Just like any other Logan's Roadhouse, you will get the same good food at a good price. The service was great and attentive while the food served hot and in a timely manor. The reason for 3 stars is because the bathrooms need more attention. Good American food, recently they have added some hand cut premium steaks to the menu. So that's basically a regular select piece of meat. Overall good for the PRICE! I have eaten at a Logan's Roadhouse on several occasions and my friend said let's eat here. We were seated very quickly and our waiter was very prompt. I ordered unsweet tea and my friend I ordered a diet sprite. The waiter said only diet drink was coke. What no diet drink with no caffeine? So she got weak unsweet tea with water added. I then ordered the moonshine shrimp and a side salad, and my friend got the chicken with vegetable on a skewer , and a side salad. The waiter brought our salads and rolls. Usually Logan's rolls are good, not today they were very chewy like they were old or something. The butter was great. The tea was fine. Now let's go onto the main course I got the moonshine shrimp. I don't complain in a restaurant or send food back. I didn't say anything about it to the waiter or anybody. The shrimp were hard as a brick bat and hard to chew and tasted on the cusp on being burned.The home potato chips underneath were very good. And my friends dish of the chicken, she said didn't have any taste to it she got the rest if her chicken to go said would take it home to her puppy. She said the skewered vegetables and salad was good. I was very disappointed with the meal from Logan's today. Sorry Logan's roadhouse I like to write good reviews, today I just could not write one. I had the worst steakhouse experience of my life here last night. I'll give the staff credit for being friendly. Aside from that, service was both terrible and slow. First we were seated for 20 minutes before we decided to ask if we were going to have a server. This question caused some confusion, but finally a server was assigned to us, and she took our orders. We were told that rolls would be brought to the table. After watching guests that had been seated after us get their second batch of rolls, we finally received ours 30 minutes later. Server then told us that she would be bringing saucers for the bread. They never came. Finally, entrees were brought to the table. Not all at once. There were six of us, and two were served 10 minutes before the others. Two of us ordered prime rib, which arrived without the horseradish promised on the menu. In all, only two of the dinners arrived as ordered. The final hurdle was paying for the meal. Almost thirty minutes passed between the time we asked for the check until we just got up with the tickets and took them to the greeting station to get them taken care of. That actually got some attention - we were told that we couldn't leave until the card was run and payment verified. We assured them that, after 30 minutes of trying to pay, we would be leaving in just a few minutes whether they were done "verifying" payment or not. All in all a less than enjoyable experience. To begin with, the restaurant wasn't busy so we were seated promptly but waited 10-15 minutes before we had to find someone to ask who was supposed to wait on us. Our waitress finally showed up, but never uttered one word. We proceeded to give her our drink and food order without any questions or comments from her. Our salads were half eaten before we received our drinks. Our waitress never came to check on us during the meal as we needed steak sauce and drink refills. We finished eating waiting 10 minutes before our check arrived. Again, no words from the waitress. We left cash on the table and complained to the manager on the way out. Waited over 45 minutes for a 6 oz steak and burger. The bun on the burger was so hard I could not bite through it. I asked waiter for a fresh bun and that took another 15 minutes. This restaurant is in over it's head. It needs a new kitchen staff or management or something. We arrived on a Friday lunch and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Half of the restaurant was open, so it didn't make sense, but 10 minutes is not a long wait, so no big deal. Well, 20 minutes goes by and we are still not seated. We discovered we had been skipped, but we were next. 20 more minutes goes by. At least 10-15 tables have left, but none have been seated. There were 12 tickets in the window when we got there and 12 when we left. In the 40 minutes we spent waiting to be seated, no tickets were sold and one person was seated. The place was a mess. We finally ended up leaving because my husband had to be at work. We went across the street to Mcalisters, which had a line to the door, and we were seated and had our food in 15 minutes. Despite the bad reviews, I decided to give them a chance. Overall experience c-. Let's start with the food. I ordered a medium "hog wild sirloin" with French fries. The French fries were on point the pice of thick bacon was to die for. The steak....... well it was medium (I give them that) look like it was heat up in a microwave or was cook long before I ordered and then just a few minutes on the grill. "Not worthy" just ask for the bacon with fries on the side. Service wasn't that bad, I sat on the bar, the bartender was little rude at the beginning ( I was the only one at the bar besides a couple that looks like they have been there forever and have not order anything else) but she came around and was kind of nice after I order my second beer. Staff wise, I think this location is in lack of corporate training. They need to know how to great people and how to have a welcoming face when somebody shows at their door. Kitchen wise..... well that one is a little diferente cause I just try one dish and I never get it again. At least I'm not paying to go to any Logan's again. Now I can tell why of the low stars on every location, I think is not the employees but the corporation that does not take time to train the staff correctly or don't know how to chose a good manager. I wish I could leave 1/2 a star to reflect the half of my evening wasted. I wish I could leave an honest review about the quality of service and food however having never met our server I wasn't given a chance to order. There was a payment issue at the table next to us causing our server to run back and forth to a manager who couldn't be bothered to help their staff. If the quality of food reflected the apathy of the host and manager then I can only imagine saw dust would have tasted better. The food is sub-par. The grilled shrimp was terrible, but the rolls were good. I picked the bad pieces of lettuce out of my bowl, and the waitress never brought me more rolls even though I asked. The icing on the cake was the sign they had up that said if I bought a 50 dollar card, I would get a 10 dollar one free. Well, I bought one, and after they swiped my card they wouldn't give me the 10 dollar card. They never honored it even though it was on a big freaking chalkboard with no expiration date. Honestly if I could give less that 1 Star I would. I've been to Logan's many times before so I know what the food normally taste like & how the service normally is and this