Worst towing company to exist. Broke my $1000 carbon fiber spoiler and refused to take accountability/ pay for the repair. I have contacted them many times to get their insurance companies information and they refuse to give it.

They are disrespectful and arrogant, they towed my car and demanded $430 to retrieve my car from their garage which is only 13 minutes away, this is robbery!! The employees are very rude and extremely disrespectful!! I am calling out to the city of livermore and livermore police department!! please stop working with these people!! They are rude, disrespectful and robbers!! Don't give these kinds of people any business anymore!! I tried to talk to the manager of this business, she told me her name is CARINA, I don't know how true this is, she is completely disrespectful and irresponsible. Her employees are extremely rude and abusive. They tried to make me sign a paper, when I asked why I had to sign this paper, they answered very rudely and said that if I didn't sign the paper, I wouldn't be able to get my car. I just expected an explanation from them!! I am warning everyone from here!!

Worse towing company ever . Yesterday they came to put the a parking sign for towing on my car and they put 2 signs for the side window and front window . One sign should have visible . The front window sticker won't come off . I called them they were so rude they told me they can put stickers but they can't take it out . They are good at damaging peoples personal vehicles .Please DO NOT use this company ever . Very unprofessional

Email to GM: Jason Lind Jason, I wanted to have everything in writing as I feel the issue was not resolved after several attempts to speak to you (Incident report #2403070082 from officer Longo Batch #50). Today, I went to pick up my vehicle from your tow yard at around 10:11am. I paid the fees of $425.00 for the towing and the car was released to me. When your staff walked me out to my vehicle, I got into my car and turned it on. Upon turning on the vehicle, there was two messages that appeared on my dashboard: *My car has been towed before and this has NEVER happened* "Currently unavailable, see operator's manual" "Collision Prevention, Assist Plus, Inoperative" Per my invoice, it was noted that the tow method was "towed rear dollies front" which was NOT the method used to tow my vehicle hence the damage to my car. Also, there was inconsistencies with your invoice as the vehicle color of my car is Gray and NOT Black as listed on the invoice. After doing some research, a mercedes should never be towed with any wheels on the ground. This is how ALL BRAUNS towed my car: THIS IS NOT THE PROPER WAY TO TOW MERCEDES! If your staff is not using the proper equipment to tow foreign vehicles, they should not do so. My car was NOT in this condition when it was towed as I was driving yesterday perfectly fine. This means the car was NOT properly towed. Your drivers in fact DID NOT use a towed rear dolly to tow my vehicle which is why it triggered the sensors in this mode. ALL BRAUNS did not properly tow my vehicle with the proper equipment therefore the car is no longer running and could have detrimental damages. I believe ALL BRAUNS is responsible for these damages to my car as it was not properly towed. I am requesting that you give me a full refund for the following: -the towing fees - the diagnostics fee at the Mercedes Dealership - any damages that were done to the vehicle If you are not willing to cooperate and settle this dispute amongst ourselves. I will be forced to get legal advice and move forward in another direction. It is unfair for you or your staff to take the easy route and say "call your insurance". If this was a problem I caused, I would have no issues taking care of this but it was not. The car was in your possession and you as a business owner/manager are liable for anything that happens when your team is not following proper company procedures. I expect an response immediately as I want to get this resolved as soon as possible.
