Hey guys I was reluctant to eat here due to a low 2 star review during the dixie rodeo, however to me and my wife's surprise the service was fast and extremely attentive. the food was out within 10 minute, proper for the order and tasted great. All businesses have opportunities and I noticed that they couldn't turn tables as fast as new customers were coming in so the wait time was 45 minutes ( got a table in thirty ) I believe this was due to staffing. I don't have a Logan's were I live but I was very happy with the experience I wouldn't say the food was five star but would like my experience to make an impact on their score from yelp. read more

Just finished a meal here. The waiter came with our drinks and took our order never to be seen again at the table. The expediter brought our salads He also brought our meals. The sad part was we didn't see the waiter anywhere. I literally had to go refill my iced tea not once but twice. We went to Logan's Roadhouse only because the wait time at the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings was more than 50 mins. It didn't take us long to realize that the place isn't worth it. My chicken was swimming on the hot sauce; just not what I was expecting. The waitress was kinda a rude as she kept on coming to our table and asking us to pay even though we weren't done and it was just a little past 10. i've been to logan's in Pearl plenty of times. i decided to give the Flowood location a chance, never again!! chicken tenders came out burnt. ribs came out burnt. rolls came out 15 minutes after our food came out. when we sat down all the waiters were having a conversation with some plenty explicit language. i'm trying to have a nice date, would you want your lady to hear that? already our waitress was somewhat nice. horrible food. do better Logan's. read more

It never fails; the picky eater in me always is disappointed. Logan's is no different. I ordered the Fried Chicken Breasts with NO gravy. It arrived COVERED in gravy, as well as my mushroom skewer on the side. By the time the waitress wandered back to ask if everything was okay, my kids were halfway done eating so I just told them to take it off. I'm going for a solid 3 stars here to average out the times I have been here and it deserved 2 stars and the times it deserved 4 stars. Service here has been either really good or really bad. I've had servers who were friendly, attentive, and completely on point. Then again, I've had servers who didn't know their a** from a hole in the ground. Food: The steaks have been hit or miss. I've had steaks which were perfectly cooked and had wonderful flavor. I've also had steaks which were over-cooked and had no flavor. The ribs have been consistently good and fall off the bone. Avoid the little dessert buckets; I've tried all 3 of them and have been disappointed with each. The hot rolls they bring out are really good and it's always fun to eat peanuts and toss the shells on the floor. I have such a love/hate relationship with Logan's. I ordered Logan's via Door Dash tonight. I was looking forward to this because the last steak I had was amazing. It didn't need any kind of sauce. Tonight was not so good. The meat was gray, tough and unseasoned. I was really disappointed. I ordered broccoli. The portion was tiny, but it was good, as was the baked potato. The rolls never fail. Tonight's meal was nothing short of short. The waitress rung in the wrong meal. The kitchen left two pieces of food off the two adult entrees. When the manager changed the order to the correct one he had no idea as to how to re-ring in the correct one so he took off for it by deleting the kids meal which I thought was supposed to be 1/2 price tonight. Anyway the 1st visit back last month was way better. I think they have reverted to the old bad management system. They were notorious for fouling up our orders. We mentioned to the waitress that the order was wrong even before she brought us the check. Not too pleased with this visit. read more

