I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don't want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He's amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!

Neely did full X-rays and said Rudy has asthma but I don't think he needs medication for it. And then he tells me that my Rudy may die , Neely continues to give me scenarios as to why his friends have died ! This man talked so much bs about things that are irrelevant to me and my Rudy's condition. Neely charged me 400$ just to hear him talk bs . I have talked with neighbors and they agreed that he talks way too much about nothing that pertains to pets health care. I took Rudy to another vet because this idiot Neely said he would die! I learned that country veterinarians are more knowledgeable and compassionate.. New vet said that Can't see the forest through the trees!! My Rudy was properly diagnosed and treated and doing good today. Neely wasted my time talking bs , he basically charged me to hear him talk a bunch of bs. It's like one neighbor said he talks a lot because he doesn't know shit ! I will never return to this veterinary clinic, now that Dr. Miranda is no longer there . He specializes in deshedding but does it all! Nail trimming/ grinding, teeth brushing, breath spray, ear cleaning, premium shampoo and conditioner, sweet plum facial scrub, paw and nose balm, cologne spritz and a festive bandana. He has his own fully outfitted grooming trailer so no mess at home with his own water tank and hot water heater. He was very accommodating and polite and will definitely use his again!
