I've been taking my toy poodle, Tillie, to Anne's for a few months and I could not be more pleased with our experience. I'm not sure if anyone has this issue, but we've had such a hard time finding a groomer who can give Tillie the "poodle" cut. She was given to us by someone who didn't want her, and it was entire learning process figuring out how to keep her well groomed. I already have two yorkies and they are a bit lower maintenance than toy poodles. The first two groomers I took her her to basically buzzed her and gave her a very uneven hair cut even though she wasn't matted. Anne's has always made Tillie look so beautiful and I've been so happy with how she smells and her haircut. I think my girl loves going to see the staff as well! They are always so welcoming and friendly. I'm finally taking my yorkies tomorrow and have no doubt they will look fabulous when they walk out! read more

We are new to Anne's Pretty Pups and we are in love! We did have to wait a few weeks to get an appointment (be prepared) but scheduling our second appointment was very easy. We have two dogs that could not be more different personality wise and they handle both of them beautifully. We have a high anxiety Yorkie mix and a super chill Shih Tzu. Our groomers have been Anne and Jade and our initial consultation with them was wonderful. They listened to what we wanted and executed it to a T. When we wanted to make a few changes on the second visit, they were able to make it happen, no problem! We have had bad experiences with groomers in the past and my pups have become fearful but not here! They have been happy boys when picking them up. I also believe they are fairly priced. I cannot sing their praises enough. We will be clients for a very long time read more

I scheduled Rosie's appointment for today 7 weeks ago. When I took her in, they told me it would be about two hours (normally about an hour and a half tops). I came back in 2 hours and found her half groomed in a kennel crying. And another dog on the groomers table. They told me it would be another 30 minutes! WTH! I was furious. They kennel my dog in the middle of her grooming to accommodate more business. This is not acceptable. I told them I wanted to take my baby and leave. They charged me $55 for a partial groom and the owner didn't even have the decency or business acumen to come speak to me. I have been using this salon for years and feel like they have clearly violated my trust. I am a long term customer with an advance appointment and my poor pup gets kennelled midstream so someone else can be served. No thank you. I will not be back. Very disappointed! read more

As one of those "crazy" dog people, I am very picky when it comes to anyone grooming my fur babies. I was referred to Anne by a local boarding business who said she was the best around. I made an appointment the same day I called and met Anne & Sarah at their newly opened location in old town Keller. They had just moved from another location in old town Keller. (The new location is in the same shopping center as DeVivo Brothers Eatery). The place is so new, pretty and fancy! They are constructing an area for people to rent tubs to bathe their animals themselves (and even have a separate drying area)! It wasn't ready at the time I was there, but it looks very cool. I was immediately greeted by Anne & Sarah who were very friendly and professional. My dogs (Maltese/Yorkie & Maltese/Poodle) went immediately to them like they had known them for years. I felt very comfortable leaving them there. They did an AWESOME job grooming the two- the best they have had so far. (I am especially glad because one of the dogs has 'behavior' issues when dealing with ears). I highly recommend Anne's Pretty Pups for your grooming needs. They definitely have a lifetime customer out of me! read more

The team made our pupper feel safe and calm while they took care of her crazy nails! She didn't let the vet trim 'em, so we were a bit worried. I was also impressed with the wait time for our walk-in nail trim! The entire process took approximately 10 min! Everyone seemed caring with each dog at the grooming stations. We absolutely love this place! My dog is easy going but I do not like other groomers that set an appointment and then keep your dog for 3-5 hours. Iris is a Boston Terrier so she doesn't need much more than a bath and her nails trimmed. The staff here is very attentive and Iris has never been there for more than about an hour. We just adopted another rescued Boston Terrier, Alfie and he does have special needs with his paws. Today, I worked with their groomers and they took care of him and there were no issues. Everyone here cares about the animals and makes sure to accommodate their needs. This is the only place that I trust to leave my dogs and know they will be properly cared for. read more

This is the best grooming shop in the area. We've had Izzy since mid 2013 & it's taken this long to find a wonderful groomer. Sarah was able to get her nails done with the dremel, which has been impossible for past groomers. When I picked her up, she was happy & smelled & looked delicious. In the past she was always "stressed" from groomers' visits. I took my schnauzer mix to Anne's Pretty Pups for the first time, as I was looking to change groomers due to communication issues. My previous groomer was good, but my doggy was often given the wrong cut, and I am seriously not that picky. Anyway, I am happy to have found a really good place that my dog seems to enjoy.
