This is the Lowe's closest to my house, and I always appreciate what Lowe's has to offer. The store is normally not busy, but it still has everything in stock that I'm looking for. I'm not a builder, so I'm usually in there for light bulbs or flowers. I love the garden area, and I especially appreciate the indoor section for houseplants. That's not something every store bothers with. They have some of the friendliest cashiers I've run into, and just as important, no pushy salespeople. Nobody follows you down the aisle. If you need help you can find it, and if you don't, you're left alone to shop. I've bought a few appliances here, and I even signed up for one of their home visits to have my AC checked. That was a pleasant experience too, which isn't something I say often about anyone coming to my house to look at equipment. I also like the 5% discount when you use the Lowe's card. It's not much, but I pretend it covers inflation. read more

I bought a craftsman Cordless Tiller Cultivator, and I haven't open it yet. When I return it at Euless Lowes store, this person told me to change my phone background to white because scanner doesn't work. I told him no. Any way he enter return code manually and return successfully. Anyway, I had use my phone with Amazon return with no issues at all!!! This person thinks we, the customers are really studpid! He said since receipt on white paper therefore I need to change my phone background to white! Hahaha what a studpid thing ever heard! Yet, I told him I have not open it yet and he said he has to do it so he cut the box open and found that the tiller is tight and unopen. Hahaha Never come back to this store! read more

This is my favorite Lowes. It has the best garden center around. The people are always friendly and I love that I can find what I am looking for online and it will tell me exactly where in the store I can find it. Need a t9 lightbulb. It is exactly where it was supposed to be. Plus there are always employees around who offer to help you find it. They also have a good selection of cleaning supplies. read more

Worst customer service experience in the window and door department. We visited Lowe's in Euless yesterday with plans of ordering two storm doors. Apparently they were short staffed because we waited for 45 minute to get assistance in the windows and doors department after we had to walk the store looking for someone to help. The person who was available to help was on the other side of the door chatting with another employee. Since he did not work in the door department and was not trained in that area, he had to solicit the assistance of a manager on duty (Rudy). Rudy was nice and helped up select the doors. He explained he would se up a consultation first at which time the doorway would be measured and at that time we would order the doors to our specification. He said it is a "free consultation", however the installation fee would be $169. This was all acceptable to us. He set the consultation with a representative for the next day at 2:40p.m. I received a confirmation via email. I changed my work schedule in order to accommodate this consultation. The day of the appointment I received an email stating the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. As I said I lost a day of work which caused me to lose income. I tried to call the representative (Hammad) and left a voice mail. I also texted him with no reply. I called the store and spoke to a woman who described a completely different process for ordering the storm doors. She said the consultation fee is $30 and needed to be pain in advance. She said the appointment was cancelled because the fee had not been paid. As I mentioned, the manager told us the consultation was free and did not charge us a fee. I asked her why the manager was not aware of the procedure and she did not know. The fee would not have been a problem had we known it was necessary. She said she would get in touch with Hammad and have him call me back. Hammad did call back and describe a completely different process explaining that the doors needed to be paid for prior to his visit. We were told by the manager all of that would be taken care of during the visit from the sale consultant. Also he did not have any appointments available on the day the original appointment was set. It appears that there is no cross training between departments. Also it was evident there is a breakdown in communication among employees. Even the manager on duty did not know how to sell a couple of storm doors. It was a lot of waisted time and income lost from my job. Because of the lack of communication and poor quality of service we lost trust and confidence that Lowe's would do a professional job. read more

Given the poor reviews, I thought I would chime in. Covid has brought out the gardening side that I have neglected. The garden center all over the area had been my retreat and sanity. I found myself talking a walk to Lowes to browse early spring. Then I would bring a small plant here and there during the walks. Eventually I became a plant hoarder. The Quickturn staff kept displaying all these plants each week that I found myself keep popping in to see what's new. Now, there were a few staff that didn't want to be bothered. But don't let a few rotten apples ruin the entire crop (or something like that).. I even had an employee offered to help me pick out some nuts and bolts. Lowe's has not only had me putting out money for plants, soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots.. paint... if only there iron fence weren't too pricey.. keep shopping for that. I would say that many employees at the garden center are not know about plants.. heck customers would often ask me for advice. I kindly made recommendations and should be getting commission. But that why we Yelpers like to share. I must say that this location are late in getting new plants ( I had to hunt for certain plants in Flowermound)... but Southlake gets in the brand products (Monrovia and Proven Winners). But I am hoping that this location will get better! read more

