Popshelf offers most essential items, friendly and helpful staff members and a variety of home decor at reasonable prices! Popshelf had a few shoppers out on a Thursday afternoon. It's not a big store so, you have to be mindful of that. However, Pop shelf has cute mini Purple shopping carts that glide across the floor. Loved it! The Cashier's are helpful. They try to help you find what your looking for. They also recognize repeat customers and seem to be friendly with them. I got a free gift for signing up with them. It came in a cute dark purple box with a bunch of white shredded paper. It had a Real Silicone pot holders and some kitchen tools. It has now been TEN WEEKS since we filed a warranty claim. We still do not have a replacement part! My last communication with Home Zone Furniture customer service was 2 weeks ago when I asked about the status of our replacement part. I was told by the rep he would check, and get back to me. I haven't heard anything now in 2 weeks. The section is made by Dallas Sofa Company and made locally in DFW. The warranty on the section sold to us by Home Zone Furniture is WORTHLESS if I can't get a replacement part! There is ZERO REASON a replacement part for a couch made in DFW should take 10 weeks (and counting). I am incredibly disappointed in Home Zone Furniture's quality and warranty service!

Within a few weeks several prices were showing cracks, wear as if I had them for many years. I have a claim for a recliner specifically that sinks to the frame and squeaks like old springs and the battery pack got caught in the mechanism. The process of getting parts and repair has been nothing short of ridiculous. Their third party who was supposed to either repair or take the chair for repairs showed up with no knowledge, no way to take the chair and no parts. Customer service gives excuses and after all is said and done, they said I have to go pick up the parts. Lesson learned! Please heed mine and others warning and do not buy from Home Zone!
