What was supposed to be a safe and social environment turned into a traumatic experience that has left lasting physical and emotional scars on my dog. During his visit, my puppy was **attacked by a 2-year-old mixed breed dog**. The daycare clearly failed in several critical areas: * **Lack of proper behavioral assessment** of the dogs they accept * **Insufficient staffing** on the floor to supervise interactions * **Inattentiveness** of staff during the incident As a result, my puppy sustained **serious injuries** -- a torn eyelid and a puncture wound on the side of his face. He required **surgery**, wore a cone for nearly **three weeks**, and had to undergo multiple vet visits for follow-up care and complications. The emotional toll was just as devastating: he became fearful in public, developed digestion issues due to stress, and, even weeks later, his eyelid has **not healed properly**. The daycare only agreed to cover the surgery costs and **refused to pay for other necessary treatments** -- including prescribed medications and additional vet visits. Their response felt more like damage control than genuine concern. If you love your dog or cat, I strongly urge you to reconsider bringing them here. No pet should have to go through what mine did. Throughout her three-week board and train, Robert worked closely with Xena, and both he and Chandler were always responsive whenever I reached out. I loved receiving her report cards and progress updates, and seeing videos of her playing and learning on their social media made being apart from her a little easier.
