I called the insurance company and they connected me with Save Tow. They told me it would take about 2 hours. I called Save Tow about 1 hour later to check status and they said it's going to take about 2 hours because they need to find a driver who is experience with towing a car and a boat. Ok understandable. The entire wait time was 3 hours with me calling every hour checking on status. Brian showed up and he was great. Got the SUV on the flatbed pretty quick and he was pretty patient with the tricky hitch on the trailer. He double checked my address and after that we were good to go. I was really impressed with his skills when he dropped off the boat and SUV. He was able to parallel park the boat perfectly and parked the SUV in front of the boat. He did all of this with a positive attitude even though he had just driven through a long stretch of traffic.
