    Terrible service that's why our huge company doesn't mess with them their customers service sucks. I was looking around while my bf bought what he needed for work I found 2 baskets on clearance intact together they were marked down from $43 to $13 so I thought great their were 3 left same sign in a row but I grabbed 1 checking out it rang up to $45 so I took a picture of the sign and the clearance mark down well she called Juan he had no remorse nor customer service and did not honor it and say it's an error no apology I was upset that's not cool won't ever go back nor do business again there

    Outstanding Customer Service at Lowe's Oxnard! I have to give a huge shoutout to Cameron and Jonny (with no H) Garcia in the Seasonal department at Lowe's in Oxnard. These two provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at Lowe's--hands down! We originally visited a different Lowe's location, where they recommended we check out the Oxnard store for a better selection of natural gas fire pits. When we arrived, Cameron and Jonny went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about making sure we had a great experience. Not only did they assist my wife, my son-in-law, my granddaughter Eden, and me, but they did it with a fantastic attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. It's rare to find employees who are this dedicated to customer service, and their help made all the difference. If you're shopping at Lowe's in Oxnard, definitely ask for Cameron and Jonny in Seasonal--you won't be disappointed!

    Melissa from Lumbar immediately came out and helped us with the return. As soon as we turned around, she already had the cart and had taken care of everything for us, since we were unable to. This store is nice and clean, the organization is great, and everybody is so personable. Adrianne provides quick and friendly service. The cashier is fantastic, making returns fast and easy.

    Do not come to Lowe's in Oxnard this store will not price match and the manager would not assist. it's a classic bait to get you into the store buy an item . Please screenshots below. Customer service should be better if suport is saying yes we will price match.

    Normally i do home depot but lowes was a real nice place to shop. They were very helpfulll and have a great garden department.

But I really want to give a positive shout out to a recent experience I had with WDC last month. I live at the beach, and my Miele dishwasher that's about 5 years old hasn't had any issues whatsoever, except, from being at the beach, and a second home (not used everyday) over time a couple of the racks have deterriorated with some rusting issues. I ordered two new racks online from Miele before Christmas- they were pretty pricy. But they arrived in what I would call 'funky' condition, there were a couple of loose pieces that both myself, and my super handy husband could NOT figure out. I was sure Miele had sent us defective racks... but before I called them, I decided to take them into WDC hoping that someone there would tell me what was going on. I showed up at WDC on a slow weekday afternoon, because I knew this might take some time, and both Martez Houffen (Sales/Order Fulfillment) and Robert MacDowell (Store Manager/Sales) were a little perplexed with the racks well. At first. But, with EXCELLENT customer service, they took the time to see that the racks were assembled perfectly. Problem solved. WDC is my go to for all of my applicance needs! We made two major purchases from them since we moved to Oxnard, the first was for a Samsung refrigerator that they sold us a 3rd party warranty for. I am pretty sure the reason they don't sell you an extended warranty from the manufacturer (you will get an offer to buy one from the manufacturer if you register your purchase with them) is because they are NOT a Factory Authorized Dealer. I know more than a little about this as I worked for IBM Corporation for 32 plus years and held jobs in sales and sales management that also included managing the relationships with our business partners. There was and is always a fringe of what are called "gray" marketeers who buy factory seconds (defective and/or damaged products or factory returns. It's easy to spot when you walk in the door, there are dozens of manufacturers products on the floor, but delivery can be sketchy and you need to check the products out both in and out of the box. Our Samsung refrigerator was broken more than it worked, the third party warranty company was nationwide, but the actual repair was performed by companies that employed primarily men dressed in paramilitary clothing who spoke bad English and had obviously no formal training from the manufacturer. WDC would ask you call them first, but they were slow in placing our service call so I tracked down a number to the third party directly and eventually got referred to a manager in Dallas, TX who was a decent guy and promised that if our refrigerator broke one more time he would replace it. It did, he lived up to his word, and we got a check in the mail. Remember you are not me, I have thirty two years of training and experience working with a wide range of customers and I can be the last person you want calling you. Not too long after the purchase of the refrigerator we made a much bigger purchase that included: dishwasher, oven. hood and range top. I know, and yes, I didn't claim to always be smart. This time WDC sold us a different 3rd party warranty, Allstate, as in someone bought a piece of the Sear's empire out of a bankruptcy court. Here's a helpful hint, when you go into a WDC store ask to meet the General Manager or get a card from that person, it you do that's like the golden ticket from Willy Wonka. There is no such person, they are all random sales people and if you pursue it they will transfer you to their main location in Moorpark, it's also their HQ. The owner and manager does not live in California and is semi-retired, that is what they told me . The woman who answers the phone is a pit bull and called me a liar and threatened to call the police if I showed up at the door. So much for satisfaction guaranteed. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of WDC, you get what you pay for in this world and and they are bad news and you could end up with defective products that make your life a nightmare.

At which point he told me - there would be no warranty and he would install it for $75. c) So we agreed, I would order the part, and he would be back to install it for $75. While leaving I told him I had a dryer that also needed looking at - and he said since he is coming back he would look at it for NO CHARGE. d) 2 weeks later, I got the part, and I texted Jon. After re-introducing myself, he told me that it would now cost $150 to install it. After some back and forth, he agreed to $120 - and he also agreed that he would look at the dryer. e) He came today - installed the thermostat in the wine cooler - spent 15 mins on the dryer - and wanted $150. When I told him about the $120 - he had the gall to tell me that next time I could use somebody else. I definitely will use someone else. What a bad experience - NEVER AGAIN

It's really nice knowing that you can get either the Best Buy discount and/or Pacific Sales discount. Plus, you can't beat their 10 year service plans. Compared to Best Buy, there's no question which one logical people would choose. I had issues with delivery out to Temecula, but Jonny was there each step of the way to get everything to work out. I bought a Frigidaire all-fridge and LG steam washer & dryer. The fridge was the easy one. But with the small space in my home's laundry closet, had multiple issues installing the LG. After two plumbers and alterations to the gas line and the water lines, the LG is ready and running. If you want personalized care even when you least expect it, then ask for Jonny (manager). Otherwise, I'm pretty sure the delivery division would've talked me out of LG steam and into a different model. Just remember, appliances go in your home. And if you're a true homeowner, then you want it to last throughout the years. Get what you want!

They offer a 30 day warranty on their appliances but how they handled my situation, absolutely sure that warranty isnt worth anything. So....i go and look at dryers....they were helpful and informative on the devices.....let me inspect them quite close. Answered questions....we chose one and determined the prices after taxes and what it would cost to purchase a vent sleeve and gas hoses too. Dryer is 185+tax. Vent and gas lines, 15 a piece. Final prices is 230. I asked if they provided military discount. She said no, and laughed. I tell her we are going to look at other places, and we would come back. We ended up coming back as their prices were the best we had seen. As we walked up we saw her put a different tag on the dryer.....a 20 dollar increase on the base price which raises the tax too. Not a big margin , big still. I asked if she changed the price because we left...she said they change their prices every week and also differ between morning and evening due to different clientele. I then asked if thats how she wanted to play that.....if she was seriously not going to give us the dryer for 185. she said thats how the business is. So i tell you, even if their standard practice was to raise and lower prices, due to time of day, it wouldn't be good as a business. This wasnt a high end dryer. It was a kenmore so old that it was ridiculous i was buying it in the first place. We left. They lost business. Oh well.
