Left car and house keys inside my house as I was running out to pick up my daughter. Called a few locksmiths I found on Yelp. LocksKing called me back within 5 minutes and was to my house within 20 minutes and had me back in my house within 2 minutes! Quick Service. Fair price. Super nice technician. Showed up early and got me into my apartment within 5 minutes. Can't thank him enough. If you need late night locksmith help, couldn't recommend Locks King enough. read more

Employee arrived at my location in about 20-30 minutes after my phone call then he got the lock open in about 10 minutes without needing a process that would destroy it. Don't know the average price for this type of work but was probably not badly overcharged. read more

Mike showed up right away and was easy and professional. He completed the job quickly and was able to also help us with another issue we were having with our front door lock. I highly recommend Mike and his services! read more

Mike came quickly. He did not have to destroy the keylock, but he actually fixed it for me. He took the time to explain to me how it functions and although I hope to not be locked out again, I would definitely call him if that should happen. read more

Mike responded right away to my evening request for information thru Yelp. He was flexible about scheduling for the next day and was prompt in his arrival. He corrected the problems on two of our locks, and we look forward to the repair/replacement of another when the parts arrive. A bonus....he was very patient with our slightly skittish dogs, who now have a new friend. Highly recommend! read more

He gave me an accurate quote over the phone.... And arrived on time right away. Most will not. It was fast and easy. He was great! Very professional. I hope I never get locked out again but if I do, I will call again. read more

I sent a request through Yelp for a locksmith this morning to fix the deadbolt on my front door(the key inserts but didn't turn). Mike was one of the first to respond. He gave me an initial quote and asked me to contact him to discuss my needs. I reached out and within the next hour Mike was at my front door. He not only fixed by deadbolt but he also tightened my door handle at no extra charge. His service was friendly, fast and efficient. I will not hesitate to use Locks KING in the future. read more

used them and found them to be ok. locks changed. pretty easy and not at all unhappy with them.

Mike was very helpful guiding me through the process of my options to replace the 30-year old entry handles on my front doors. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, arrived on time, did high quality work at a reasonable price and he was a true professional. I would highly recommend Locks King to anyone who was in need of a locksmith. Thanks again Mike, you're the best! read more

Excellent prompt , efficient service. Really appreciated the job done till it was completed. Could not be happier!

Made an appointment the night previous to change 4 locks on our property and he was there on-time, first thing in the morning. He re-keyed a couple locks and installed brand new locks on the others. He had a new lock hardware to choose from for our entry and garage doors. Truly outstanding service, made everything easy and has great prices! read more

Mike is awesome!! My daughter was locked out of our home in the wee hours of the morning and Mike was able help us out of a tight jam! He was prompt and courteous. read more

Same day service for non-emergency! Great customer service. Quick turnaround and clean work. Highly recommend!

Mike simply rocks!! I got accidentally locked out of my home office room and I did not have a key to it. I needed urgent access to the room as my laptop was in there, and I had important office work to complete that evening. Mike was extremely responsive (Yelp accurately predicted that he would respond in less than 10 minutes), and reached my home 30 minutes later to fix the issue. As other reviews stated, he is very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Mike/LocksKing and plan to use their locksmith services again. read more

Mike responded so quick and showed up within an hour! I've reached out to multiple locksmiths and Mike was the only one who responded quick and was willing to stop by just to take a look at what I was asking for. I needed to change a key to 2 doors and 10+ copies of keys and he was able to finish everything so quick! read more

Got a lock relocked within 2 hours of contacting Locks KING for a reasonable price too! Super responsive and the service was quick

If I could give them more stars I would. My car key broke off. I knew I needed it to be fixed or replaced by the morning to go to work. With all that's going on in the world right now and it being after 7pm, I needed to find someone fast. Found these great reviews, requested a quote and Mike was on top of it within mins. It took about a hour or less from the time I requested a quote to Shai coming to my home and handing me my brand new key. Not only are they fast and efficient, also nice and very professional. Would recommend to anyone!!! Locksking, you guys rock! Thanks again Mike & Shai!!!! read more

FANTASTIC locksmith. I have used his services twice, awesome company. They are always on time and super informative. I would highly recommend them. read more

We are in process of closing escrow on sale of our house and noticed our front door, even when locked, could be pushed open. Only the deadbolt would prevent that. Needing to fix the issue before the buyer took possession, I called Mike at LocksKing. He made himself quickly available at a time convenient to me. He resolved the issue and then reconditioned the lock. He even made extra copies of key. To top it all off, I thought his rate to be very reasonable given the work that he did bracing the door and working on the lock. read more

"Great, terrific, fabulous" If I had more superlatives--I'd add them: Michael was wonderful--set up an appt for within hour and a half, was helpful with some safety suggestions, researched some issues with a garage opener, was knowledgeable, ultra courteous, professional, efficient, and stayed longer for some lock changes I had forgotten to "order" when I originally made appointment with him. Another incredibly helpful service--he made me an additional 5 keys (I was going to go to Ace..) that were needed so that he could TEST each key--HUGE convenience as copies of originals from a hardware store often times are slightly off. I would call him again in a heartbeat ! Cannot recommend him highly enough and his prices are very competitive. read more

I highly recommend Mike and Locksking. He went above and beyond to help not only with fixing the lock and handle on our French Doors, but he also helped with a screen that didn't work well at no extra charge. In addition, he arrived when he said he would, wire a mask and practiced social distancing. read more

Professional in all aspects, on time when promised, efficient and seemed reasonably priced. Nice during a stressful time.

Mike is a lifesaver. I called Locksking after losing my key and getting locked out. He arrived quickly and got me back inside even faster. Mike was really friendly and offered to help if I wanted to re-key the locks. I hope I won't need to call a locksmith soon, but I'll definitely call him if I do. read more

Mike was extremely cordial and knowledgeable about my front door lock. I explained to him the problem I had with the bold not retracting on my Baldwin lock when I turned the key. He clearly understood the situation. I would give Mike at Locks-king my highest recommendation. Reasonable prices too. read more

This is how the events unfolded at my apartment. I stepped out at 2 AM (long story behind why I was out that late!) to see how I could bring my new couch into my apartment as the couch was barely fitting through the main door. I failed to realize that the lock was turned from inside when I stepped out with nothing but just my phone in my hand. So as soon as the door got shut behind me, I was already in trouble but didn't realize until a full 5 mins after. So I called 911 to see if they can help but they said that it's not something that they would take up and I was quickly running out of options as my phone charge was around 5%. I looked up locksmith's on yelp and found Mike's listing and a couple others which I called but only Mike picked up. Even though he is based in the East Bay, he agreed to help me as he realized my situation wasn't the best. Not only did Mike help me with the lock but he also helped me move the couch in which me and my friends could not get it to fit through the door. I am so impressed by his service that I decided to write this rather lengthy review to spread the word. Mike, you such are an amazing Human being, I hope you get to help many others in tough situations! Wish you the best! read more