experience was AWFUL. Food was wrong for everyone, and it came out before our salads or rolls did. Shortcuts on our food were taken when we had to send it back to the kitchen. Fries were cold and soggy. My moms sweet potato looked as if the cooks played football with it before serving. I really could go on and on. Our drink glasses stayed empty. Server never apologized for the mistakes, just basically avoided our table at all cost. Today's lunch was wonderful and the service was superb !!! I had the meatloaf which was all meat with really good gravy, onions, mushrooms & mashed potatoes (homemade). Husband has salmon that came with rice. We both chose salads as our single side. They were both icy cold, generous, and very fresh & we both loved them with my honey-mustard and his 1000 Island on the side. Of course, the hot yeast Rolls & peanuts are never a disappointment !!! I've always had amazing service when I would go to Logans in Flowood, however last night 4/14/22 was not the case. When I first got there I had to wait on a place to be cleaned off at the bar, there was dirty dishes everywhere and another patron said nobody had been sitting there for some time. I ordered a drink which showed up very prompt of course yet when it came to the food, the steak was extremely dry, I couldn't even eat it, I wound up giving it to the dogs. The waitress never one time asked how our food was and when I asked for steak sauce she never even brought it, she even started taking some else order instead of bringing the steak sauce, i actually had to go up and get my own. Our waitress just did a horrible customer service job and when i mentioned something to the manager about it he just brushed me off. I was very upset and mentioned something about it to a different waitress and she even said yea the food is horrible and they themselves wouldnt even eat there. I placed an on line order Friday night. I ordered 2 8 oz sirloins cooked well done and medium. I was told to be there in 20 minutes. When I got there, it was a mess. I was ask my name 3 times and then a waitress cane out with my bill which was so high. I said that can't be mine. She said what did you order and I told her and then she went to the manager and he sent another lady over to tell me that they don't sell the 8 oz anymore so they cooked the 16 ounce. I was charged for that or I could wait for them to cook two 6 ounce steaks. I decided to keep the 16 ounce and those had to be the worst pieces of meat ever. Very tough, cooked incorrectly and I waited over 30 extra minutes. Not sure I will go back. Too many steakhouses around to be treated like that. Not one I'm sorry during the entire time I was there. They also let a lady in without a mask which shouldn't have happened. I know these are strange times but rules and manners still should be the norm. read more

Went there Sunday for my grandsons birthday dinner. I ordered a 12 oz ribeye, my wife had the 8 oz filet and grandson hade the shrimp and filet. All the steaks had no seasoning. This place was awful. I am not a fan of chain restaurants to begin with, but i can tolerate some. First of all the service was awful, the waiter seemed to be completely clueless, and no managers or other staff came by to ask if we were doing ok or not. i ordered the prime rib, which is my favorite cut of meat, and it was bland. The outside was overseasoned, and the inside was cold, and i ordered it medium. The color was right, but it tasted like it was sitting around for a little bit and they just warmed it up. Only reason I give this two stars is because I enjoyed the rolls. My family and I have been to this Logan's twice now and each time we have had something wrong with our food. We have eaten at a number of other Logan's roadhouses and we know the recipes are real good, but this place cannot get them right. First time we went the grilled shrimp that was sent out was cold and not even close to cooked after two attempts at sending it back and arguing with the manager to take it off my ticket we left very unhappy. The second time we went I got the tilapia fillet that the waitress had suggested to me, and my wife got the grilled chicken salad. When her salad came out the chicken was raw and got sent back. The fish was well overlooked and burnt on all edges. The mash potatoes were cold and I had to ask for gravy to put on them to warm them up. I know there is a Logan's in Pearl MS we may try soon. My husband and I went to Logan's Roadhouse, they were not that busy, we went in and saw several employees, but none said a word to us. Finally after about two minutes the hostess came up from somewhere in the back and greeted us and sat us down and said our server would be Miss Christy and she would be right with us. We looked at the menus and made our choices, but no one came to take our order, we never saw Miss Christy or the hostess. we stayed ten minutes in the booth, then got up to leave, The hostess came up as we were leaving and we told her that we never saw our server and she said she didn't know where she was. I received a warm welcome, with our friendly server delivering our drinks, yummy salad and rolls in a timely manner. After about 20 minutes, we asked about our food. He said it should be ready soon. After a little while we asked again. He came back and advised that our steaks had "disappeared" but if we waited another 10 minutes, they would be ready. We had a previous engagement and left at that point. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier, though. My bride and I met after work today for drinks and a few appetizers. Drinks were good. We ordered the Cajun shrimp appetizer and the fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were ok although were not very fresh. The shrimp was was overcooked and like eating leather. The chipotle sauce didn't come as stated on the menu and we were told oh we are out of that. This should be stated when ordering. Sad to say but the best part of happy hour at Logan's was the free peanuts. With other locations, awesome service usually makes up for the awful food. However, this was not the case. We have been to this location several times over the past 6 months hoping it will improve but no dice. Steaks are over cooked and the wait is insane. The hosts have argued amongst each other every time we have been there and everyone generally looks like they'd rather be anywhere else then at work. It's not hard to see why either! I've personally witnessed the General Manager and another manager berating the servers. Treat your employees right and maybe service will improve and more people will come to this location! Also, investing in a decent cook who knows how to cook steak to temp would be a vast improvement. read more

On June 14, 2013 Friday I took my two little grandchildren here for supper appox 5:30. It was not crowded. We ordered and then waited and waited and waited. Finally after asking the waiter for our food several times,he brought the children's meals. He told me several times my food would arrive "in 3 minutes". I never got my meal! I stopped the receptionist and told her to get someone to get my bill and subtract my supper because we were leaving. The waiter showed up and apologized. I paid for the children's food and we left.
