She even called me during the day to let me know that my dog was afraid of the blow dryer (which I expected) so they said they would let her air dry if I wanted and then called me when she was all done. The location is small and slightly run down on the outside but the people are very caring and the inside is clean which is all I care about. I have a Shiba Inu so I got the de-shedding option and I could really tell a difference. No hair in my house for almost 2 week!! Neely did full X-rays and said Rudy has asthma but I don't think he needs medication for it. And then he tells me that my Rudy may die , Neely continues to give me scenarios as to why his friends have died ! This man talked so much bs about things that are irrelevant to me and my Rudy's condition. Neely charged me 400$ just to hear him talk bs . I have talked with neighbors and they agreed that he talks way too much about nothing that pertains to pets health care. I took Rudy to another vet because this idiot Neely said he would die! I learned that country veterinarians are more knowledgeable and compassionate.. New vet said that Can't see the forest through the trees!! My Rudy was properly diagnosed and treated and doing good today. Neely wasted my time talking bs , he basically charged me to hear him talk a bunch of bs. It's like one neighbor said he talks a lot because he doesn't know shit ! I will never return to this veterinary clinic, now that Dr. Miranda is no longer there . I took my dog here a few months ago for a haircut and bath. I thought all went well until I took…read moreher back today. The sweet dog was terrified to go back in and holding herself back from going in to get groomed! She is never that way at the vet, daycare, or the first time she went into scent hound. She's had baths at other places and loves the water, and I have never seen her act that way. To top it all off, they charge a nice little no show fee after my dog was clearly terrified to get groomed in the back with them. Needless to say she will not be going back and I hope I can get my money back. A very easy 1 star review. She must've been treated horribly the last time she went in. Very sad!
