street. (See picture). It's important to note I did not get any paperwork after the delivery. Driver was clearly flustered and just left. Now, a month later I get an HOV lane violation in the mail. The time and date are from when the 1st driver towed my car to their lot. It's bad enough that BAY AREA FASTRAK will not clear the fine when their customer service rep said they can see the car is on a tow truck in the picture, but I have to get proof from the towing company that they had the car at that time. I call Loyal Towing and ask about the paperwork. I'm told since it's AAA that I need to call them. Call AAA, and I'm told they can process the request, but it may be a few weeks to get a copy. AAA provided me with the reference number for the tow and said Loyal Towing should be able to provide the paperwork if I give them the reference number. I go to LT's office and provide the reference number and am told by a "manager" he can't give it to me. He rudely asked me if I got a text from AAA on the day of the tow confirming the tow request. When I said "yes", he said "there's your documentation". This company is rude, unprofessional, and doesn't care unless you are a "paying customer". If you have a roadside service and get Loyal Towing, BE CAREFUL!! Based on other reviews I'm glad they didn't need to hold my car overnight. Sounds like I would be fighting storage charges too. read more

I requested a AAA tow and Loyal Towing driver Marcus called within a few minutes to confirm the tow and said he will be there in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he shows up and takes pictures of the car and gets the car on the tow truck and we're on our way. The truck is clean new and has some very slippery floor mats. I asked him why and he said the boss wants the trucks to be very clean. That's a plus. Great review from me. read more

This place scams people. They will judge you. The management is incredibly rude and slow. Be careful. when you turn your back they will call you slurs. They are very outdated. Sketchy place. The drivers are miserable. The dispatchers are rude. All they care about are surveys so they can keep their AAA contract but honestly they don't deserve AAA. Super short staffed so they have NO drivers and the wait times are crazy long. If you ever call AAA make sure you ask what tow company it is and SWITCH IT IF YOU HEAR LOYAL TOWING! Unless you want to deal with bad customer service and long wait times. If your car gets impounded good luck. They will make it their JOB to make you struggle to get it out. The people who help you are being forced to be there or something. The main owner is some dude who just walks around angry all the time. NOT A GOOD PLACE BE CAREFUL. THE LESS YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM THE BETTER. THEY DISCRIMINATE. read more

We called AAA Roadside for a tow on a Friday night and even with the almost 3-hour response time that it took from initial request to the AAA rep to tow truck arrival, which is not the fault of our tow driver and is not the scope of this review anyhow, we were very very pleased with the services provided by Elijah the driver who was our hero and was one of the best tow drivers we've ever worked with in our 30+ years as members of AAA/CSAA. He not only helped to diagnose the issue, he offered to perform basic services that allow the vehicle to be driven to a safe location. Other tow companies don't come close (don't get me started about the tow company called D&A which needs to be avoided at all cost). Five stars for Elijah! read more

Today I unfortunately had a breakdown and needed a tow. Lyle was assigned to help me out. He was extremely kind. I have a bit of anxiety and he reassured me he would be there quick. About 20 minutes later he was there with a smile. He even told a few jokes to help me relax a bit. He also gave me some very useful information about my vehicle. From my initial call to him having my vehicle on the tow bed it was about 30ish minutes. He got me safely to the dealership. He was amazing throughout the entire interaction.
