The color was one that the nail tech had suggested to me yesterday. I was then told I had to pay $25 to change the color, even though I had literally just gotten my nails done YESTERDAY. I understand charging for a color change when someone comes back much later, but charging $25 the very next day--especially when the color was suggested by the nail tech--felt unreasonable to me. They were very accommodating when it came to getting me into the chair, but the overall experience left me disappointed. I expected better customer service and some consideration given that I had just spent the time and money getting my nails done there the day before.

I would not recommend this nail tech based on my experience…read more I came in requesting a French tip gel manicure and showed a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. Instead, the finished nails were incredibly thick, uneven, bumpy, and had visible air bubbles. The French tips were inconsistent in shape and width, making the overall look sloppy and outdated rather than clean and refined. My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

Not just a quick fix, but quality work. I feel like their prices are fair, and I like that I can include my tip on the credit card. I went to love nails this past Saturday and got my nails done by Ann. She took off my nails then used an odorless product on my nails. I was very leary about the product the entire time she was applying it. Ann assured me if I didn't like the product she would take off and apply acrylic. As she applies the orderless product my nails were becoming very thick and shapeless. I was very unhappy with the finish product. On Tuesday my daughter had an appointment with Ann. She called to get me an appointment along with her appointment so Ann could take off and redo my nails with acrylic. She initially said she can take them off but she wouldn't have time to put them back on today. Once my daughter arrived to get her fill Ann stated, I'm no longer allowed at the shop because I was loud the day I got my nails done. I was not loud or rude to Ann in anyway and I feel it's a shame when others don't want you to express your opinion. My nails look horrible! They are thin on one side and thick on the other my nails was lumpy in some areas. I have been getting my acrylic nails done by Ann for some time and I never had an experience like this. Poor service and crappy customer service. I paid her even after she was aware I didn't like the services I was provided. I assumed she would be willing to take care of my nails later since the shop was full that morning. Boy was I wrong! Then I'm accused of being too loud so the owner ban me from the shop. Damn it's a nail shop not a library. Ann too bad I couldn't give this place no stars. I know it's not you it's the owner. I do not think it was malignant or ill-intentioned and the staff was friendly. I was in the area and came in as a walk in. They do not do acrylics but I was OK with gel X. Ive been getting either or done for the last 20 years so I have quite a bit of experience! My nail tech was a younger gentleman with orange ish bleached hair. He sat me down right away with no wait so I was feeling good about it! What followed was TWO HOURS OF NAIL PREP. Never in my life has this happened. I started timing how long he would be filing a single nail in the process (~ 3 minutes each). Let me be clear here- I came in for a simple french, we never even got through tips. In the background was a "free" google tv channel. I listened to the same ad on repeat four or five times each time there was a break in law and order svu. I probably heard the same commercial I am not kidding over a hundred times. I was doing my best to stay patient thinking maybe it was his first day. He started painting the tips around the 2 hour mark. Once again taking longer than I have ever experienced the many many dozens of times Ive gotten my nails done in my life. Only a couple tips in he went back and erased the tip to redo it. At that point I asked how much longer he would estimate the appt to take. He said maybe 30 more mins. I let him know kindly that Id been there 2 hours and that Id just take a color coat and leave. Where I absolutely had my breaking point was today, not even 48 hours after the worst nail experience I ever had. The thumb of my left hand broke. It was painful and it looks horrible. If you do go here I would recommend having a few hours to spare and I am hoping this was just a really bad one of because everyone has bad days!

I didn't realize that was due to them being applied incorrectly until they started turning green and I Googled it. I developed a nail fungus on all of my nails! She removed the nails for me, but that was it. There was no apology or any feedback at all. It's been three months and none of the products I have tried helped get rid of the fungus. I have been getting nails for many years and I never got a fungus. You definitely get what you pay for!
