This guy is a gem. He has a truck that he operates out of but I went to his house. I had to make copies of my house key which says Do Not Duplicate. He only charged me $3 a key, threw one in for free, did it in minutes, and was thoroughly pleasant. He explained about what Do Not Duplicate means and why some stores will not duplicate even though it's not illegal. He also told me that Walmart has a machine that will make duplicates of these keys for $5, but I prefer to enrich local businesses rather than big box stores. All in all, a very good experience and I highly recommend him. His son was just leaving but he was very pleasant as well. Nice to see a family business like this that doesn't rip you off. read more

Ken is friendly, highly experienced and prices are reasonable. I dropped a couple of locks off at his house and returned a couple hours later to find them working flawlessly and he made 3 new keys to boot. The key that was cut for them by a local hardware store was cut too deep and was causing problems and obstructing entry. I got home and checked and found 3 other keys doing the same thing so I threw them all out and will go back to Ken to cut some additional keys right the first time. I scheduled an appointment for John to visit my home on Friday, May 12, at 9:30 AM. At 9:45 AM, I called him to see when he would arrive and I was told someone would be there in 15 minutes.
