I sent him two pics of the lock and he says, yep 250.00 I'll be there shortly. He comes in and tries but can't get the handle off or the door open and now needs to drill out the lock. Ok, fine. He says it will be another 100.00 and he will be right back. A bit later an older man comes to drill the lock out, his Dad. The final bill was 385.88 for one lock and two people because one couldn't handle the job! You send a young kid and because he couldn't get it done you charge the client extra, got it. I am sure it's not the first or last lock that has to be drilled out, but bait and switch. Not a professional way of doing business, would NOT recommend at all.