The only thing going for this place is it has a better more non-contractor selection of fixtures than Home Depot. It only has a slightly better customer service ratio during non-weekday daytime hours. HOWEVER, the returning anything here at all is a complete shit show. It's Lowes. While there's not a ton to say about a big box hardware store, I do have to say this was a quality experience. I came into Lowes needing lawn care equipment, namely a lawnmower, a weed eater and a leaf blower. They had all of the above and in a set, which made it particularly attractive. I was able to find a mower, weed eater and leaf blower that share a common battery for a very reasonable price and all got good reviews. I have since been very happy with them and would buy the Kobalt brand again for sure. While I didn't need specific help, I was asked several times by associates if I needed it and all were very friendly and professional. Overall, I would say I prefer Lowes to some of the other big box retailers and would definitely come back to this location. read more

The worst customer service. This review is for the gardening department and there lack of customer service. My visit was on Friday afternoon on 5/18/17. Super long line with one register open and the guy would not call for backup. He kept saying the register was in use. At least call someone!!! He was ringing up a guy who bought a huge wagon of items on sale which required the guy to ring each item separately then apply the discount. Crazy! Also... This review concerns the delivery/hookup of a new refrigerator. On a Wednesday morning, we purchased a refrigerator and ice maker from the Lowes in Euless. We were told that the delivery might be as soon as that day but might be the next day, Thursday. We received a text and phone call stating that the delivery would in fact be between 3 and 7pm on Thursday. The delivery was made at 5:30 on Thursday as indicated and this is where things went sideways. As they were unwrapping the new fridge, they found that it had a dent in the freezer door. The driver loaded it back up and said we would be contacted by the store about another delivery. We subsequently got a call and when we asked when another one would be delivered, the lady said that she could not say when another one would be delivered and it could be as long as Monday since we had missed the cutoff time for scheduling a delivery. We explained that the missed deadline was due to the late delivery and was out of our control, we were told sorry but that there was nothing she could do since she was just following the delivery protocol. We talked to the service desk as well as a supervisor but could not get an earlier delivery even though this was all entirely Lowes fault and we were without any refrigeration for all of our frozen foods, milk, butter, etc. but it made no difference, so we had to wait till Saturday. We even drove back to the store to talk to the manager who seemed to be more interested in her phone and chewing her gum to focus on our problem that was entirely due to Lowes mistakes but still to no avail and was told again that there was not anything that could be done so we waited. Low and behold, the second refridgerator was delivered at 7:30am on Saturday. They unloaded the new fridge, not dented this time, rolled it in, switched the door hinges around, so far so good. They went to install the ice maker and guess what, they sent the wrong ice maker. We were told that we had to return the ice maker to the store, order the correct one, and then schedule for them to come out to install it. Now we were told that it might possibly be as early as later this same day (Saturday) if the proper people were on duty but it probably would be Monday before anyone could come out. As it stands now, we still don't know when or even if the ice maker will be delivered and installed and no one at Lowes seems to really care. It is a shame that a store as big as Lowes has no way to fix a problem of their own making, even when it is creating a hardship on a long time Lowes customer. Over the years, we have purchased 10 major appliances from Lowes but if this how they treat their customers when they (Lowes) are entirely at fault, we won't be buying anymore from them. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took over 3 months and five dishwashers before Lowe's finally delivered one that worked, and to add unbelievable insult to my injury, after spending over 20 hours trying to get a working dishwasher, they FAILED AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE DEFECTIVE DISHWASHERS I had to return. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The incompetence was so extreme I think they are doing this on purpose hoping I will just give up. I have been fighting this for over a year!!!! No one disputes that I have paid for three dishwashers and only have one. Everyone I spoke to said they would fix it, but it the end, Lowe's literally refused to refund my money. Now I have to wait another 60 days to get a response from my Lowe's credit card. If that does not work, I will have to file a lawsuit -- just to get my money back. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This is so wrong and I am so angry. No one should have to go through this. It is ridiculous. This is corporate greed on full display and if they are banking on me giving up, they bet on the wrong middle aged woman. Fairly well stocked and mostly clean. Very few employees and the self-checkout makes me crazy! Trying to scan large items in the cart and the 'guardian' wants me to move everything as I scan it into a new cart- No! You either do it all or let me do it the way I want. Travis didn't punt to "another" department but jumped in to help me when the " tree guy" was busy elsewhere. 3 other employees including 2 gals at register #10 helped this whole process. Seamless. Walked around in the grilling section of the store trying to find a part. 3 employees (see photo) stood around jabbering and not one of them ever asked if they could assist me. Lowe's, I have an idea to keep your costs down. Get rid of the employees that get paid to just stand around and chat. I ended up just guessing on what I needed and if it doesn't work, you can bet I will be returning a used item, which doesn't help Lowe's bottom line. I have never had any issues with the staff at the Euless store. The only problem I've ever encountered is fewer items available in stock than some other stores, but then sometimes they carry items I can't find at the other stores, so it balances out? They will let you into the garden center after 8pm, as long as the main store is still open and not be weird about it. There is something comforting about knowing I can buy a succulent at 9:45 in the pm if I want to. Potting mix, too! It's a decent store, overall. I purchased a varigated pink lemon tree here this year on my birthday. I love their garden center. They stock very cool, very healthy plants that have lasted through the summer. read more

