Breakfast sandwich
Christina R.

I was worried we would have to wait a bit of time to be seated but we happened to get here at a perfect time (the waitlist was not turned on) and were seated right away. There was a wait after us so I felt really lucky. This place is nice and bright and fun. It has a great breakfast vibe with it's bright colors and comfy seating. The menu is fun and has a wide variety of options for everyone. They have a house made ketchup that was super good (we had some terrible house made ketchup the night before) and went really well with the crispy hashbrowns. My classic benedict was so good, especially on the house made English muffin. There was something a bit sweet on the muffin. It was excellent. My husband had a sandwich with the same muffin. He loved it. The drinks were also really good. Service was also excellent here. Probably the best service we had our entire trip to Bozeman. If I lived here, I would come in for breakfast all the time.

The food was delicious. Service was fantastic. It's very easy to put yourself on their online waitlist and they'll text you when your table is ready!

Crab Cake Benedict (Half)

Absolute go-to in Bozeman for a delicious breakfast! Visited on a random Monday mid-morning and we stopped by because of seeing all of these Yelp reviews. There was about a 15-20 minute wait--It was packed for such a random weekday! That being said, they sat us pretty quickly for it being quite full, and all the staff were super friendly. The iced coffee was 8/10, and the breakfasts were 9/10! I'd say for me, it's pretty hard to randomly find a delicious breakfast place (high breakfast standards hahah). We had the crab cake Benedict and the fried chicken Benedict-- loved both of them. Great portion sizes for the half order, the hollandaise was flavorful and creamy, and they have an awesome house-made ketchup that elevates everything! A cute, modern spot that holds to its online hype :)

Benedict flight (mia, chicken & waffle, and basic) + iced vanilla chai latte

I came here for brunch one morning and loved it! It was pretty packed and seemed like there were a few people waiting to get seated, but it only took me a couple minutes to get a seat at the bar. I ordered a benedict flight, which was fun because I got to try three of the egg benedicts. I also got an iced vanilla chai latte, which I really enjoyed. The service was great and food came out quickly! I thought this was such a cute place, especially if you're in town visiting, but just keep in mind that they don't take reservations so you may have to wait for a little depending on the time you come.

The restaurant is on Main Street. There is a small variety of tasty egg benedicts. Friends who tried the crab Benedict were satisfied. I ordered the corned beef hash. It was a bit burnt so that was disappointing. I swapped out the toast for medley potatoes and they tasted like they were made from a frozen bag. We also tried the blueberry pancakes that were delicious. Overall, it's a cute restaurant. Our service staff was great.

When I walked up to the restaurant I was afraid the wait would be too long. There was a large group of people outside who were waiting for tables. I was surprised that we only had to wait 20 minutes. I got the loaded hash browns and there was nothing left on my plate when I was done. The portions are not huge but that was ok with me. The combination of hash browns, bacon, jalapeños, eggs and gravy was heavenly. Service was outstanding. The employees are an efficient and friendly. FYI huckleberry jam is $2 extra. All credit card transactions incur a 3% up charge.

Chicken n a biscuit eggs Benedict

Best Brunch in Bozeman! Jam is by far the best spot in Bozeman, the food is amazing and the ingredients are amazing quality. I frequently come in for the chicken n a biscuit eggs Benedict and it is so delicious. They also have a variety of fun cocktails to enjoy with your brunch. It gets pretty busy so I suggest arriving early to get on the waitlist!

Jam is my jam! We arrived upon opening at 7am and were seated immediately at a booth. Water was provided and our server, Jada, took our drink order right away. Their cappuccinos are luscious. I had the Mia Benedict with added prosciutto and avocado, along with the crab cake Benedict. The eggs were poached perfectly. The crab cake was a bit overcooked and on the edge of being too dry. I've had better here at Jam on visits past. I didn't mention it to our server, but I'm sure they would have taken care of it if I had. Hubby had the huevos rancheros which he said was delicious as always. The place has a downtown upbeat vibe to it. Always worth a stop when we're in Bozeman.

Not my first time to Jam. It never disappoints. The wait for three was an hour. We planned on it and walked Main St and just chilled till we got our text. Food is always delicious. I got the Benedict Trio (Traditional, Mia, and Crab cake. It was super tasty. My boy got the Breakfast burrito. It was HUGE!!! I snuck a taste and it was really good. Drinks were good The service was outstanding, and if you've been here before, you know it's loud with both music and conversation. This place is awesome! We will be back. Cheers!!!

So glad we finally gave this place a try! We usually pass by after our long morning hikes and see a line out the door, so we never stopped -- until now. And wow, we're glad we did! We ordered the Mia Benedict, Banana Crunch pancakes, PB Chocolate Chip pancakes, and the Blueberry Ricotta pancakes -- yes, a lot for just two people, but totally worth it! The standout for me was definitely the Banana Crunch -- absolutely delicious. Honestly, everything we tried was great. This place lives up to the hype. Don't hesitate -- try it all!

