Since switching to EarthWise, we couldn't be happier. They always do an amazing job, everyone is incredibly kind, and Caitlin has my big fluffy guy looking his best in about two hours. I should have written this review a year ago, but what finally prompted me to do it was an experience I had recently with one of my foster dogs. He's a 5-month-old puppy who had spent his entire life tied outside on a rope, so he was absolutely terrified of leashes and unfamiliar places. He would plant his feet and refuse to move. At 55 pounds, he's already a strong boy! I managed to get him close to the front door, but he simply would not go inside. The staff was unbelievably patient and compassionate. They brought out treats to encourage him, but when he was too scared to take them, they never rushed him or forced the situation. Instead, they gave him the time and space he needed to feel as comfortable as possible. When it became clear he wasn't going to walk in on his own, they gently picked him up and carried him inside so he could get his bath. After he was all cleaned up, they refused to let me pay. That level of kindness and empathy meant so much to me--and even more to a puppy who had already had such a rough start in life. I would have happily paid extra for the care they showed him. Businesses like this deserve to be recognized, and I will continue to support EarthWise and recommend them to anyone looking for groomers who truly care about both pets and their people.

The vet tech who assisted me at Banfield was phenomenal, and her willingness to help was very much appreciated. I'm new to this new process, and she provided great advice and personal experiences, which brought on a bit of calm. She's a gem to have on any team, in particular, when it comes to our fur babies. We had a really great experience with Elite Suites when we boarded our dogs for a little over a…read moreweek while we were in Germany. We initially went for a boarding evaluation, which went well with both dogs. Our dog, Rango, tends to a bit more anxious than our other pup, Ray, but the staff were very willing to work with him. When he went back and was in a room with the other dogs, he did better than we expected and seemed to have a really good time. After just a half day of boarding, both dogs were exhausted, which is always a good sign! Boarding did not go as well for Rango as he became quite anxious after the first night and had a few incidences with staff. This was similar to what were told occurred at a previous facility, but the experiences were entirely different. We received frequent texts from Elite Suites letting us know the behaviors and what was being done about it. Despite everything, the dogs still got adequate time outside of the kennel and were not secluded. They were able to find a staff member that Rango liked who interacted with him more frequently. Though we've decided to not board Rango in the future due to his severe anxiety, I would highly recommend Elite Suites to anyone looking to board their dogs simply due to their handling of the situation. The facility was also nice, plus they have trainers on site, which is a huge benefit. We will likely do daycare sometime in the future with them. The staff were all kind and responsive. It is a bit more expensive compared to other facilities, but well worth the peace of mind.

I've boarded my dog at Elite Suites Pet Resort in Southlake for years, and some visits have been…read moremarred by careless mistakes and unacceptable rudeness. On so many pick-ups, the staff either under-portions or over-portions my dog's food--despite clear written instructions--only to shrug it off with, "We're human; we make mistakes." That excuse wears thin when, most recently, I was missing an entire bag of food at pick-up. When I was not happy about the attendant telling me there was no more food left, I insisted the attendant double-check, she felt I was being demeaning so she reacted in a very rude manner with unacceptable behavior: stormed off and did not say anything, then coming back with the missing bag of food, tossing the bag abruptly into my hands--and then flipping me off on her way back to the kennel. I asked for her name, but was stonewalled. The manager later claimed that Elite Suites "does not condone" such behavior but refused to take any corrective action, insisting the same employee remain on staff. I cannot, in good faith, recommend a facility where mistakes are tolerated as "no big deal," and blatant disrespect from employees is brushed under the rug. If you care about consistent, respectful care for your pet and clear accountability when things go wrong, look elsewhere. Elite Suites Southlake needs to seriously re-evaluate their training, quality control, and HR practices before earning even one more star. Given all of this I do not feel safe bringing my senior dog to Elite Suites in fear the staff will retaliate against my dog to spite me. No more trust left.

I picked up my 100 dollar bag of dog food and also some antlers at 39.00 bucks and proceeded to the cash register. While I stood there the person who should be ringing me up continued to talk on her phone and act like she was stocking the cold items. Right next to me while I'm waiting at the register. It isn't something I would ever do. Get better. Treat your customers better. Make sure they know they are a priority.