The restroom was horrible! Seems like they haven't cleaned them all day. We waited forever for our food to arrive, and even after we received it, it was disappointing. Our fries were cold, & the bun on our burger was hard & cold. The restaurant wasn't busy, so I don't understand how and why we received cold food. I absolutely hate how the waiters & waitresses talk over your food while it's on the line instead of getting it and bringing it to you. We will not be visiting again. Asked for medium rare, my wife and I got blue rare. Everything was noticeably microwaved and cold. I only got one refill for my drink the entire time. A different waitress is who brought our food out and forgot to bring me half of my food. They fill the peanut buckets for the tables now which is a bad idea, all of the peanuts were stale. Me and my friends decided to stop in for a quick dinner but it was anything but quick. We were seated by the hostess(a very sweet girl) and was told our waitress would be over shortly, we waited about 5 minutes before we were greeted by Bunny, we gave her our drinks and waited about 10 minutes for our drinks, we gave her our order and it took 1 hour before me and the child that was with us got our food. My food was ice cold and I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring my friends their food for me to even mention my food was cold. Bunny was more focused on another table than ours, came over to our table a total of 5 times and two of them times was for the check. She was blatantly ignoring us and we will never go back there. Went to dine-in last night. Ordered Spinach Dip. Waited 25 minutes. Had to call waiter. He said my order had been given to wrong customer and I would get another one soon. The chips were wet and were like chewing wet cardboard. Placed my order, ribs, salad, baked potato. Brought my salad out and immediately brought out my food. One guy came up, seated us, and told us our server would be with us shortly. 15 minutes later, our server came to take our order. I ordered a fried cheese and bacon burger, and it only had the burger patty and 3 mozzarella cheese sticks on it. At that point, I had waited so long, I didn't want to send it back. The burger and fries tasted extremely bland, and I couldn't bring myself to eat all of it. I love Logan's, but this restaurant has THE slowest service I have ever experienced. Also later Went for lunch on a weekday.(because it wasn't busy) 1/4 of the parking lot was full. Wait time was 35 minutes to be seated, at 11:45 in the day and an empty lot. I watched 5-6 families leave because of wait time. If you want Logan's, try another one. This is an okay place to enjoy a meal...if you like hit or miss food and service that is. On some occasions it can be very frustrating to eat here, you'll get bad service, the food will not be very good and you'll leave wishing you'd eaten elsewhere... On other occasions you'll have great food, outstanding service and you'll think to yourself... Why don't I come here more often?? The answer to that question....is consistency...Is it really too much to ask to have a pleasurable dining experience each and every time? I wouldn't know what the steak tastes like. Waited for 40 minutes and the steak never came. The restaurant is not even busy. The bartender is terrible. She is more interested in talking to her friends than doing her job. I sat at the bar for a good three minutes while she was chatting. Then she said, "oh, where did you come from?" Really, I walked up in front of her and sat next to her. I can go on and on, but I won't belabor on it. I'll just go to Longhorns down the street next time. My host brought me to this restaurant. I was really excited because I've never been to Logan's and we don't have one in Vegas. So, my expectations were a little high. We were greeted and seated (ok, good so far). Our server was ok, we placed our order so we wait. The restaurant was fairly empty because we went there around 2pm. Which sucked because they have their 3pm special...(blame my hosts, eye roll) Ok, now to the food... I was trying to be cost effective, so I ordered their signature roadhouse burger. My meal was super trash... fries were old/cold, my burger was room temperature. I was very disappointed in my meal and I've had VERY bad experiences with sending my food back(watching shows and reading blogs etc...) so, sadly I just ate it. I didn't pay for my meal my hosts did. (Should have been a sign) I ordered the Brisket Sandwich, my husband ordered the Pork Trifecta sandwich. His was good, mine was cold. I sent mine back and decided to change my order to a club w/o tomato to save time. This order took 20 minutes. My husband had finished his meal by the time mine arrived and mine had tomatoes and the bread was soggy and cold. We got the order to go but probably will throw it away. The server never checked on us after dropping drinks, rolls and salad came out at the same time (~40 min after sitting and ~20 min after actually ordering). Literally one minute after the rolls and salad came, steaks came. By the time I finished my salad, my steak was cold. As far as his.. I've really never seen such a grossly-undercooked steak. Me my fiancé and my 2-year-old were coming through town on our way home from vacation and wanted steak so we stopped and they didn't seem very busy inside nor outside so we were thinking "awesome, there won't be a wait" little did we know they only had 15 tables and 5 servers working on Father's Day evening the wit was an hour and a half to two hours which is absolutely ridiculous I mean if servers can't handle more than 3 tables especially small tables then they have no business serving I have been a server at several restaurants and that is so pitiful. My baby and I were both so hungry and drove out of the way just to go there and they were rude about how long it would be and why. It just really bothered me! They need servers who actually can handle being busy and cooks who can handle the full house otherwise they need to downgrade to a 15 table restaurant read more
