After trying, unsuccessfully, to get my car to move, my husband called Golden State Fleet for assistance. Sean showed up within 20 minutes of the call. I cannot say enough about how fantastic of a job he did. He was so polite and professional. He checked out the situation and knew right away what to do. He was able to get my car off the curb and to a safe parked location until I was able to get my car started again. Sean's professionalism and knowledge made me feel comfortable when he was handling my classic car. He used extra care to protect my tailpipes while loading the car on the bed of his truck. He was careful loading and unloading my car. If you find yourself in need of a tow or getting yourself out of a sticky situation, I highly recommend Golden State Fleet!

They absolutely did not create the problem -- but they still worked with me to help find a reasonable resolution when they didn't have to. That meant a lot. The gate is locked and the person who answered the phone (assuming it's the "owner") claimed to be on a "priority" call and we'd have to wait "an hour or hour and a half" and that there was no one who could help us. When I pointed out it's unprofessional and a bad business practice not to have someone who can actually run your business during YOUR STATED BUSINESS HOURS, he hung up on me. Fortunately a man who worked in another yard was able to get us our car, but I would not ever recommend this company for a tow and if it gets towed by them, good luck.

I've also made 5 calls and left several messages and spoken with the receptionist multiple times, but I still haven't received a single update or return call. This has been extremely frustrating. I've now been to this shop three times, and each time the service itself has been excellent. Unfortunately, the follow-up has been the complete opposite. I understand that this issue isn't generating additional revenue for the shop, but I'm still a customer and deserve the same level of communication and service after the repair as I did during it. At this point, I just want someone to follow through on what I was promised.
