After viewing their computer catalog, I found what I was seraching for. It was delivered within the suggested time frame. The price was right and affordable. He also personally delivered everything, (furniture by Ashley, and Homelegance mostly) faster than the delivery times quoted on the internet. Garret, first of all thank you for the amazing experience!! Let me start by telling how my shopping experience went. I walked in after visiting a few other furniture stores in Oxnard, I was looking for a living room set for my Gramma, I was looking for something not to big and made with good quality materials without spending too much, we come in around 2 pm on a Wednesday, the store only has a couple of other people beside us, Garret immediately greeted us but he was helping the other couple, we ended up looking at the entire store before he came to us, once he was done he came to us and introduced himself and explained that he was the only one working at that time, we totally understand. I was very straight up with him and told him I was only shopping around, I wanted to buy the furniture as a surprise so I wanted to find out what the like and than come back later to buy it, even after I told him that he put soooo much effort and energy into the sale and he explained why his prices are wayyy better than any other furniture store. He gave us a quote on the items we were looking for and also gave us a better price for buying more than 1 item. The furniture came with an excellent warranty and I just couldn't believe the quality for the price. We left, after we visited around 4 more furniture store, no one came anywhere close to what he had to offer for the price. His warehouse is a lot smaller than most furniture stores but he is able to order pretty much anything you want from the catalog. I ended up coming back the following week to finalize the purchase, I honestly just wanted to give him my business because he was very professional and I felt like he deserved my business. Other furniture stores when I mentioned I was only shopping around they slowly started to ignore us and lost interest on us, and he did the opposite! I came on Thursday to order the furniture, we wanted to set that had the queen memory foam pull out bed but he didn't have it in stock, he said in about 2 weeks I'll have it, I paid a deposit and left, not even a week later he calls me to let me know it's in!!! What? Not even a week??? Wow. For a custom piece? That was impressive! We came to pick it up, he helped us get it on the truck and even wrapped it on plastic to avoid scratches. Paid my remaining balance the guy always has a smile on his face and you can tell he takes pride on what he does, he is proud to sell good quality furniture! It took us 15 min to attach (screws) the legs and you're ready to go, my gramma loves it! We are super happy so far! I highly recommend GRW Furniture store! read more
