Last time I rated this store was 5 years ago, so for me and my several time a week experiences here, they have always been and continue to be positive. They also partner with different vets and offer discounted shot and wellness exams and a discount, I get discount coupons from their mailer and they also parter with local rescues. Luna is extremely afraid of storms and the HH brownies, though they don't stop her trembling, fear, and hiding, are the only things that she will eat that do help get her through storms. And pet supplies plus is the only store near us that carries them. The next closest store that carries Heavenly Hounds brownies is the Hollywood Feed in Keller! When I left the house, the storm had just started and the rain and wind weren't too bad yet. I had about 15 minutes to make it to the store before they closed. About five minutes into my drive, the wind and rain got crazy. I was having to deal with cars stopped in the road, tree limbs, flying across the road, and huge areas with pooling water. If I hadn't been on a mission, it would've definitely made more sense to pull over and wait for the storm to let up. The whole way there I was just hoping that the store hadn't closed early because of the severe weather. When I pulled up, I saw the store lights were still on and there were still cars in the parking lot. I had made it there with about six minutes till closing. I left my car running and jumped out, making my way to the door through the rain. When I got to the door, there were about five employees inside, trying to get the door open. The man with the key was having so much trouble with it. He finally told me to push on the door while he jiggled the key in the lock. Thankfully, it finally opened and I could get in out of the rain. All the employees were so nice and apologizing profusely for the door being locked and me having to wait in the rain. They said that they only locked it because the wind had picked up so much that the doors were swinging on the hinge and they were afraid they were going to break off of the hinges! I told him it wasn't a problem and explained why I was there while making my way to the aisle to grab a couple of the brownies. On my way to the register I let them know how quickly the storm had picked up and what I had just driven through, including probable small hail, all because I was a crazy pet parent! I suggested if they didn't have to leave right away that they should wait it out in the store before heading home. One of the employees said I should probably wait there until it let up, but I reminded her that I had my Luna at home waiting for me, probably under a chair somewhere. The man ringing me up was so nice! He said he totally understood and that he was giving me the "crazy pet parent discount ". This was a crazy trip, but the employees all made the experience better by being so friendly and understanding. I'm definitely grateful that Pet Supply Plus carries the Heavenly Hounds brownies, and understands crazy pet parents like me!

You will save so much money and I believe it's better for the dog owner to wash their own dogs instead of having a stranger to groom your dog. You don't know what's behind the scene! I get to spend good quality time with my boys and they were happy to be cleaned and they are super fresh and they were play play play afterwards ,that makes me happy. I Support 100% local business. I used to wash my boys in my house one of the sink. They make so much mess ,and if you were going to take the boys to the groomers that's gonna cost so much money. If you do it yourself and you know what kind of shampoo you can use and spend a quality time on taking care of your fur babies . They have a value punch card for 5 dog wash. I will recommend that if you have more than one pet to wash. My dogs and I love to go there. It is becoming our customs after wash I get my fur babies some treats.

I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don't want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He's amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!

Their pale yellow shampoo at the self bath and coconut oil helped my dog's skin improve (due to hormone imbalance), it may come and go or gone but their mild shampoo works far better than my show line shampoo. My dog has not had skin issue for over 6 months :) I'm pleased with this store.

Now he's in a cone, with meds, and 5 staples in his leg and still needs a haircut. To their credit I wasn't charged anything for the grooming (or lack thereof), or the vet bill. I understand mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly. I will obviously never be back, and recommend no one else take their beloved pets to be groomed there either.

They only acknowledged their regulars. By the time the lady FINALLY asked us what we needed, she couldn't even answer our questions because she kept stopping to talk to her regulars. Really made us feel unwelcome and like we were interrupting her social time. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.