House-made Cinnamon Rolls and maple latte

Well, we got lucky with only a 5 minute wait on a Wednesday morning. The menu is extensive and we enjoyed viewing the pictures of their food online. Our server Mackenzie was a delight. She explained all our options. I tried the maple latte and the Hubbs had the Chai. I knew I was going to get the Benedict flight. The Hubbs got a cinnamon roll for us to share. Then he got the cinnamon roll pancake. Everything was awesome. I definitely preferred the Mia Benedict with prosciutto. The traditional was very good. The chicken and biscuit were good but not something I would order again. We will have to make a point of getting here again. I loved grooving to the tunes of my youth. The place still has the energy of a new establishment. And everybody was nice and was hustling.

Traditional breakfast with house made toast. The ketchup was even delish:)

Great service and the food was the best meal so far in Bozeman! Perfectly seasoned and everything we got was delicious!

We started with the beet and burrata salad, which was full of yummy complimenting flavors and fun textures. I think it could have done without the yellow peppers but I just ate around those. The pepitas with the pistachio butter and beets were excellent, and the burrata added a creamy touch. We also tried the frites and fondue. The fries were thick and browned how I like them, but the fondue wasn't my favorite and was a little too overpowering in flavor for my taste. The parmesan on top of the fries was a nice touch. For beverages I had a local pale ale from Bridger brewing that was crisp and went well with the meal, and my partner tried the rotations shrub (peach), which she said was just okay. The star of the show was the arrabiata pasta made with vodka sauce and Calabrian chilis. The pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente and was well sauced, truly delicious. The ambiance is nice, and the service was fine. They checked on us frequently but not entirely friendly, maybe our waitress was having a bad day. The meal was a little on the pricier side but I felt the happy hour prices were fair. We would return when visiting Bozeman.

The food felt homemade and fresh-everything from the sandwiches to the sides tasted like they were prepared with care. I especially enjoyed how generous the portions were and how flavorful each dish was without being too heavy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It had that cozy, local-favorite vibe that makes you want to come back again. Solid choice if you're in the area and want a satisfying, no-fuss meal with good service. Darker interior, crowded, nicely dressed clientele, this place is "jacked with a cool vibe". Our perch near the food prep station allowed us to watch them making the magic and discussing our choices for dinner. We started with marinated warm mixed beet salad with dill, sherry vinegarette, mint, chili, citrus, pistachios and smoked cherve. This was a show stopper with the dill waking up your mouth and the beet and cheese being perfect. The mafaldine braised lamb sugo and grana padano was good, but just not memorable. The salsiccio fennel sausage, garlic, red onions, sweet onion and chili pizza was another story. The dough was slightly chewy, good airyliness, sweetness and a firmness to hold the ingredients without wilting. A perfect white pie! If you can get reservations or by chance snag a bar seat, get over to Blackbird Kitchen for a nice evening, pleasant staff and delicious dishes, you won't regret it. To the staff at Blackbird, nice job and thank you.

**November 2025: Saturday Night**…read more My mom and I were looking for a spot to enjoy dinner that had parking. We drove around downtown Bozeman for a good 30 minutes, and didn't have any luck in securing parking. I found Mountain Walking Brewery and thought I'd take a chance and prayed that there would be a lot or that I would be super lucky with street parking. We were in luck and there was one very small spot near the front of the restaurant - hallelujah! The restaurant was poppin' - almost every table was taken, but we were offered bar seating and we gladly accepted. After purusing through the menu I decided that we should try a variety of items including a side of Brussels sprouts, Bowl of Bison Chili, and a Fig and Arugula Pizza. Service was quick and we got all our items in a pretty timely manner. The pizza had a really great crust the dough had a nice bounce to it. I think for me they were a tad overly generous with the balsamic vinegar glaze which made the pizza quite salty. I would definitely order a pizza again but perhaps the Margherita or the Carnivore. The bison chili was a good standard bowl and the brussel sprouts while crispy was also very salty - I think it was definitely over dressed, but maybe since the majority of patrons were drinkin the salty foods would pair well. Seems like a fun place to hang out, but for me I'd probably pick anything that doesn't have glaze or soy sauce.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite of what I expected. We were seated quickly on a Monday evening, and our server let us know she was new, which we completely understood since we both work in the service industry. Ordering was simple--my friend mentioned an apple allergy, and we each made straightforward requests. There was a slightly odd moment where the server said she couldn't ring in my friend's order a certain way because the kitchen would "make fun of her," but we brushed it off. Things really went downhill when the food arrived. Both meals were completely wrong. When the food was dropped off (by someone other than our server), there was a snarky comment referencing the apple allergy, which was uncomfortable. We sent the food back, expecting a quick fix--but it came out wrong again. And then a third time. At that point, we were honestly shocked. I've never had an order come out incorrectly three times in a row. Eventually, a manager brought the food out correctly, but there was no real apology for the repeated mistakes. Our server explained it was the kitchen's fault, but it was frustrating that no one double-checked the orders before bringing them out each time. The whole experience ended up taking over two hours, which felt excessive given how simple the order was. We also felt that, given the circumstances, some kind of comp or acknowledgment would have been appropriate, but nothing was offered. Overall, it was a really disappointing and honestly embarrassing experience--especially after talking the place up so much beforehand.
