I love KC! We practically bought our entire furniture from them since we bought our home 6 years ago. I went yesterday and their gone! Seems like the pandemic got to them . I will surely miss them! read more

Just called KC and they are still in business, just open by appointment only! Great company, my parents have had many couches made with them. Highly recommend! read more

If you are looking for good quality furniture with out the high cost, this is a good place to check out. I bought a bed frame and suede family couches from here a couple of years ago for pretty good prices. I'd say they have good selections and the price you pay for similar designs in other furniture stores were more than here. I agree with Jennifer that the place is not that big as other famous furniture places, but the might have what you are looking for. The showroom is a warehouse space, with carpeting and their office in the middle. Set up was still kinda nice though. Ask an employee if you find something that you may want cuz they also have options (colors, fabrics, etc.) I had a truck, so shipping was not included in my fees. :) All in all, the furniture here is worth the price. I have no problems with mine so far. read more

KC furniture is the BEST place to buy furniture! For price, quality and White glove service, totally amazing!. I special ordered a piece which came in "not as I had expected" from the manufacturer, so I changed my order to another piece, and - well lets just say I was very "picky"! KC had great patience with me and let me "change my mind" order a new piece, and just kept going til I was completely satisfied - Now I have a great piece of furniture, at a great price with service and quality beyond anything I have ever experienced from a retailer before! I am a customer for life! read more

Style and Service at Honest Prices Walked into KC Furniture to furnish my daughter's college apartment. Karson provided amazing service and treated us like family. He understood our needs and helped us choose a comfortable and high quality couch as well as some stylish yet durable counter stools. Karson even personally oversaw the couch delivery. KC delivers high quality furnishings at a fair price with superb service. They carry a wide selection in house and can easily order anything through their many catalogs. I highly recommend KC Furniture for your home or office furnishings! Thank you, KC, look forward to seeing you again... read more

I needed a good quality bed and looked everywhere including COSTCO. Kc Furniture had the best quality for the best price. And they deliver!!!!!!!!!. I went back and got a beautiful leather sectional made to order in my chosen color and still got the best price in town. This family owned business is run by local professionals that make you feel comfortable and listen to what you like in design and what fits into your budget. Will buy again. read more

Excellent service!! I was looking for a new bed frame and futon and found both in one great place. First, the prices were very reasonable in comparison to the shopping around I had done. He was very accommodating to my work schedule when it came to shipping and putting together each piece that I ordered. Unfortunately, once the bed frame was completely put together I realized there was no headboard. But it was already completely constructed - so now what. Basically, calmly, I was solely told come over to the warehouse and show me what you ordered and it will be fixed. I couldn't find the book which I had chosen the frame out of and luckily was able to find the picture online. KC willingly replaced the order completely and sent someone out the following week to disassemble the old piece and put together the newly delivered one. The man who put the new piece together was very friendly and funny. Very appreciated since I felt bad that such a mistake had been made. I have since referred a number of people to KC who have in turn purchased items. read more

We went here because our friends ordered a couch that arrived with the wrong material and KC had them keep the couch until their new one arrived. So we thought we should give them a try. We had the exact same thing happen to us, however it took 2 more trips to the store and 3 weeks for them to let me know that the material I choose was no longer available and yada, yada, yada. Each time we went into the store or spoke with KC and or his dad, they told us each time that this had not happened in 35 years. Typical sales BS... read more

The best! Always! Karson and Chuck give the time and attention to customers that just can't be replicated at other stores.

We are a home staging and interior design company and KC has "saved the day" for us with our Home Staging jobs over and again since the first day we started our business 7 years ago. In Home Staging, we often need custom pieces and almost Always need the job done "yesterday." KC has been able to manufacture custom sofas, chairs, chaises ... and get them delivered to our job site within 1 week! And at a cost less than retail. Perhaps I've gone on long enough about KC for the time being... one more thing, "KC is an all around wonderful person." Penny read more

Great local business. Bought a dinning room table and a sectional sofa. We got great deals and KC the owner was very friendly. He said he had an entire catalog of other furniture but the stuff we saw on the floor was perfect. I recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture. We have not yet had our items delivered and will update this post once that is done read more

Once again KC's rocks! Great service, good products. The people always friendly in there and very helpful. The guys making the delivery were extremely friendly and courteous, not to mention helpful. They put our furniture up quickly and exactly where we wanted it. read more

Ha a fantastic experience purchasing our living room set from KC Furniture. From the moment I first walked in the store I was warmly greeted by the owner. We went over a variety of options, which was great because I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a new sectional that was custom tailored to our space. It is nice to know that you don't have to compromise. This store, despite being small, can provide all the options and great service. Our sectional was custom manufactured and was delivered within a few weeks. The delivery staff were quick and professional. Great experience overall. I encourage anybody looking to purchase new furniture to check them out. We will be ordering again soon from this company! read more

I bought a sofa and love seat recliner set from KC furniture. I had the pleasure to work with Chuck Chavez, one of the owners. I would definitely buy furniture from him again. He is easy going, honest, knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with. He gave me a very good deal on the furniture, he threw in free delivery, it was delivered the very next day, the delivery guys were quick, expedient and nice. And, I believe that the furniture that I bought from him was far and above the quality of the stuff that I was looking at Ashleys and Bobs discount furniture and I didn't have to pay extra money for extended warranty's or delivery and other fees. I would go to him again and recommend him to others. read more

I love how they go all the way to help you find what your looking for. The owner is very patient and really sweet! Their dog is so well behave. Have very good prices read more

We bought a couch here about 3 years ago and really liked it. When we wanted a second one for another space, we came back and dealt with someone different, informing them we loved our first couch and experience. The second interaction was horrible and unprofessional. If we had not wanted a matching couch, I would not have done business with them. I would recommend taking your initial business elsewhere, because it's definitely not worth the pain of poor customer service and rudeness. read more

Quality furniture at fair prices. Smooth easy buying process without being overwhelmed by a sales associate.

