This Burger King is located in a gas station near the Interstate. I ordered my food through the App. I got in line to check in and the customer in front of me was very upset because she had been waiting 25 min for her order. They hastily put it together for her. I checked in with the young lady and watched as they prepared my order. It was placed in a sack and laid to the side as they worked on other orders. I told the worker that it was my order. She handed it to me and I told her I had two drinks. They were out of unsweet tea and Dr. Pepper. But the burgers were fresh and hot. And, the restaurant appeared to be clean. read more

I went to order at the counter and the young man there told me they weren't serving because they didn't have enough people. This is easily consistently one of the WORST fast food chains that has ever SOMEHOW managed to stay in business in our town. I don't know how they've managed to continue doing the bullshit they do but MAN they must have a negligent or non-existent manager or someone just purely not meant to be a manager. As long as I can remember, they've always done some crap at the window, making you stop before coming to the second window, scraping a pan along the ground, they don't use the windows accordingly. They've always got an attitude for absolutely no reason, they never repeat your order back or use the screen at the order stop so that you can see your order, they always make cars pull forward so they can cheat their time. They get their shit together for like 2 weeks and then they're back to the same bullshit. Easily some of the dumbest workers I've ever come across. We haven't been in awhile, we usually don't go because two out of three members in our household HATE this place, the food is gross even for fast food standards and the workers are always hostile and have an attitude even if you're not the one who caused it; but for some reason the one person really wanted it today so we all went, we ordered a sour dough chicken club, to which they asked "a single or a double" we were a little confused because we'd never heard of a chicken sandwich having a single or double option but we thought it was some weird new thing and just said single, we ordered a hand-breaded chicken sandwich, after which we were asked "on sourdough bread" we thought they meant for the second sandwich so we just said sure; then we ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and three fries. The order came and we noticed there were only two sandwich wraps in the bag so we brought it up and they instantly got hostile about it and they all just stood around like they didn't know what to do instead of just ringing up a third chicken sandwich and us all going on about our day in turned in to a whole big thing where they stood around not doing anything about the situation and just arguing over the sour dough bread part never mind the fact that we ordered THREE things, lol. Finally they ring up another chicken sandwich and we pay and they bring it out, now I check for count because I figure they're usually smart enough to get the order right, HOWEVER, we get home and open the sandwiches and TWO of the three sandwiches are BACON CHEESEBURGERS ON SOUR DOUGH BREAD. Ah, it makes sense SOMEWHAT as to why she asked single or double but never ONCE did we say anything that remotely sounded like BACON CHEESEBURGER. AND THE SECOND BURGER WAS THE ONE WE MADE A STINK ABOUT NOT GETTING A THIRD CHICKEN SANDWICH SO WE SHOULD OF GOTTEN AT LEAST A CHICKEN SANDWICH IN THE THIRD FUCK UP BAG but no that was the second cheeseburger.... fucking morons. Stopped on our way back from Florida to get gas and go to restroom. Sign on door inside chevron said" Restroom in Burger King" they had a trash can on other side of door, but wasnt sure why when you Could just open door. So...went in and used restroom. The manager came Over and started yelling at my son and when I came out of restaurant he told me to leave and I said no I'm not leaving because my granddaughter was in there. He said my son who was in men's restroom could watch him. I said no I wasn't leaving her in there . I asked him why we couldn't just use restroom he said because they didn't want people think dining room was open. I said that is no reason, other restaurants like chick fil a and he said this wasn't chil fil a and I said obviously he told Me I had to leave a different way than I came in and I said why can't I leave through the gas station. He started yelling at me. I told him the sign read "restroom in Burger King" he said it did not..-and would not go look at it. He was yelling at me to leave. I told him he was rude and yelling and flipped me off. I told him to kiss my ass. He replied if I had one...then told me To go stand on the corner I might have better luck I told him he was pretty brave saying that and then locking the door. My husband went back to him and he wouldn't come out from the counter. He told him you don't talk to my wife that way and he called the police which we were more than happy to wait for. Oh and in that time we were waiting several more people tried to go through the same door and use the bathroom...why? Once it was obvious I was irritated, they said to pull forward without correcting the order. They repeated the incorrect order at the window, like I was just going to be ok with it.
