Went tonight for prime rib. Hubby ordered his rare, mine was ordered medium. Our drinks came well into our meal, dinner plates were served 2 minutes after the salad was served, so food was cold by the time I got to it, but that didn't matter as I could only get down 2 bites of my prime rib before I called it quits. I don't know why I even gave it a chance, should have just refused it. It looked like gray matter. Like a very well done roast. It was not edible. When the waitress came back at the end of the meal she asked if I wanted a box. I politely declined and said I wouldn't be eating it, it was way overcooked. DON'T RISK IT!!! On September 22, 2022 I had the misfortune to dine at this location. The "meal" that I was served, and of which I consumed about half, almost killed me. Yes. Food poisoning. The shrimp with tartar sauce which I ordered, was accompanied by coleslaw. The coleslaw I was wary of at the beginning because of its limp, semi opaque appearance. I didn't touch it. The tartar sauce that I dipped the shrimp in, I'm pretty sure, is what got me. Within 15 minutes of leaving the restaurant I wasn't feeling well. It was Friday date night with my hubby and hardly anyone in the restaurant. It was around 8:00 p.m. We had a starter of mushrooms that were meh and took awhile to come. So we order our dinner...Prime Rib well done is the only piece left, so hubby gets shrimp trio with rice and mac n Cheese. I ordered Stacked Salmon with Mac n cheese, I had a side salad and looking so forward to our meal because we don't have an extra $100 to spend to go out to eat. We were given a $100 gift card. So our meals come and I was shocked at how not appetizing my meal looked. I did take a picture. My hubby's was a little better and he liked it. The mac n cheese was barely warm and taste worse than the boxed stuff. The waiter was kind and offered me another choice I chose Broccoli, hard to mess up broccoli. However this meal cost nearly $30 bucks just for mine. The Salmon was good but wait until you see the tiny shrimp stacked, more like laid. They need to rename this meal to, Laid bay shrimp and Salmon. The pic tell the real story. They say you eat with your eyes.....Not on this plate! One last thing, the cookie apple dessert is marginal at best, It taste like someone opened a can of apple pie filling and dumped it over the cookies and ice cream. Did I mention the cookies were probably delicious about a week ago. Hard as a rock! It saddens me this place has not just fallen but has crashed. It needs to be rescued and given life again. Had a great dinner with the family this evening! Our wonderful server was Ricky Bobby, and he provided amazing service, brought food out really fast, and kept our drinks filled at all times while being very friendly and inviting. He made great recommendations, I had the 16oz prime rib, and it was fantastic! The aujus was so full of flavor and the meat was cooked to perfection! If you like mushrooms, the fried mushrooms are the best I've ever had, also the potato skins are far above par, with the bacon and cheese, chives, sour cream, and such wonderful crispy skin while staying creamy on the inside, I'm definitely getting them with brisket and fried jalapenos next time as recommended by Ricky Bobby. Well the rating you see is pretty accurate at least from my perspective. I'm in a hotel for 8 days and was looking for a close place at about 8 pm. Young lady at the front desk said Logan's has good food and they were open. So I didn't pay much attention to the Yelp reviews and tried it anyways. Had the chicken fried steak and it wasn't great. Gravy was like water. Side of broccoli was delicious though. Service was nice and friendly. Cool atmosphere but for the price and quality I will pass. read more

Disclaimer: before I wrote this review I did contact the manager, Kaveh, to air my experience with both the service and food. He graciously offered to help make things right on a future visit. To keep this short I will skip the complaint on the slow service we encountered and focus on the meal. My husband ordered the ribeye steak MEDIUM RARE. Twice he was served a WELL DONE steak which we returned, uneaten. The server told us when questioned why the meat wasn't coming to the table as ordered that the cook was having an off day. Huh? I see most of the reviews are from the Covid era which was a bad time for all especially restaurants. Being a construction manager I know it is very difficult to get workers now. Employees who care are even harder to find. I suggest those who had a bad experience during the last 2 years to come revisit. I walked in and the hostess greeted me within 20 seconds. I was behind a large group. I said I would like to sit in the bar area and she escorted me around to find the seat I liked. She made me feel welcome. The only reason I am giving a 4 star is because of the excellent service I had. My server Ryan was so kind and really went the extra mile. We should of turned around and left the minute we got there. The vibe was horrible, staff rude and when our order finally came my chicken was RAW inside! Told the wait staff, she said she would bring me a new plate, I had mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. When they brought the "new" plate it was just chicken. So my sides were cold and on a plate with raw chicken! Gross! Then we had a groupon that had a barcode and they didnt know how to work it, the manager was very rude. I'm sitting here in the restaurant right now trying how to politely say just how poor the service is here Food was ok to average, not bad just ok. Service was very slow. Waited quite a while longer than 10 minutes for a table. Once seated waitress started out fine but it's like our order wasn't put in. After a long wait got her attention and asked to speak with the manager. He gave a half hearted apology. Food came up, asked for extra napkins and ranch dressing for the onion rings. We never got either. Simply communicating with us about the delay is all we needed. The apology came with the bill. A little late. Situations like this can be diffused by letting the customer know what's happening. Ignoring us didn't fix anything. Sad, haven't had such a poor customer service experience for quite some time. Can't say for sure but I don't remember writing too many 1 star reviews. read more
