Kept saying she didn't need to take this from me. What? My question about why i could only buy one? If you can ring up one why not three. We scheduled our appointment for 11:30 and arrived early at 11:15 with our whole crew ready to go, only to walk into complete chaos. They were unable to print pictures, had staff on speakerphone asking for help, and were checking families in in a way that came across as rude and unprofessional. The first appointment of the day took nearly an hour just to receive their prints and leave, which immediately backed everything up. What was most frustrating was seeing walk-ins taken before scheduled appointments while staff appeared to still be setting up on Easter weekend. Again, we understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of preparation, professionalism, and communication made this a really disappointing experience for our family. What started as a tradition is now something we're seriously reconsidering for next year.

In the past, I've left some critical reviews, but I've never seen it anywhere near this bad. The entire store was in complete disarray. Merchandise was piled everywhere, aisles were cluttered, empty boxes and trash were scattered throughout the store, and it felt chaotic and neglected. Most concerning of all, there was visible evidence of rodents. Because of that, we chose not to purchase any food items that could have been exposed or contaminated. It was honestly shocking. I'm surprised the store hasn't been cited or shut down by the county for health and safety violations. If this were a restaurant operating under similar conditions, it would have been closed long ago. This isn't just a minor issue of being understaffed or having a busy week -- this feels like a complete breakdown in management and oversight. Our community deserves a clean, safe, and well-managed store. Until there is a major change in leadership and accountability at this location, we will not be returning. It's disappointing to see a store we've supported for years decline to this point.
