The gate is locked and the person who answered the phone (assuming it's the "owner") claimed to be on a "priority" call and we'd have to wait "an hour or hour and a half" and that there was no one who could help us. When I pointed out it's unprofessional and a bad business practice not to have someone who can actually run your business during YOUR STATED BUSINESS HOURS, he hung up on me. Fortunately a man who worked in another yard was able to get us our car, but I would not ever recommend this company for a tow and if it gets towed by them, good luck.

Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

I called the insurance company and they connected me with Save Tow. They told me it would take about 2 hours. I called Save Tow about 1 hour later to check status and they said it's going to take about 2 hours because they need to find a driver who is experience with towing a car and a boat. Ok understandable. The entire wait time was 3 hours with me calling every hour checking on status. Brian showed up and he was great. Got the SUV on the flatbed pretty quick and he was pretty patient with the tricky hitch on the trailer. He double checked my address and after that we were good to go. I was really impressed with his skills when he dropped off the boat and SUV. He was able to parallel park the boat perfectly and parked the SUV in front of the boat. He did all of this with a positive attitude even though he had just driven through a long stretch of traffic. If you ever are in an emergency and Brian happens to be your tow driver, you're in good hands!

Here's a strong, no-BS review…read more Absolutely terrible experience with this towing company. I pulled up to a friend's place for literally a few minutes just to drop off food--went inside and came right back out, and my car was already gone. That's how aggressive and predatory this company is. When I contacted them and explained the situation, there was zero understanding or willingness to work with me. All of my personal belongings were inside my car--my wallet, phone charger, everything--so I was left stranded and had to walk over 2 miles late at night just to get to the tow yard. To make it worse, they charged me over $600 for having my car for less than an hour. That is beyond unreasonable--it's straight-up exploitation. I understand towing enforcement, but this felt like a setup to trap people and squeeze as much money out of them as possible. Horrible business practices, horrible people, and zero customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
