If you're in the Bozeman area and enjoy cider, the Lockhorn Cider House in downtown is a must! I loved this Cider House so much that I was super disappointed to find they don't ship to other states yet - please get on this because I literally salivate at the idea of the Black Currant & Grapefruit Mint ciders - so refreshingly delicious, and overwhelmingly sweet. I stopped in here and tried a sampler of different ciders, including: Ginger, Black Currant, Grapefruit Mint, and Raspberry mixed with a touch of Habanero. To share with my fiancé and brother we grabbed some olives, the cheese plate (which came with an assortment of cheese, some jam, gluten free chips, and sliced apples), and the Bobcat Smoked & Cured Bratwursts (which came with one bratwurst that we cut into 3 pieces, and a side of sauerkraut and two dipping sauces). They have ample indoor and outdoor seating, and the service is great!

My mom and I came in for crepe and cider brunch and we were so impressed! The crepe menu had savory and sweet options and as always it's fun and fresh here! We had cider mimosas and obviously we wanted a million more. We would come back to Lockhorn Cider every weekend!!!

Parking sucks. Staff was nice. Cider was good. I really enjoyed the grapefruit mint, husband liked the hopped. We shared a flight and got some cans to go. Price is reasonable, place was cute. Glad we stopped

A great cider collection and a well-priced flight. My favorite was the Mackintosh variety. It seems like they have a cider for everybody. The interior was beautiful, but I do wish that the outdoor seating area was a bit larger. There is not a parking lot, but there are parking lots close by so we did not have to walk far.

Service was great. Loved the sample flight option. Ploughmans Board was very good. Seating was unique and enjoyable.

Have loved certain ciders for years. I have been to a few cider places throughout out the west. Heard about lockhorn cider from another local Bozeman brewery. Absolutely hands down the best cider, atmosphere and location. Ali, made the experience awesome. I plan on going to spread the word about a must stop in Bozeman, MT and the west for cider. Glen, please let me know how I can help Thanks Micha

I loved the variety this cider house had to offer! We got the blackberry basil (my favorite!), chai, habanero, and ginger. There were probably 6-8 other flavors that we didn't get to try this time around. The ciders weren't too sweet, which was awesome. The decor and vibe were very inviting. Highly recommend if you like cider!

Loved this spot! Great ciders in so many unique flavors. Not usually a grapefruit fan, but couldn't get enough of the grapefruit mint. Nice outdoor patio with community tables where we met some new friends! Will definitely be back during my next Bozeman trip.

Our waitress was very kind, provided great service & great recommendations! We had the FRITES & FONDUE for an appetizer, fries were great, the Parmesan was a nice touch and the fondue didn't have a lot of flavor. We both loved the our entrees, as we continued our meal seeing all the other entrees going to tables we are excited to come back to try the vast options on the menu. We started with the beet and burrata salad, which was full of yummy complimenting flavors and fun textures. I think it could have done without the yellow peppers but I just ate around those. The pepitas with the pistachio butter and beets were excellent, and the burrata added a creamy touch. We also tried the frites and fondue. The fries were thick and browned how I like them, but the fondue wasn't my favorite and was a little too overpowering in flavor for my taste. The parmesan on top of the fries was a nice touch. For beverages I had a local pale ale from Bridger brewing that was crisp and went well with the meal, and my partner tried the rotations shrub (peach), which she said was just okay. The star of the show was the arrabiata pasta made with vodka sauce and Calabrian chilis. The pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente and was well sauced, truly delicious. The ambiance is nice, and the service was fine. They checked on us frequently but not entirely friendly, maybe our waitress was having a bad day. The meal was a little on the pricier side but I felt the happy hour prices were fair. We would return when visiting Bozeman.

Several tables, elevated booths and an elaborate bar setup with a warm and very hustling staff. Hospitality is off-the-chart here and the Main St location is straight out of a cool mountain town set. We ordered the avocado toast and a simple plate of biscuits / sausage gravy. The avacado toast was stacked tall with guacamole, bacon, roasted grape tomatoes and an over easy egg. This was good but trying to eat it was a challenge due to size and ingredients. There was a small side green salad. The biscuit and sausage gravy was also stacked. You definitely get good value here as is evident with the families surrounding us. The gravy was almost overflowing the plate with a good uncious taste. The biscuit was dense, a bit dry and was just ok. The gravy was a home run. Jam is a great family breakfast option with the food almost over-flowing the plates. We ordered basic dishes from the appetizer menu and enjoyed them but not overwhelmed with taste. Even though I found it good, not great, I would encourage you to come here with a hearty appetite, and give them a try. NO ONE here is eating with a frown on their face and joint is jumping. JAM, I'll see you again on my next trip to a picturesque town on Bozeman, MT.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

My server knew the special menu, regular menu and drinks very well. I ordered the bison patty melt and tots for the meal and the Bridger Hazy IPA for the drink. The bartender recommended the IPA and it was excellent. The homemade tots were great. A shredded potato in the middle, nice and creamy and crunchy exterior. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.
