Bite marks picture taken at ER.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOGS HERE. I left my dog here from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon and noticed immediately upon leaving that something was wrong. He was limping very badly and we looked closer and he had dried blood all over his back leg. So we immediately went to the ER where they confirmed that it was a bad bite mark after we found a second wound. They also confirmed that this was not a new cut and it was at least 24 hours old as it had begun healing itself improperly and had already started to become infected. My dog was NOT given the supervision and care that was promised when dropping him off. I was even told that he had "a wonderful stay" while picking him up. They did not pay attention enough to hear how bad he would have yelped when being bit nor at his limp afterwards. They will not take good care of your dog.

One very happy and good smelling dog!

We moved to Fort Worth six months ago so not knowing this area it's hard to trust just anyone taking care of mans best friend. So when it came time for my Australian Shepherds grooming I did the only logical thing....consult Yelp. We chose Dogs Rule Resort based on the excellent ratings. I called them and made the arrangements over the phone. I liked how they screen the pets and request copies of their vaccinations. That shows me a true concern for making sure all their pets are safe. So we dropped him off and met one of their very friendly staff. She walked us through the process and asked if they were done early if my dog could spend a little time in the doggy daycare. Uh yeah!!! My Aussie never runs out of energy so that was a win. When we dropped him off I was impressed to see a nice area fenced off with employees watching all the dogs. Truly looked like a resort for the dogs. Got the call a couple hours later and picked him up. Super impressed with the level of service and price. For $50 he got a shampoo, nails trimmed, teeth brushed and anal glands expressed. We will definitely return again. Very easy to get to and awesome staff!

Webcams are a huge plus, it's great to check in and see the fur babies having so much fun.

Absolutely love Dog Rule Resort! I'm a worry wart of a dog mom and they've made me feel so comfortable bringing my big baby there. I absolutely love the staff and they take such great care of everyone's furbabies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was my first time leaving my 8 1/2 month old English Golden Retriever puppy. The staff is friendly and the building is clean. You can go tour the resort before and they also let you try a free day to see how your puppy will adjust. Teddy had so much fun here and he was so happy when I picked him up. They even give a "pawgress report" which is so neat to see how your puppy did all day. He was exhausted when I picked him up and all smiles! He had so much fun we will be going back. The staff is so friendly and that is hard to find! Thank for taking such good care of Teddy!

We were starting to lose hope that we would ever find a doggy day care in this area that could compare to the stellar Barney's Ranch in Carrollton. We thought we had visited every day care option in the area, none of which were acceptable to us, when we found out about Dogs Rule. We scheduled a tour and we were immediately impressed. Incredibly friendly staff greeted us and showed us around their spacious and well cleaned facility. They have a large yard area covered with astro turf, so no muddy puppies here. The interior and exterior areas are divided so they can keep dogs of similar size and temperament together. The inside rooms have flat screens playing doggy tv. The best part is the webcams. You can check in any time of day and you will see staff hanging out with the dogs, making sure everyone is playing nice, keeping things clean, and loving on the dogs. Your dog's first day at daycare will be free, because they use that day to assess their behavior and ensure they will do well at day care. Awesome, right? They are more than happy to accommodate the fact that we have a dog who is scared of bowls, so we bring a mat for them to eat lunch on. They even clean the mat for us - thanks guys! They also keep a close eye on our pups and were able to tell us when one of our dogs was favoring his ear and shaking his head more than usual. Let us save you the time we spent hunting. Dogs Rule is hands down the best doggy day care you will find in the Keller/North Ft. Worth area.

