Super friendly employees at the front door greet you and they helped me by looking up this item and they directed to isle 13 where they have all the adhesives. You might be thinking why shoe glue, if you have expensive shoes you take them to be repaired depending upon the damage. In my case the rubber sole was coming off so this glue cost me $7 to fix them so went the cheap route. Winner! They were getting ready to put Christmas items out so some shelves were empty. They have lots of great Halloween decorations out so shop Ace Hardware to get your BOO on.

I purchased an alfalfa hay bale and discovered a dead bird inside it. Instead of expressing concern about the product's quality, they reprimanded me when I reported the issue, insisting that the alfalfa was fine and showing little care for the potential risk it posed to my horses. They requested that I bring the bale back but would not issue a refund, even after I provided photographs. Additionally, I overheard one of the women speaking poorly about me to my manager as she walked away. The customer service from those two women left much to be desired and they were nasty, and I believe Russell's should reevaluate their hiring choices. I've been coming here for months and can't believe was treated that way.On a positive note, I want to commend the two gentlemen I encountered. They were genuinely apologetic and demonstrated good customer service despite the unpleasant behavior of the women and got me my refund.

Went in recently to make a purchase, was not wearing a mask as I have a medical exemption. A lady…read moreapproached me and demanded I put on a mask or leave, not in nice way either. I told her that I have a medical exemption and she said they don't recognize any exemptions and to leave. This could have been handled without such a degree of rudeness. This employee has insured that I will never shop in that store again. You can't go around violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
