He arrived at 8:30 a.m., quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained that he needed to order a replacement part. He left about 30 minutes later to finish a previously scheduled job and place the order. By 10:10 a.m., he called to let me know the part had been ordered and that he would pick it up after his appointment before returning around 1:00 p.m. Vlad returned as promised, replaced the faulty motor in our Monogram refrigerator, and had everything working again that same afternoon. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and I really appreciated how quickly he got us back up and running. Vlad responded quickly and was able to accommodate my schedule, coming out to my house the very same day at 4 PM. He was incredibly thorough, licensed, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got my dryer running perfectly again. On top of that, he was kind enough to check on my Samsung washer, which was throwing an error code due to too much detergent, and fixed that issue for us as well without charging me extra. Vlad is honest, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. It is so hard to find a trustworthy technician these days, and I am so glad I found him. Didn't work same code he told me that he recommended that we replace the whole oven. Ask for a refund he told me it will take a few days for the refund. It only took 5 minutes to take the money out of my account. The oven is only 6 years old. what really got to me is that the tech didn't want to listen to anything I would suggest. I've been a mechanic for 50+ years and I know how to troubleshoot. I will not recommend this company. The best thing you can say about him is he came. But that's all!
