I also "made it messy" which was extra butter and their signature seasoning added to the mix. When I received my food, in typical boil in bag fashion, it was PIPING HOT which was great because by the time I got home I didn't have to reheat it. Also it was a tolerable seasoning to spice ratio. The butter was a little much but not extraordinarily overwhelming. Though it was not my first choice, I enjoyed every bite of it--satisfied my seafood craving.
