Juan arrived in a timely manner, did great work and charged a fair price for service after normal business hours. If we ever have to changed our locks again at our shop I know who we will call. Thanks again read more

Ruben provided fantastic service. Prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Great value as well.

Mark was very prompt and responsive to my 8:00am apartment lock out. He also provided the cost upfront so there were no surprises. He was kind and courteous and super professional. While I hope to not have use his services again (at least not for apartment stuff) I'd be happy to recommend him to others in a pickle. read more

Unfortunately, my business was broken into early in the morning and they destroyed the lock on the door to enter. I called around to get the lock repaired and heard back from Sam right away. He was very knowledgable about the best way to repair the lock so that it would be more difficult for this to happen again. Sam was in touch with me the whole time to keep me updated on when he would be arriving. He patiently walked us through the process and was transparent with pricing. Would highly recommend this company, especially Sam. read more

Wow, double-wow! Thanks to Locksmith on Wheels, our household is safer, our day less stressful, and we can go to bed tonight feeling confident that everything is as it should be. Our house is almost 100 years old. One of our front door locks is definitely half that age. It jammed last night and we couldn't budge the thing and used an interior stairway to leave the house- a temporary fix until we could get someone over today to deal with the problem. First, I guess the marketing and advertising staff need some props because the listing on Yelp seemed to jump out at me. Crystal clear language and no-nonsense info prompted me to make Locksmith on Wheels my first and only call. The person who answered the phone was friendly, kind, had a great sense of humor and was very reassuring when she promised I'd hear from someone soon. Within minutes, Sam contacted me, asked some relevant questions and said he would send one of his technicians over to help. When we discussed what the costs for the visit would be, he was clear as could be about my different options and that set the tone for our entire service call. I sent him photos as directed, he immediately called back to say that it might be trickier than he thought, and he promised to stop by at the end of his shift, as he had several other stops to make prior. He arrived much sooner than expected and had the problem solved for the upstairs tenants before I even realized he was here. I was so impressed with the work and the fact that he was such a straight shooter, I showed him a few other problem locks and keys in the residence, for which he offered practical and economical solutions. He was patient and knowledgeable and explained everything as he worked, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. I am now a forever fan. I will recommend their work to anyone who asks and will surely work with Locksmith on Wheels again. read more

Fast and friendly service definitely would recommend their service for your key needs.

Requested for a quote on Yelp. The locksmith arrived an hour later. Got the job done in 20 minutes! Excellent service, 5 stars!

Really good experience with the locksmiths. They were professional, respectful, efficient and followed all Covid safety precautions.

Was prompt and was able to get our locked door open within 10 mins. Highly recommend. Great pricing.

Amazing service! Quick response and arrival. Wish I would've known the price before committing though... $150 for house lock out.

The service requested was to rekey several locks. Ruben from Locksmith on Wheels completed the work. He was most helpful and repaired imperfect alignments of the original installation, and gave helpful suggestions on maintenance. I am completely satisfied with the service. read more

Same day duplicate of key and programmed a new key fob. Better value than the dealer and saved me a ton of time. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with Mark. I called him with a need to install a lock on our office door. He showed up within an hour and was finished within 20 minutes. He worked hard to help us save on the actual lock and didn't push us to move expensive models. Very upstanding guy! read more

Awesome service! He arrived on time and ready to fix my broken lock. My son broke the key off in the door lock. I have a weird door lock and couldn't just replace it myself. Had to call a locksmith. So glad I did. He was so friendly and cleaned up any mess he made. Super important to me! Hopefully I won't need this service again but if I do I know who to call! read more

Mark is awesome! I need my locks changed over the weekend and I reached out to locksmith on wheels. He was luckily available and was at my place within 45 minutes after placing the call. He gave me a few options and was upfront about the pricing, making sure I understand exactly what I am paying for. Once we agreed on the work that needed to be done, Mark got straight to work. Less than an hour later, I had new locks on my doors, all working on the same key (as I requested) and Mark asks me if I have a broom or a vacuum handy so he can clean up any debris from the work he's done! Very happy and highly recommended if you're looking for a locksmith in Pleasanton. read more

Sam was very helpful and did the job well and also did some additional fixes on the doors which needed repair. Thanks Sam

Mark was extremely helpful, from the phone chat when I was in a panic, and he was certainly calming, to helping in person. I called Mark the night before and he was able to come the next day to change my locks. His price was very reasonable for such a short notice job as well. Mark came over to do a free estimate and then was able to quickly change a pair of door locks quickly and pain free. I would definitely use Mark and Locksmith on Wheels again and certainly recommend him to friends and colleagues! Thank you Mark, you saved the day for this forgetful person! read more

We just bought an investment property in Danville and wanted to get the locks changed right after signing. We called Mark once we had a closing date to schedule an appointment. He was able to come when we needed, his work van was fully stocked with everything he needed to get the job done. Mark was very friendly and professional like others here have already mentioned. He showed us a few different lock options along with a detailed explanation on the differences and what he recommends. We picked out a total of 12 locks and asked that they all work on the same key. Some doors did not have a lock at all so he needed to drill new holes in order to install them. He did an extremely clean job - even cleaned up the debris after he was done - which took about 4 hours altogether. Suffice to say, we were very happy with the service we got and would recommend calling Mark if you ever need a good locksmith. read more

If you need a locksmith I highly recommend Locksmith on Wheels. I just got keys to a house I bought and I called LoW around noon today. Within an hour Juan came to my house and got right to work. He opened a locked door I didn't have a key for, and re keyed three doors on a new key. He was very professional and polite. As soon as he was done, I got a follow up call from the owner to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Nice touch, with the follow up call. Thanks again for the quick service today! read more

We had a Westlock that has been giving us trouble for years. Finally decided to change it out. Contacted Mark at Locksmith On Wheels who was so much help. I called out Juan, from Locksmith on Wheels, to re-key three of the locks in my home. Two of the locks are newer; and as a result Juan had those locks completed within a few minutes. However, the other lock is extremely "old school"; and therefore it required an significant amount of time and effort to get that lock re-keyed. Not only that, but since that lock was very old, some of the internal mechanisms were damaged. For several reasons, we did not want to completely replace the lock (and the surrounding latch), so Juan spent a long time trying to get the existing parts working properly. It turned out that the mechanism in question was too badly damaged to be used, so Juan was able to find a replacement mechanism for the lock, and install that - and he did not even charge me any additional fees for all of his efforts! I will certainly use Locksmith on Wheels again, for any future lock issues! read more

Called Locksmith on wheels in a panic since our keys had been stolen with my husbands wallet. They said they would be here in an hour or so. Javier came the same day, re-keyed all my doors and were so great. I also had a potential issue with payment due to the thief stealing credit cards, wallet, etc., that I had to have them hold my payment until the next day - they were so kind. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. And, the cost is not out of this world. Don't look anywhere else!! read more

Great job and quick. Plus he even came back to unlock the door 20 minutes after leaving because I locked myself out!

Needed to have my locks re-keyed. I was surprised that I got responces to my emails at 11pm! Mark is a great locksmith, and a great guy - I would know, as due to the major disfunction of the locks on my new house, he ended up at my house 4(!!) times total. He's very organized, responsive to communication, and was willing make an appointment several weeks in advance so I could ensure our locks got changed before we moved in. Couldn't recommend him more! read more

He professionally re key 3 of the locks in a short period of time. I would definitely use Mark for future lock and re key needs. read more
