You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Drinks are self-serve which I really like not having to wait on your server for refills. I got the Pacific Wrap, which comes with sautéed crawfish, fried popcorn shrimp, a homemade remoulade sauce, lettuce, tomato and melted Parmesan cheese. Got the garlic green beans as my side. Travelling through and stopped for dinner based on the reviews, place was not too busy and I was seated quickly. Rebecca was my server, and I ordered a beer while looking over the menu. She dropped off my beer and I went with a side salad and the chicken quesadilla. Sadly...the bottle of beer was warm, seems what was in the cooler didn't get cold so sent it back. The food was generous, fresh and delicious. I had catfish platter and my husband had the shrimp skewer meal. Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We were traveling through and were also pleased with the time it took to get our food. Considering it was cooked to order we were in and out within 30minutes. You order at the cash register and the person that brought out our food was very friendly and checked on us a couple times to see if we needed anything. I never came by because of the negative reviews I was given but let me tell you...those word of mouth reviews were completely worthless. Now that I've stopped by and actually had the chance to sit and eat ive come to realize this place is a hidden gem! The freaking cheese grits are to die for, the service is phenomenal and they have a fairly decent sized beer menu! Dirty small restaurant in Clinton Ms. The wait took forever and the food was terrible! I order the Froggy cheesesteak only and it was TERRIBLE. It was dried up and so burnt that you couldn't chew it. I paid extra for the side of chips and queso. The queso is supposed to have sausage, but I never found any and it was the smallest ramekin of cheese dip on the planet. The food is wonderful and the menu is varied. The portobello fires are fire! The sweet potato fries taste like a dessert with some powdered sugar and sweet dipping sauce that tastes like cinnamon roll icing!!! But the seafood pivots come on delicious French bread, maybe Gambinos!!!! The wraps are large and anything with crawfish, gator or shrimp is divine. The menu is too good to order at the counter but ...you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. You get your own drink but they may come by and ask if you need a refill. Even though I cannot stand this aspect of the establishment I go back because the food is good. The staff participation in the dining experience is minimal due to having to place order at the counter so I have issues tipping over 15% but feel guilty about it so.... No liquor but plenty of beer options and you can buy a bucket for a price break. Skip the beer so you can eat more before portions are pretty big and ask if their are any off menu items since they change the menu but keep the old dishes available for order if you know what they are ..... I would have rated a zero for the food, it was really bad! I got nauseous from my shrimp wrap and so did my daughter. Plus the Server, by mistake, brought extra cheese dip to our table and as it was there she left it, after the kids had already started eating she came back and took it out of our table!
