I have no complaints with the food or service but I do have a problem with a charge that this location has. Sitting at the Taco Bell drive thru, I can see Popeyes, Starbucks, Burger King, McDonalds and Waffle House. The charge for a cup of water at each of these businesses is zero. The cost for a cup of water at this location is 99 cents. For that reason, I will not be back and it is something that a family or group needs to know. I have complained to corporate Taco Bell on two separate occasions and have never received a reply. read more

I arrived at Taco Bell around 11:30pm and 11:40 I was told that I couldn't order anything grilled cause the worker had clean the grill for the night. Mind you they don't close until 12 doing the week. As I got to the window I spoke with the manager who name she gave me was Alisha, stud girl. Glasses and dark skin completion. She state to me I can make your food but it want be grill. Ma'am I am a customer how you gone make me try and pay for some I don't want. In my eyes customer services and best interest always come first. We've stopped here many times... I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. When passing through Jackson, we always avoid the downtown exits, and come to Clinton for gas, coffee, bathroom breaks, and fast food. You can get all of these within a few steps of each other. The Taco Bell is never really crowded ( as opposed to the restaurant next door). So you would expect service to be faster, but alas... that's not the case. Using the drive-thru (when there is no one in front of you) takes forever. So on this most recent trip, we decided to go inside. I kid you not... 10 minutes for a couple of tacos. Mistakes are learning opportunities. The employees at this Taco Bell must be learning A LOT. Always check your order to find your extra serving of disappointment. They will have forgotten something, or not taken off that all-to-important thing you told them to take off because you're allergic to it, etc. The food is standard Taco Bell fair, earning them their single star. But under no circumstances should I have to do their job for them of checking the completion of the order. I have even had order-fixes come back wrong. They simply don't care if you get all the food you pay for, or if you have an allergic reaction to something they were supposed to exclude. I ordered mobile through the drive thru... get my order and drive the fifteen minutes home to discover that they gave us the wrong order. It happens sometimes, no big deal. I call them and they give me the option to come back then or they will make it right another time. My toddler daughter is screaming by this point, so my husband says he will make the 30 minute round trip back tonight to get our actual order. He gets home and even though he checked our order before he left, he missed the fact that half of our order was missing and/or screwed up. My husband got to enjoy his full meal but both my daughter and I are out of half of our dinner. This is especially disappointing since this was the last time I was ever gonna be able to get the fiesta potatoes and the beefy nacho griller and they screwed it up. He is the single most attentive and professional individual I have ever dealt with, not JUST in the fast food industry, but In the ENTIRE State Of Mississippi! He brought our food to the table, while being conscious of social distancing...not just calling our name. Shortly thereafter he returned with a small paper bag, just Incase...he said...just Incase! Clearly he saw my wife was not going to come close to eating her whole order. He made recommendations, as I'm not a Taco Bell regular, I followed his recommendation and it was spot on. I've waited up to an hour in this drive through multiple times, and the parking lot is designed so that once you are in line you cannot leave. They consistently do not listen when you place your order on the speaker, asking you again what it was you wanted at the window AFTER paying and still giving you the wrong food. I have even been charged for food I did not order nor receive. I brought my service dog today inside, she's a small dog and you wouldn't have even noticed her cause she doesn't make any noise, but a customer decided to complain. Employee comes up to see identification that she is a service animal and I show them and all seems to be good. Not a minute later the manager comes up and says if I don't have a service vest/collar that we have to leave. I leave with my dog, but that just doesn't seem right to me. Very bad place to eat. It's dirty. They have literally never gotten my order correct. The workers are rude, and so are the managers. They really don't care about the customers. I finally quit going when I saw the workers and managers being rude to people on three separate occasions. They seemed to be targeting a certain type of customer, too. read more

I don't know how many times this Taco Bell has saved my night. It stays open until 2 am most nights, and definitely until 4 am on Friday and Saturday nights.. It is just incredible.
