Chris and Zack are AWESOME and provide impeccable service. We brought our Dachshund mix Nova for her first grooming here and she came out perfect, smelling great and feeling good. The service sends photos during the process so you can stay updated with your grooming progress, which made it easy for us to plan our time while waiting for her to be ready. I have been to several groomers in the Keller and N. Fort Worth area over the past 17 years of owning Pomeranians and was very pleased with our first visit today. I love being able to book online and received confirmation of my appointments. I was greeted my a gentleman who I assumed was the owner who was super nice and informative. The place looked very clean and tidy. I thought the prices were affordable and loved all the options offered and ease of booking online. This was my two poms (both 1 yr old) 2nd professional groom and they did not seem stressed out when I picked them up and they looked and smelled great! Disclaimer: I'm not picky with wanting a certain look or anything like that...bath, nail and sanitary trim work for me and I was very happy with the experience. The staff was beyond kind and took such great care of my pup. He came back smelling great, groomed exceptionally well and is so soft. I was concerned because of his breed needed certain care and they nailed it. Highly recommend well groomed pets! Established in 2024.

I began looking for something I could do during my retirement years and something that would provide a long term investment for my family. With 5 children, and soon 8 grandchildren, I wanted to create a business that could benefit them long term. I have always had a love for animals and dogs in particular, so I knew I wanted to work with dogs. I looked at somewhere between 10 and 15 different franchises, including dog training, dog grooming and pet hotels. When I heard the vision of Mike Hill, CEO and Roger Lloyd, President of Well Groomed Pets I knew I had to be a part of it. They saw a network of Well Groomed Pets Wellness and Grooming Centers across the US all completing 54 point wellness checks on each dog coming through the doors. They gather this data at the aggregate level and will use it to help spot potential health risks for dogs. This will allow pet parents to identify risks early so they can be dealt with to avoid potential early loss. I am committed to this business 100%,

Anne's has always made Tillie look so beautiful and I've been so happy with how she smells and her haircut. I think my girl loves going to see the staff as well! You can tell they do not wash those tubs between dogs. There were chunks of dog hair all over. The big shock came when I went to check out. I wasn't even there 30 minutes total and it was $35. I asked if this was normal pricing and she said yes it's extra for the shampoo. I am used to paying $15 to use the self service at our very reputable grooming location just a mile down the road. that price includes shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes and everything. not really sure how they get by with charging this much. I guess that's how they push so many to join their monthly wash club.

They took one look at him and knew he was bad off. They immediately took my baby and rushed him to the back and begin working on him. They allowed me to stand there and observe everything they did to my King. I am a medical person and I am familiar with the processes of triage patients with emergencies. The physician performed a sonogram and began to tell me my options of care. I had to make the most difficult decision in my life. I decided not to be selfish and to have my King put to rest. This facility not only comfort me, but my family as well. They gave us a room and told us to take our time, they offered refreshments and continually checked on us. They just went out of their way with compassion and concern. I have never experienced this type of Customer Service in my entire life. It made me and my family feel heard and understood about our wishes. Once my family completed our goodbyes and they put our King to rest, they comfort my family, some even shared tears with us. They gave us things to remember our baby boy King that I will cherish forever.This hospital will always hold a special place in my heart. This is a place that I would love to work at and be proud to say that I worked there because each and every person who works in that building are Gods angels, and truly care about the animals that they treat. I will always be grateful. I know this was God's plan because it all went perfectly. Yes, I left without a dog, but I now have a new family that I would cherish with my other pets. Thank you again to each and every one of the staff who comfort my family, who gave my comforting hugs and who helped my King. I am 4 months into a UTI issue with one of my dogs and they cannot give me a solution that works, we've tried 3 different kinds of antibiotics and I have made the infection impossible to treat now. The correct approach looking back was to do a full urinalysis and know exactly the type of bacteria so we could target it correctly out of the gate. They didn't suggest that until we had 2 full failed rounds and then when we did the test their lab left the urine out too long and got inconclusive results. Nonetheless, I continued on with round 3 of antibiotics, finished it last week and the dog is peeing in the house again today. Taking him to another vet now and looking back this process just makes me furious. I've spent close to 10k on visits, medicine, new food, supplies for my house and I had to get new floors... all without even having a solution. People should know about my experience and I hope no one else has one similar.

Post surgery I was given generic instructions that I was told they give to all of their spay patients. The instructions were accurate for a dog or a cat. They instructed to not give food until 8pm, and then, to only give half. They also instructed to withhold normal water amounts until the following morning. These instructions are not only incorrect, but would have been extremely dangerous for a rabbit's post operative care. They go in ato GI Stasis if they don't eat. Thankfully, I had done my own research and knew that. When I asked the discharge tech at what point I would need to bring her in if she hadn't started eating yet, she replied with, "Oh I don't know. Maybe a couple of days?" If I had followed both the discharge post op instructions as well as this tech's directions, my rabbit could have very likely died. It's considered an emergency if they haven't eaten anything for 12 hours. At the 11 hour mark she had not eaten anything so I took her in to another vet that offered emergency care. She needed critical care syringe feeding, pain medication, and sub cutaneous hydration. I will be writing a second YELP review tonight for them, and it will be 5 stars, instead of 1. These mistakes and miscommunications could have been extremely dangerous.

I've brought my cat in here for emergency surgery (urethra blockage) and all of our pets come here for their regular care. The lead vet clearly loves all animals, and does not offer any strict advice or pass judgement. They help answer all of our questions every time, and send us personalized texts to check in on any concerns we've had. My cats are on a special prescription food and they've worked with us to figure out the perfect ordering and pick up times. I feel extremely safe here, and know we'll be given honesty without any attempts to upsell unnecessary services. I really can't say enough good things about their level of care and commitment.

Devin has been grooming my pups for a few years now, and I couldn't be happier with the compassion and patience he shows when my furkiddo is in his care. Prior to my current companion, I had a very senior and special needs dog, and after seeing how kindly he treated my little old man, I knew that as long as he was grooming, there was no one else I would trust to groom my new baby. Trust is crucial because Jax can't walk up to me and tell me if someone is mistreating him. I have to watch for signs, and I do. today was Jax's first time since Devin moved to the new place. I watched as he was greeted by everyone, and as they tossed a ball with him to give him a chance to get settled into the unfamiliar place before taking him back for his bath and cut. I got photo updates about his progress. Attached is the one that they sent to say he was ready. Jax is superglued to my side, so I wouldn't have been overly concerned if he had come charging out at me, but he didn't. He was happy to see me, but he wasn't overly concerned with getting out of there. The new location is further than the old one, and it was 30-45 before we got home. He wasn't insatiably thirsty, so he had clearly had access to water. I can't say enough good things about this experience.