Today I returned an item back to the store for a refund I re-pack the item into its original packaging. Once I approach the back of the store office where you pay for your item. I was approach by the younger of the two men. I informed the sales person that the I've purchased did not work with my home. Suddenly the second sales person older person with severe gray hair began yelling at me stating " we don't except return item after 24 hours that's our policy " At this point I couldn't understand why the second sales person who became so upset and he continue this dialogue throughout the duration of me asking for a refund. The younger sales person stated we only give back store credit. Just to let everyone know, if you purchase anything in this store don't expect to get your full refund back they only offer store credit and to everyone I'm given you a warning, the second older gray headed sale person has some serious anger issues, for a moment I thought he was " drunk " but it's all him a lil psychotic attitude towards customers who return any of there KC furniture merchandise Now I'm stuck with this store credit that has no reference number on the sale receipt !!! Man I truly think I'm screwed and I don't really see anything I want to redeem my store credit on Fair warning to all " just don't shop here at all " hopefully this message helped you on your quest on purchasing any appliances from this store !!! read more

Sorry I had to give a star. We ordered a custon couch and they messed up. To their credit they were "WILLING' to work with us. The couch came back a FEW weeks later in worse shape. When we realized they could not deliver what we ordered, we asked for a refund. They then decided to let me know they are keeping nearly $800 for their trouble. Why? "Just store policy". They then tried to make me sign a post sale contract after we asked them to get the couch. Sheisters... Steer clear! The worst customer experience I have has in 45 years of life. read more

Just bought a sofa from here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. For a couch, they offered many different custom options and I feel like the prices were very reasonable for the value of the products. It's not the largest showroom, as compared to Lay-Z-Boy or Levitz, but they provided many samples and suggestions to make up for the space. Very helpful and friendly mom-and-pop furniture store. Only downside is that delivery cost $60. read more

We were in the market for a new bedroom set and drove all over Oxnard and Ventura looking for something contemporary and reasonably priced. We couldn't find anything we liked, nor could we really get any decent help. When we walked into KC's, the appearance of the store didn't shout high-end, but the customer service of this family-run business far-exceeded our expectations. Even after the furniture was delivered and we weren't happy with the decision we had made, they were more than willing to help us find something we loved without any sort of penalty! I don't know many stores who care enough to spend that much time with a customer. We will return when we need new sofas. read more

Read about the great reviews so I was excited to give them a try. Unfortunately I was treated with bad customer service/ horrible turn around time and nothing but lies from both the owner and the sales guy. When I went in I knew what my budget was, I knew how much I wanted to spend and not a dime more. I was given a price, although it seems like numbers were thrown at me. I gave him half of what the total was and I would pay once the items were delivered. The order was place. Wrote my address down on their invoice and the sales guy mention that he would give me a call to set up a time for delivery. Haven't heard from him for about a week. So I decided to call, He said the items have been in for quite some time. (wish someone gave me a heads up) So I went in pick up my items and to my surprise not all my items were in, just the bed frame. Not to mention he said I owed MORE than what I thought I did. So I ended up paying more, pick up my items thinking it was going to be delivered and walked away with just my bed frame. (pretty pissed off at this point) Few days later I called to follow up on the rest of my items. Spoke to the owner, his first comment was 'I wont be able to help you" (gee thanks) every time I would say something he would rudely cut me off and say "This is my store" and there has been no inconvenience on my part. This will be the first and last time I EVER deal with KC FURNITURE, overall it was stressful and untrusting read more

BEWARE!!! Once you buy it...all responsibility by the store is non existent. They don't stand behind their product and beware that you may be buying second hand furniture sold as new. Storage buyer selling as new. No warranty of any kind honored. read more

Just bought our first custom sectional here. Sat with KC and got the low down on all things sofa, including best fabrics for dogs and kids. Service was awesome, they have more choices and options than you'd think at first glance. Helped us make decisions we've been struggling with and even gave us the Memorial Day discount a week early. We are so excited to begin a relationship with this business - if your cushions are flat, they'll fill them up, you want matching upholstery on your dining room chairs, done. Easy to business with, super down to earth and honest, just a great experience overall. Once our new sectional arrives we will post pics! read more

This place is amazing. I bought my bedroom furniture from here almost 4 years ago, and it's still in great shape. I recently had to get a new couch, dining set, and coffee tables, so I went to KC, and was again impressed by their service and their selection. They have a huge range of service and prices, so you can find anything from starter furniture for your first apartment to more high end pieces. Make sure to ask to see what's in their catalogs- if you talk to them about what you're looking for, they're extremely helpful. Highly recommend getting your furniture from here (they'll deliver to LA as well). read more

I was looking for a chest to put at the foot of my bed. I went to several furniture stores and saw some very nice chests that were expensive. I thought I would give KC furniture a visit. Wow, I'm glad I did. I found just what I wanted for $500 less than I was looking for. I was not willing to forgo quality to save money. My chest was delivered today and it is just what I wanted. Do not recommend this store. No price tags on certain items in the store. Very deceptive in the beginning, but once you make a purchase they do not stick with their word. The delivering time was much longer than we were informed in the beginning. We had to constantly make phone calls to them because they never returned our calls. We were promised pillows with a couch, its been 3 months since we bought the couch, and a month since the couch was finally delivered and we still have not received the pillows. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. read more

After going to two furniture stores, both of which were not a pleasant experience. My boyfriend and I took a third try on KC Furniture, right off the back it was a relief.