Lousy customer service - spent 20 minutes trying to get someone to help with blinds. Finally someone showed up - who couldn't cut blinds. He finally tracks someone down and can't even figure how to start machine. When I asked if he was experienced response was I have done it a few times. We left and went to the Hurst location and they had plenty of great help. Maybe if Euless store has less folks walking the main aisle and doing nothing you might get help. My wife and I visited Lowes this morning to buy a number of things for our home. One such item is a lock for our pantry to help keep our special needs son from getting in and eating food not allowed on his diet. We asked Ben (Reeves) for help and we were blown away by the customer service we received. He was extremely helpful, provided numerous options and was in no hurry at all. He seemed to take a personal interest in our finding the right solution. He also understood our issue because he has had experience with a special needs individual in his own life. We were so thankful for the amazing service he provided and we also spoke with Jim Allen who was very helpful and Gloria at checkout was very friendly. Call the customer service desk after they put me on hold 4 time they send me right back to flooring after I told them no one answered after 3 attempts. Also, tried picking up order they said had arrived and took them 30 min to find the order. Was told a manger would call me back on a custom order and never heard a word ended up calling corporate and they were able to give me an answer. read more

The front door was installed but when he was going to put in the back door discovered that it was the wrong size. Checked the original order it was correct. Seems the Lowe's employee ordered the wrong size. Re-ordered the correct size it would take 2 weeks. After 2 weeks went to the store and discovered that it had been re-ordered. Put a rush on the re-order. Door came in yesterday and was told today that the installer cannot come out until June 17th!!!! Talked to Asst Mgr Greg Solis - why wasn't an installer scheduled to coincide with delivery of door? Oh, we don't do that. Well maybe you should. Absolutely worthless! read more

I love home improvement shops almost as much as I love office supply stores. Something about them makes me want to get organized, paint my entire house, and take on a remodel project...and by me I mean delegate to my husband. This Lowe's is very clean and stocks a ton of product. They have a great seasonal section, and a plush nursery. You can find awesome clearance deals at the end of each season, and I furnished my patio furniture with with spruced up pillows for less than twenty bucks. They stock sod each year before other home improvement stores/nurseries do. And honestly.. I just really like their commercials! (Damn marketing tactics!) What I can't get over though is the lack of customer service at this location. There is never anyone to help answer questions, the check-out lines move incredibly slow, and all in all, they're just not the friendliest. So unless i've got a true and specific reason to visit this location, I prefer our local Home Depot. read more

Decided to purchase a washer/dryer at the end of May to take advantage of the Memorial Day "sales" and went with Lowe's since it was closest to our apartment. Our initial visit to the store was pretty good. We were helped by an older blonde woman who was very knowledgeable and gave us several questions to take back to our apartment before purchasing (mainly dealing with size constraints/cords). We left with a plan to come back in a day or so. We returned Tuesday morning and sought out the lady who had helped us before. Unfortunately she was not there, and instead there was a younger man who was hanging around the appliance area avoiding eye contact. We already knew which units we wanted so we approached him to see about ordering. The entire time we interacted with him he had a surly frown on his face and an annoyed demeanor. He informed us that the units were not in stock and would need to be ordered (2 week wait!). He made no attempt to look up stock for other comparable units and became annoyed when we asked questions about the warranty he was pushing. We quickly made the purchase and got out of his area so he could get back to sulking and ignoring customers. Customer service is lacking in this location with the exception of a few associates. The rest seem to just stand around and shoot the breeze with other employees. The saving grace of this whole experience were the polite delivery drivers(even though they were 2 hours late/did not have all the parts) and the knowledgeable associate we spoke to in our initial visit. read more

Terrible service. Waited in a line stretching out the doors for a long time to return an item. When I finally got up to the counter I specifically asked for store credit because I already paid off my Lowe's credit card and didn't want a credit balance on the card. Instead the associate refunded the purchase back to my Lowe's card which is the opposite of what I asked them to do. I asked for this to be fixed and the associate was not able to do that. I then told them I didn't have an endless amount of patience to wait for this. It was at that time that Brian the manager on duty stepped in proceeded to lecture me that I needed to get some patience. Brian then took over the transaction and proceeded to tell me that he felt my comment was "unacceptable" and that people make mistakes and that these employees are only paid $14 an hour. I don't know who Brian think he is or if Lowes condones this type of behavior coming from management directed towards customers but it is completely unacceptable in contrast to what Brian thinks or says. As a member of management and specifically as the acting store manager this is something that should result in Brian's termination of employment if Lowe's has any standards at all. Brian didn't like what I had to say and that's fine but that does not entitle Brian to state what he said to me under any circumstances. read more
