I have shopped pacific sales many times over the years. The team employees has been there many years. I recognize them every time I walk in. I am. Greeted with wonderful smiles. Ready to help me look for what I want. Steve is great and very informative on all the appliances. He answers all my questions. Susan is fantastic. She is the one who took care of financing end for me to buy. Explaining everything in detail. If I didn't understand she went over it pleasantly happy all the way. Was happy I found what I wanted. An amazing appliance experience! I came in looking for a VERY specific refrigerator that would fit my space. I was instantly greeted by Jonny S and gave him my measurements and he took me around to look at the exact ones that would work. He gave me an honest opinion of each fridge... I took my info back home and did a bit of research on my own/talked with the hubby. We came back the next day to follow through with our purchase. He remembered me from my first time there and answered a few more questions and got us all squared away. He was great to work with and gave us so much fridge insight (I know where we'll be buying our garage fridge)! At checkout, he transferred us to Susan who also was very helpful and fully explained all the warranties. They were offering a great 4th of July discount so we got a great bargain on our new fridge. I was thoroughly impressed by the service at Pacific Sales and wouldn't hesitate to go back. They were flexible and easy to work with. They know all the ins and outs and truly want to help you. Thank you Jonny for a great experience! read more

We had a great experience at Pacific Sales. Annel was very knowledgeable in all the brands of washers & dryers. She helped us narrow down our options. Within a short period of time, we made our choice with her help. Also, Susan checked us out. She was very informative with the benefits and warranties that were available to us. With her help, we made some great decisions. read more

Steve, Tony and Susan are very nice, professional and helped us purchase a new Refrigerator and they gave us the best price and same rebate for the purchase. read more

Our experience could not have been more seamless. From the beginning, Annell was right there, holding our hand through every decision. We got all of our appliances for our kitchen remodel, a kitchen sink, faucet and a few other odds and ends that we needed. Each decision was assisted, and all the pros and cons were weighted for us. They give us so much background information on each appliance so we didn't have to spend hours researching on our own. Plus the 18 month is 0% financing as a no-brainer as kitchen remodel costs can really add up and the extra time will be much appreciated. One of the biggest selling points was that the sales representatives do not work on commission. So they gave us honest advice that was the best fit, not necessarily always the most expensive. I would give them 100 stars if I could. read more

when we first visited the for a expensive kitchen we were greeted by Susan at the front desk who pointed us to Steve DOUGLAS. Susan at the front desk who pointed us to Steve DOUGLAS. After visiting several other stores, we decided that we got the best from Pacific sales in Newbury Park. So went back with some questions for Richie answered with candor, convincing us to make a decision. Steve then found us the best deal we had available and then us on to Susan to complete the transaction. In summary, these folks could not have been any more pleasant or forthcoming, in every part of the transaction. For our next appliance, we would definitely go back to Pacific sales in Newbury Park. read more

I ordered a range top, an oven, and a refrigerator. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Johny took me around to all the units, giving me pro and cons. Then he did all the paperwork and scheduling, which is never an easy process. When I had a problem at the end, due to a situation with GE on the oven, the manager, Brandon, went to bat for me and straightened it all up. I was so thankful. I heartily recommend Pacific Sales for their friendliness and because they carry through with what they say they're going to do! read more

Jonny Starkey is a fantastic Appliance Sales Specialist. I needed to replace my 20 year old Viking Professional appliances and visited several of the local vendor alternatives. I had planned on making my purchase somewhere else and went to Pacific just to look at the showroom models. I started talking to Jonny and he saved me from making a fatal mistake. Despite other vendor assurances, what I had planned on buying would not have fit into my existing cabinetry. Jonny was VERY knowledgeable about the appliance alternatives and even arranged to have an installer come to the house to verify that the tight fit would work. I ended up buying a KitchenAid built-in refrigerator, KitchenAid commercial range and hood. Great service and great deal. read more

Annel, Steve and Susan made me feel so welcome and well cared for when shopping for a new microwave oven today. Also, they really know their stuff! I always go here for appliances. Over the years I've bought double ovens, a cooktop, two refrigerators, a washer and a dryer from Pacific Sales. The microwave is my latest purchase. It's a comfortable place in a world that is often cold and confusing. read more

Annel was excellent and really knew her appliances. She made the process simple and quick for us! Thanks Annel'

Our experience at Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks for our house remodel was top notch. After working with another high-end retailer recommended by our contractor that was a challenging experience at best, about mid-way through our process we found the team at Pacific Sales and didn't look back. We worked with Annel for our appliances and Valeria for our plumbing and bathroom fixtures and couldn't be happier. They were both so kind and helpful - providing expert guidance on some of the better models and helping me to sift through all the product reviews out on the web to figure out what we really needed (to note, do not get a two-button flush toilet unless you have to by code!). They also were crucial in a pinch with product that was already in stock helping us to meet our deadlines with our contractor. We've continued to return multiple times for additional items, things we forgot, or to ask questions - and in a couple instances where something arrived slightly damaged from the warehouse, they got it replaced right away so that it didn't impact our renovation timeline. These women are super knowledgeable and friendly, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel or needing to upgrade or replace appliances and fixtures. read more

I recently did a complete remodel of my kitchen and a bathroom. I went to Pacific Sales in N.P. to view the showroom appliances and fixtures. The selection is very nice from moderate to high end items. The sales guys, Jay and Brandon, in plumbing were very helpful in steering me towards best quality and value while listening to my needs. They were great! The salesman in appliances, Steve, was helpful and friendly. I also worked with Jonny when I decided to go with a flush mount stove fan. He was great! My overall experience with Pacific sales was very favorable. So why the 4 stars? Well just know that Pacific sales is now under the family of Best Buy. Not exactly the easiest company to deal with in my opinion. The delivery schedule had to be changed several times (Permit issues on my end) and although the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled Best Buy automated system would leave a message the night before telling me a delivery was on the way. My only recourse was to turn the delivery back when the driver called to say he was close. After this happened twice I began calling ahead to reconfirm the delivery was in fact taken off the schedule. So, I tell you this so you are aware of the Best Buy factor... Pacific sales still does a great job and definitely a place to shop. read more
