Ordered for breakfast. Hubs got the grilled chicken on a biscuit. Biscuit was the best part. It said the chicken was dry and didn't taste very good and it was tiny. In fact the whole biscuit was tiny. I ordered the burrito which was actually much larger than I anticipated. It was just OK. Don't care for this salsa. The wait time for the drive through with a mobile order is beyond mind boggling; I've been in line 31 minutes and still have not made it to the window to receive our food, they need to reach out to other locations to see their work mechanism to have a better flow with their drive through service, this is needs attention asap, smh. read more

First ever experience at a Chick-Fil-A, and zero complaints! We had a breakfast sausage sandwich and classic chicken sandwich meal. The breaky came with little tater tots and really good coffee. The lunch meal included lattice fries. Both meals were VERY fresh and hot. I had no idea about this restaurant chain's uber-dedication to customer service, food quality and experience excellence. They certainly set the bar. I'd heard about the positive vibes and family-first philosophy, and today I experienced it. The folks who were working truly did so as a team in the way they interacted and all seemed to jump in everywhere they could. Their attitude towards customers was just downright kind! That said, I'm aware of how they train their employees and what they are supposed to do and say when serving customers. Some Chick-fil-As do it right and some do not. This one does it right! You can find kind people at any CFA but there's those special locations where the employees talk to you like you're family. We came in and even the guests were talking to us and just friendly. My husband and I stopped in to get a quick snack. I had ordered soup but the manager said their soup cooker had a malfunction and it would be awhile before the soup would be ready. Since we didn't have time to wait he refunded us the money and asked us what else he could serve us from the menu. I asked him if he could toast a bagel. The only time I've ever received old nuggets in years of going to Chick-fil-A. The manager was outside directing traffic. Surely someone else can do this. The food is as good as any other chic fil a- the service not so much. This is the 3rd time I've gone and have not gotten any sauces with my meals. Only to leave and have to eat dry nuggets. This morning, I ordered two 4 count chicken minis... and asked for strawberry/grape with both orders. It wasn't until I got to my location that I realized I didn't have any jelly. I drove back to the restaurant to get some- I didn't want to wait 20 minutes in line for some jelly so I pulled into curbside and called to see if they could maybe bring me some out with a curbside order. The lady told me she didn't think she had any orders in curbside... The curbside slots were full though. And I saw two workers coming out delivering food. Icing on the cake was they refused to redeem the Yelp check-in upsize offer and charged me for the large fries and drink. The service here was amazing!! We walked in 10 minutes before closing, not knowing that their restaurant closed at 10:00, because the one where we live closes later. We insisted that we would go on and allow them to clean up, but they told us that we needed to eat and that's what we came here for, so they were happy to serve us! Probably the best fast food in Clinton, MS which isn't saying much. Food is always great, employees always friendly. We've been to a lot of Chick-fil-a restaurants though and this one seems to have more problems keeping tables bussed and the store clean. Most Chick-fil-as we've gone to have someone bussing, getting re-fills, and helping customers pretty much full time. After many visits, we rarely see that at this store which is why I give it a 4 out of 5. read more
