Savannah and her family are so warm and excited to work with dogs. She gave me almost daily updates…read more(that were VERY detailed about what they did that day). The updates were real. Let me be frank, if my pup was not good, it was not sugar coated. She let me know what needed work and also what they were doing well and seeing improvements. On pick up day, we walked to the local park and practiced the commands and learned how to properly use the tools that she used to our advantage. I highly recommend Savannah for anyone who wants to really invest in their pups well being. She made sure to teach manners and not go against the dogs personality (ex. Winston's version of down is front first vs the normal butt first). She isn't a "one and done" for our pup, we still have homework or else the pup may revert back. Just like any person, you need to consistently study to be successful.

We have had such a great experience working with Meranda! My wife and I are first-time puppy…read moreowners, so there have definitely been plenty of questions along the way. Meranda has been incredibly helpful and is always quick to respond whenever we have a question or aren't sure how to handle something with our puppy. Her communication has honestly been one of the things we've appreciated most, both during our training sessions and afterward. We started working with her when our puppy was only 10 weeks old, and we can already tell a big difference from the training. It has been really helpful having someone who can show us what to do, explain why we're doing it, and help us stay consistent at home. We're really happy with the progress our puppy has made so far and are looking forward to continuing to work with Meranda as he gets older. We would definitely recommend her to any and everyone looking for dog training help!

I really wanted to give Happy Tails a chance, but the complete lack of urgency and poor…read morecommunication made that impossible. I've been trying to plan for a week-long work trip at the beginning of May, followed some time in Europe, and needed to secure boarding. Over three days, I submitted multiple intake forms (in case the first didn't go through), sent texts, and called. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment. Nothing. The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.

I stopped by on Saturday, April 25th to tour this facility, as I need boarding for my dog for about…read moretwo weeks while I'm traveling for work and then heading to Europe. I had read great things online and came in genuinely hopeful. That quickly changed. When I arrived with my dog, Buddy, and asked for a tour, the receptionist initially told me I couldn't bring him inside because they didn't have his vaccination records. I explained that I had already created a profile and uploaded everything. She paused, said "Oh," and then changed the reason--now stating I couldn't bring him in because it might "wind up the other dogs." At that point, I didn't argue and put him back in the car with the A/C running, but it was disappointing. A tour should absolutely include seeing how your dog reacts to the environment. Inside, the facility felt dark and quiet, with most of the lights off. Aside from the receptionist, I only saw a cleaning staff member. The tour itself was underwhelming at best. There was no effort to engage--no questions about my dog, no interest in my needs, no explanation of their services or daily routines. It felt more like an obligation than a business that wanted my trust. She showed me the "Ultra Suite," which includes a queen bed, webcam, and TV. Unfortunately, the room looked unkempt--the bed was unmade, the blanket was messy, and it appeared it hadn't been cleaned since the last dog. For $155/night, that's unacceptable. She did apologize, but it didn't inspire confidence. Next was the "Deluxe Suite," which was significantly smaller with a basic dog mattress on the floor. It felt more like a kennel than a "suite." There was only one dog there during my visit, yet the odor in the facility was overwhelming. I couldn't wait to leave. After showing me a few rooms, the tour simply ended--no discussion of availability, no overview of care, no attempt to answer questions or build trust. It was awkward and, frankly, disappointing. I'm very glad I chose to visit in person instead of booking based on the website alone. There is no scenario where I would feel comfortable leaving my dog here.

Our goals for this training primarily centered around an ability to settle, no jumping, and general impulse control. Karah took time before the board and train to meet and spend time with me and my dog to get to know us and make the transition easier for my dog. She answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable trusting her with my pup. During the training she sent regular updates which included training videos that I could follow along with at home. She also sent photos and more general updates that showed me my pup was getting plenty of love and fun while he was away from me, which gave me peace of mind. Karah helped build a strong foundation that, with her continued help, we have been able to continue to build off of at home, and I am so grateful! We have continued to work with Karah since the board and train and have appreciated her knowledge, patience, and positive approach to training. It can be hard to trust someone with your dog, but I have only positive things to say about Karah and the Diamond Dogs team!

Awesome Dog Training Service…read more I cannot say enough good things about this dog training service! We worked with Lindsay, and she was extremely knowledgeable, and skilled at reading our dog's behavior and needs. The training methods used are positive, and gentle. She provided us various training techniques and included videos for us to watch and reading material during the week. She provided great recommendations on dog products, enrichment ideas, and toys. It's clear that she understands canine psychology and tailor each session to meet the individual needs of our dog. In just a few sessions, we noticed huge improvements in our dog's behavior and obedience! The training environment was always welcoming and supportive, and we appreciated the ongoing tips and resources provided to reinforce what we learned at home. She would reach out during the week and made herself available between training sessions for any questions or issues we were working through. Lindsay was extremely flexible and worked with our availability to schedule our sessions. It was a wonderful experience, and we are beyond grateful for everything Lindsay and Diamond Dogs have done for us and our pup! If you're considering in-home dog training with positive reinforcement, I wholeheartedly recommend this service. It has been a game-changer for us and our dog. It's clear that the trainers are passionate about what they do, and the results speak for themselves.
