They went above and beyond--friendly, honest, and genuinely willing to help. It's rare to find a business that cares this much about their customers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!

Vlad is a complete lifesaver!…read more From a quick initial conversation, he diagnosed the issue on the spot, gave me an accurate quote, and explained exactly what needed fixing on our dryer. Within an hour, the job was done and everything was working perfectly. To top it off, it was blazing hot in our garage, but Vlad worked fast, efficiently, and with a huge smile the entire time. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest--he's officially my go-to for every appliance repair moving forward. Save yourself the stress and call Vlad!

I searched Yelp for a recommended repair company and found FixMan. I texted the number listed, and Vlad responded within 10 minutes, letting me know he had availability to come out that morning. He arrived at 8:30 a.m., quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained that he needed to order a replacement part. He left about 30 minutes later to finish a previously scheduled job and place the order. By 10:10 a.m., he called to let me know the part had been ordered and that he would pick it up after his appointment before returning around 1:00 p.m. Vlad returned as promised, replaced the faulty motor in our Monogram refrigerator, and had everything working again that same afternoon. His communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and I really appreciated how quickly he got us back up and running. His pricing was also very fair and reasonable, especially considering the same-day service. I highly recommend Vlad and FixMan to anyone needing appliance repairs. Thank you, Vlad, for the excellent service!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my experience with AMPM Appliance Services, all today:…read more 1 Sent a Yelp email out requesting a quote for a washing machine diagnostic and potential subsequent repairs around 8AM. A response came from Jason within the hour, indicating that a diagnostic is $65 which would be applied to any subsequent repair costs. 2 I called the business around 9AM and was told a technician Gary would be available between 10AM-12PM. 3 Gary arrived a little after 11AM and was great with the diagnostic. I was nosy and he was explaining along the way about the control panel. In the end it turned out that the repair costs would be around the price within a few hundred dollars of a new machine, as the panels were shorting out. All in all really great experience particularly due to Gary's candor, knowledge sharing and honesty. We have a GE machine and he advised to only get LG, top-loader preferred with as few features as possible. He also gave a vendor recommendation for discount washing machines. I very much appreciate his time although I probably slowed him down with my questions. I would highly recommend this business and especially Gary - very trustworthy and honest establishment and representation. Thank you! Editing not a week later! The dishwasher had flooded onto the floor and was not starting a new cycle last night. Kevin came in and was able to diagnose the problem immediately which was of my own making when I installed the garbage disposal a few days ago and didn't knock out the blocker in the disposal where the dishwasher drain attaches (HUMILIATING) thus causing the flooding. Not only did Kevin successfully drain the dishwasher pan without being able to fully pull the unit out (the floors were installed after the dishwasher was placed and the back feet didn't have clearance) BUT he also reinstalled the garbage disposal! I cannot say enough about this business and I am going to recommend them to everyone with appliance issues. This is my 2nd engagement with the company and both technicians have gone above and beyond to explain the problem and solution, are fast, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin! And thank you Jason for being so fast to respond and send someone out. Your time and efforts are very very much appreciated.

What I appreciated most was how conscientious and thorough he was. He took the time to go through everything with my wife, explained what he was seeing, and was very straightforward about the condition of the dryer. He told us it probably still has a few good years left but pointed out some areas beginning to show rust so we know what to watch for down the road. There was absolutely no pressure to replace anything unnecessarily. His price was also excellent--only $125 for the work he did. It's refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use Tim again and highly recommend Elite 7 Appliance Repair. Five stars!
