Extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, flexible scheduling, and very fairly priced. Recently lost my primary key to my 2009 Ford Escape and only had the spare which typically puts you in a bad spot because dealers will charge a premium to program a new key since you need two working keys to do it yourself. Decided I wanted two additional spares so this doesn't happen again. Given the circumstances I was under the impression that the dealer was my only option. Well when they wanted a 500% markup on they key and programming which literally takes 5 minutes I laughed in their face. All the other Ford dealers in the area came back with different numbers all across the board, but it was beyond unreasonable so I did some digging and realized I could go elsewhere. That's how I found Daryl. Initially the process failed and he blamed the car, but his persistence lead us to find the car was out of key slots and he just needed to wipe them and reprogram all three keys. BAM!
