I went there tonight and the food was horrible me and my sister got the same food. Salmon, broccoli, and mac & cheese. It was absolutely disgusting. My salmon tastes like it was microwaved old and my sister salmon tasted like smoke and leftovers and the rolls were raw in the middle. The box mac and cheese was way better than theirs. The broccoli taste of like ass. It has to be frozen left over broccoli. My stomach is turning in ways I didn't know it could. We arrived and had to wait about 25 minutes for a table for 2 it was crowded even during SIP. We were very tired from hiking all day and had not ate anything all day so we were ready to grub. We finally were seated inside which I thought was a no no but they were seating people inside we had a little booth in the bar area the place was busy our waitress was slow to take our order but was in a hurry to get our order we were not able to get a clear answer on any questions we had on their drink specials or what was in their salads she just wanted to get away from our table and back to her friends at the bar. She ran off without even getting our full order. Awhile later we stopped another waitress and asked for our rolls and wanted to order an appetizer which we were not able to order when we first put in our order. The waitress said she would tell our waitress to stop By our table. Again takes a long time finally showed up and we asked for the rolls and she starting to run off but we had to stop her and tell her we wanted to order an appetizer. She was in to much of a rush to get to whatever she was doing with her friends. We should Have just left but we were very hungry The rolls finally arrived very soft and warm perfect butter melted on the roll right away ahh so good. Our drinks slowly started to arrive and we finally decided our appetizer and right as we started to eat them the food arrived. I ordered the tri tip sandwich which was very plain no flavor and my roll was dry no condiments on my French roll I was starving so I tried to just grin and bare it but I couldn't swallow it much to dry I was finally able to ask for barbecue sauce or something to put on my sandwich my husband ordered a steak he ate his entire meal so it must have been ok he did say it didn't have any flavor but he dealt with it also. All in all this was a one time stop and will probably not stop in again. We could have came on a bad night because it was a busy place and recommended by our hotel front desk staff. If you walk into Logan's Roadhouse and expect a 5-star meal, you're sure to be disappointed. For me, I have been to Logans many times, and the food is good, but nothing to write home about. The Salads are very good, the burgers are excellent. I have had Steak at this location, and it came out overcooked and was a bit tough. The service has always been very good for Logans, thus the 3-star rating. The food on this trip came out quickly, hot, and was prepared exactly how we ordered it. The food quality was lacking a bit, and the overall cleanliness was an issue for me. Not only was the restaurant not overly clean (not talking about the peanut shells on the floor), but the restrooms were subpar as well. We were sat at a small table in the bar area. Due to COVID/social distancing, there were several empty tables around. Yet they packed a crowd of people (standing and drinking while waiting for their table) into the space right next to our table, which was noisy and annoying as they kept bumping us. We asked to be moved to one of the empty tables away from the crowd, but were denied. Food was a long, long wait. The waitress was way overworked and never even brought our food. Instead it was unceremoniously dumped on our table by some random staff member who immediately fled the scene. I can see why - the food was terrible. Steaks had sat so long they were cold and over-done. Side dishes were meager. I deeply regret not walking out at that point and getting a burger at In and Out. The fries were terrible, as if they had sat under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. Wait, 10min+10min..yep makes sense. A few years ago, this restaurant was on par with Cattlemens.
