So, I was quoted yesterday for $125 to tow my car to the nearby Costco tire center (where is about 7min drive). But when the lady called me before my towing service like 30 mins ago, she changed the cost to$200. And then I negotiated the cost to180. They're definitely money hunger. read more

Munir helped me out to tow my car to a tire shop. I was stuck on the side of the freeway with a flat tire. The moment he got out of the tow truck, he immediately wanted me to get in the truck for my safety and it was 92F outside. He would've gotten there quickly but my car insurance gave him the wrong location. So when he called me, asking where I was, we were both in two different freeways. I sent him my current location via google maps and he got there within minutes. Thank you Munir. read more

AAA routed my request for roadside assistance to Metro Towing. The AAA relay was slow due to a number of factors including a dark, frigid night and spotty cell connection, but Omarudin responded quickly once Metro Towing got my call. However I had to cancel the service when Omarudin called as I needed to leave the area and had a ride. He was very gracious considering the situation, gave me some very useful information in case I was in a similar situation, and let me know some of the capabilities of Metro Towing regarding Tesla Servicing. I will definitely go to Metro Towing if my Tesla has a problem in the future. read more

To those who do business with this guy, please be aware that this person is very sneaky and over charge people. To make more money, they add extra mileage or take a longer route to ensure more money in his pocket. He over charged me $80 and when I confronted him, he said he will refund me. It's been 2 months and still hasn't paid me. Please be careful and make sure he doesn't add extra mileage or take longer route. read more

My car broke down shortly after a beautiful day shopping in Dublin. I called my insurance and they suggested Metro towing. I filled out my form, received quick text back response and a time that was set upon arrival. Within a half hour Matt, the driver was there. Courteous, knowledgeable and reassuring he let me know exactly what he was going to do to put the car on the tow truck. He already knew where he was dropping off the car at my mechanic's shop, since I provided that on the form, prior to his arrival. I think the whole ordeal took an hour and a half from beginning to end. It was quick and easy and I am very grateful. read more

Metro Towing - Pickup from freeway. - Towing Near Me - Livermore, California

I left a five star review for a previous experience but had a completely difference experience this time around. I drove over a curb in my F-150 which caused the tire to pop at approximately 6:45pm on 9/15/25. I alerted Geico to the accident and was texted back that a tow truck would be available at 7:57PM. At 7:50 PM after not hearing from the driver I called the dispatch number. After be put on hold I was informed the two truck would be at my site in 20 minutes. Within minutes of that call I received another text indicating driver would arrive by 8:50PM. At 8;35PM the tow truck driver arrived and started to remove the popped tire and asked me where the spare was. I told him under the truck and indicated where he could lower the tire. This information befuddled the driver. He proceeded to make several phone calls and at 9:10 I was informed there was no way for him to lower the spare tire. I called dispatch again and was told this was due to me not providing the correct device. I proceeded to have the tow truck driver take my car to American Tire. read more

This worked out perfect. I got a flat tire with no spare so they bring out the flatbed quickly and got me to the tire repair shop.

This is the second time my vehicle insurance sent this towing company to assist me and believe it or not, METRO TOWING does not disappoint. I was thinking of what kind of flowers to get my wife and where to bring her for Valentine's day after work, then I stupidly locked myself out after my lunch hour of my car by locking the car first then place my key on the dashboard before closing the door (Smart, right?). Anyways, the estimation time was supposedly 30 minutes, before the driver (NASEER) gets to my work place. NASEER came 15 minutes earlier than expected, he called me up to double check the make and model of the car so he can retrieve the key from inside my vehicle. I met him outside, then I proceeded with my work. It did not take long, he came in my work place and gave me my key. Talk about full service. Thank you NASEER, you guys are always the best read more

He drove it carefully to the tow location and make sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. Would highly recommend! read more

Great company. Told me 30-45 minutes they were quicker. Loaded up my truck with care. The driver, Alex, was awesome. Super professional and friendly. He drove us and our truck back to the city. He's a great driver and was nice to chat with. (Alex, good luck with the holidays, with Niner, Raiders and Cowboys fans in the family. Ha ha) his truck inside was super clean also. I'm in the auto repair business and I can tell you there are a lot of bad tow companies out there, these guys are awesome. And the price was a lot less than expected. They could have taken advantage of us since we were on a bad spot, but they didn't. Thanks Alex and your team. read more

Great communication. Fair prices. Professional service. Picked up my car from Brentwood and took it to Livermore.

Came earlier than estimate time and deliver the car in time to Costco to fix it .Good customer service

My car tire got burst when I was on road around 9.30pm in the night, when I requested for service the insurance company assigned metro towing as service provider. The tow driver was quick to reach the location and help the car move to the tire shop. Though I chose a wrong car while placing the emergency request, driver was graceful enough to take care of the same by himself, rather than me going thru insurance company again. Overall I found the service to be very reliable. read more

Do not trust this tow truck company. I am beyond upset with this them trying to take advantage of my son. I requested road side assistance through my insurance carrier because my son ran out of gas. I explained to my son that our insurance company covers the delivery of the fuel but he would need to pay for just the fuel. Wes, identified himself as the manager, called my son and said it was going to be $20 for 2 gallons. I don't care about the $20 probably going to tip him that anyway but he said it was going to be $20 for 2 gallons or he's not coming. After arguing with him we agreed. Then he calls and says whoops it's going to be longer than what I told you insinuating because of our earlier discussion. Then the driver arrives, very polite man stuck in the middle, says it's going to be $20 and only brought one gallon. Since I am responsible for only the price of the fuel had to argue with Wes again. He talked to his driver for about 10 minutes then his driver came and gave me the fuel. Trying to take advantage of a teenager who made a mistake is not cool. You lost any future business from me or my company. I also filed a complaint with our insurance company. read more
