Two workers are assembling a black outdoor fire pit with a rectangular shape and slatted sides inside Lowe's store. One worker is kneeling and using tools, while the other is leaning over the fire pit, assisting. They are wearing red vests, and the store shelves behind them display boxed furniture and home decor products. The image captures a retail environment focused on home improvement and outdoor living products.

Outstanding Customer Service at Lowe's Oxnard! I have to give a huge shoutout to Cameron and Jonny (with no H) Garcia in the Seasonal department at Lowe's in Oxnard. These two provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at Lowe's--hands down! We originally visited a different Lowe's location, where they recommended we check out the Oxnard store for a better selection of natural gas fire pits. When we arrived, Cameron and Jonny went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about making sure we had a great experience. Not only did they assist my wife, my son-in-law, my granddaughter Eden, and me, but they did it with a fantastic attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. It's rare to find employees who are this dedicated to customer service, and their help made all the difference. If you're shopping at Lowe's in Oxnard, definitely ask for Cameron and Jonny in Seasonal--you won't be disappointed!

I like this Lowe's better than the other ones. I feel like the store is organized well and there's a good selection of products.

Melissa from Lumbar immediately came out and helped us with the return. As soon as we turned around, she already had the cart and had taken care of everything for us, since we were unable to. This store is nice and clean, the organization is great, and everybody is so personable. Adrianne provides quick and friendly service. The cashier is fantastic, making returns fast and easy.

The image shows a screenshot of a text conversation between a customer and a representative. The customer discusses Lowe's in-store product prices, Costco's in-store product prices, and sharing a link to a Costco product for price matching. The representative confirms they will check the product and asks for a moment to verify, apologizing for the delay. The conversation includes timestamps and typical messaging interface elements.

Do not come to Lowe's in Oxnard this store will not price match and the manager would not assist. it's a classic bait to get you into the store buy an item . Please screenshots below. Customer service should be better if suport is saying yes we will price match.

Start by answering the phone. 30 minutes on hold is not satisfactory. Then don't misplace my order, that only adds to my frustration

29 bucks for a flag? But it's a good thing I found a cheap one. It also sucks that inflation is getting worse.

I've had to complain to management both of the last two times I've been there. Just now I asked for help getting a furnace filter off an unreachable shelf. The employee I found d to help me lectured me on ho I should have gotten it myself with the grab stick that was leaning in the aisle. I am a 68 year old woman with injuries. I shouldn't have to lose a grab stick at Ace with a bunch of male employees hanging around the aisles. When I complained to the manager he took no responsibility and said that other manager with the grab stick just fine. Well they are 25 year old male handymen working for other people I said. He didn't seem to get it. Well good thing I don't fall backward getting my own furnace filter or Ace would have a big lawsuit on their hands. But, it's actually quite large inside! I come in here often; have had keys made, bought some yard signs and locks that were needed. And, huge huge shout out to one of their employees a few months ago. Wish I had gotten his name! I came in as my keyfob remote had crapped out. There was a young man who went over and above to try to help me figure out the issue! He came outside to my car with me, had some technical electrical thing that he used to try to help determine if my car was "reading" the fob or not. We even checked a new battery just in case. Come to find out, it didn't need a new battery: my keyfob no longer works in my 15 year old car. :( But big thanks to the employee who helped me *finally determine it was not a battery issue. Staff is pretty good which is so nice to experience. Of course, during the covid, they all have masks on. I didn't notice if they offered sanitizer at the front door, but they do have a "one way door IN and another door OUT", which is per usual at most businesses now it seems. I just recently found out that they carry Ginger Chews. Who would have known!? I would recommend this Ace Hardware and I know that Santa Paula could sure use the support, too.

I hate navigating the aisles to find what I need. In truth, I'm the definition of the female stereotype when it comes to hardware stores and fixing things ("we just need to put a thingy over that thingy.") Typically, I go into the store only with my husband or friends. Otherwise, I'm looking immediately for someone to guide me to what I need. Usually, I go there to check out appliances and prices and find someone to make a copy of a key for me. Sometimes, I'm tagging along with my husband or friends to find things to fix the hole in the wall or some type of wood. Almost every time I come here to get someone to make a key, the person needs to be paged and takes forever to show up. Or if I ask a person for help, it's not in their section, and they have to page that person for help, which takes that person forever to show up. My favorite story about Home Depot is how they have custom-made doors you can buy. We wanted a fiberglass door, but our front door is smaller than average because the house was built in the 1950s. Well, they could not fulfill our custom-made request because they come in pre-made sizes. We had someone out to our home to measure and everything. They said they could do custom wood doors, but it's fiberglass or bust! Some termite is just waiting to sink its teeth into the wood! Where was I? Oh yeah. Suppose you see a lost-looking woman wandering around in Home Depot alone. In that case, I'm looking for my husband/friends or someone to tell me where I should go in extreme detail, cause I'm not exactly doing well in the directions department either.