I've been to Dogs Rule twice and that was two times too many. The first time was over a weekend and one of my dogs came back with a kennel cough that took a week to clear up, and they both came back with various nicks and scratches on their faces. Relatively minor, but annoying nonetheless. The staff was nice enough, and the location was convenient enough to make me trust them when we went out of town for 8 days last month. This time was much, much worse. I knew something was wrong when we picked them up, because both of the dogs were less excited than I expected and I noticed some bumps on my larger dog's head. The staff never said anything and we were anxious to get home, so we left. Shortly after we left though, I noticed my larger dog had numerous cuts on his head accompanied by some large bumps. He didn't seem terribly bothered by it, so I left it alone. Again, my smaller dog had cuts on her face, but she didn't seem bothered by it either. Since we've been back though, both the injury and his overall health has continued to decline. He has been totally lethargic, with dark green snot running from his nose, coughing all day and night. He's is so congested that he is unable to bark, so when things go bump in the night, all he can do is try to get out a pathetic little howl. $584.56 was a lot of money to let my dog get hurt and sick.

Everyone lives this place. The doggie parents in my neighborhood were talking about how great this place is. We (humans and furbabies) all love it. Dogs Rule Resort tires out my little buddy Bubba every time we bring him for doggie day care and boarding. We like to call it his camp. The staff is super friendly and young and pretty. The girls are always a delight when we drop him off and pick him up. The facility is one of the cleanest u have ever dealt with. They obviously spent a sizable chunk of money to build and customize this place. There are tons of webcams for you to check in on your puppy at your cinvenience. I highly recommend dogs rule resort for any body's spoiled rotten pooch.

    Daycare is top notch

Great place for dogs of all sizes. Wonderful staff and owner very involved and professional

As a traveling phlebotomist, my dog had not been groomed for six months. Upon dropping him off, the receptionist informed me that he was in an inhumane situation, which was not the case because he had recently visited the veterinarian and received medication to be groomed. Upon returning home, my dog exhibited excessive crying and remained in a state of distress. I contacted the establishment to inquire about the reason for his distress, and the individual who answered the phone informed me that she was aware of the situation, specifically the issue with his genitals. I was informed that he had matted fur under his genitals and had undergone a haircut, but I was never informed of this information when I picked him up. Subsequently, I was told that my dog's grooming neglect was my fault, and he was in an inhumane condition. This situation has already necessitated the administration of medication to my dog due to anxiety stemming from a previous negative grooming experience. Now, I am faced with the need to find an alternative groomer. Furthermore, the establishment has charged me $92, and I provided a $10 tip, which they did not deserve. The unprofessional conduct of this establishment has prompted me to consider seeking legal counsel regarding this matter. I also read a review about two months ago where a customer said her dog had been scraped raw in several places. So I know it's not because my dog was quote, unquote inhumane condition, they just had to find a reason why my dog was cut and the reason is because they are unprofessional and don't know what they are doing.

I can't recommend Chandler and Robert enough!…read more Before choosing a trainer, I met with a few different ones because I wanted to make sure I found the right fit for both me and my Belgian Malinois, Xena. From our very first consultation, Chandler stood out. He didn't rush us or make me feel like we were on a time limit. He immediately took Xena's leash, spent time getting to know her, worked with her, and really paid attention to who she was. Within minutes, he had earned her trust. What really impressed me was his attention to detail--he noticed something on her that I had assumed was just a bump. He pulled out his flashlight, took a closer look, and realized it was actually a tick. Thanks to him, I was able to get her to the vet and have it taken care of right away. That level of care told me everything I needed to know. Throughout her three-week board and train, Robert worked closely with Xena, and both he and Chandler were always responsive whenever I reached out. I loved receiving her report cards and progress updates, and seeing videos of her playing and learning on their social media made being apart from her a little easier. One thing I especially appreciated was that they didn't just train Xena--they taught me how to continue building on everything she was learning. The weekly training sessions while she was there gave me the confidence to work with her, and her graduation day was the perfect opportunity to put everything into practice in a real-world environment around people, dogs, food, and distractions. Xena came home with a great foundation, and I came home with the knowledge and confidence to continue building on it. Thank you, Chandler and Robert, for taking such great care of my girl. If I ever need additional training in the future, you guys will absolutely be my first call. If you're looking for trainers who genuinely care about both the dog and the people who love them, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Chandler has built something special, and it's clear he takes great pride in his business, his reputation, and the people he brings onto his team. That gave me confidence from day one, and it's exactly why I'd trust them again in the future.
