It's a vibe in here. Must try ricotta cheese pancakes! So yummy! Potatoes w/ the mayo/aioli sauce is also something you should def as well. Service was quick.

My favorite breakfast spot in LA! The perfect order? Get the blueberry ricotta pancakes, potatoes, sausage, and the eggs fungi to share with a friend. They also give you these individual pots of coffee which I think are so darling. Also, if you're coming for breakfast you can just walk in and order at the counter and sit down anywhere you like!

A slice of lemon meringue cheesecake with pistachios on top. This was my favorite!

To the wonderful team at Little Dom's, I am sending a note following our team dinner. My boss recommended your restaurant, and we had a truly excellent experience. We particularly enjoyed the variety of dishes we ordered. The espresso martinis were fantastic, I ended up having two to start! For appetizers, we shared two salads (the green salad and the gem lettuce salad) and the Beef Carpaccio. The famous pizza margherita was a huge hit; it disappeared so quickly that we had to order a second one. I ordered the chicken parmesan based on a strong recommendation, and it was outstanding. The desserts were definitely the highlight! We ordered three different types, including the tiramisu, a chocolate mousse, and a lemon pistachio cheesecake. We also couldn't get enough of the rice balls and ordered three portions so everyone could try them. Thank you so much for hosting us. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, and we look forward to coming back soon!

I've eaten at Little Dom's for dinner several times and have always enjoyed it. Love the dinner options. The vibe is good. More NY than L.A. which I like. The service has always been good and breakfast today was no different. The breakfast menu options are nice. Something for everyone. The cruller donut was a standout for me. It was fresh and delicious and not too greasy. The polenta dish was fair. I added salt and ordered a side a toast to go with it. A regular order only comes with one egg but I ordered an extra egg on top. The vibe is casual but fun and cozy for dinner or breakfast. It was a rainy morning so it was an especially comforting experience to be in the warm, woody decor that is Little Dom's. Street parking can be challenging in this area but persevere and hopefully you'll find a parking spot.

The best breakfast I've had in my entire life. For the best experience I recommend ordering the ricotta cheese & fresh blueberry pancakes, eggs fungi, house-made grilled Italian sausage, and the fried potatoes. You won't regret it.

Spent a rainy lunch here with a friend who insists on visiting every time they're in town and now I see why! The interior is adorable, with leather booths and a bar at the front where we sat. The windows are nice and large: the best place to people watch on the street with a latte. Since they close after lunch, our server let us hang out at our table for over 2 hours to chat over tea and coffee. He was very accommodating and our food came out quickly and pipping hot! To start, we split the rice balls appetizer, which were perfectly fried on the outside, yet warm and sticky on the inside with cheese and plump rice. It paired really well with the marinara sauce on the side and I appreciated the extra bit of Parmesan and fresh herbs on top to make the dish more visually appealing. For my main course, I ordered the calabrese fried chicken sandwich and absolutely loved it! The toasted brioche bun was buttery, soft and slightly sweet. The chicken was very well seasoned, battered and fried, and well complimented by the acidity from the pickles tomatoes and heat from the aioli. The side salad was a great palate cleanser between bites too. I ate a bite of the ricotta blueberry pancakes and can attest that they are very rich and heavy, so consider splitting it with someone if you aren't ravaging. Totally worth the order though because it is incredibly delicious!

Uncertain why they have so many low star ratings because if you're craving classic Italian in a spot that feels warm and homey, Little Dom's hits the mark. It has that "nonna's kitchen but make it restaurant" energy that just works. The only catch is the wait, which can be brutal, so reservations are definitely the way to go. Everything we ordered tasted exactly how you want classic Italian to taste: no twists, no surprises, just solid, comforting dishes done right. The wine selection is okay, mostly the usual dry Italian options, but nothing that made us want to linger over the glass. If you're particular about your pairing, bring a bottle you actually love and just pay the corkage. Overall, it's a great spot when you want straightforward, cozy Italian food without the fuss.

Such a cute, cozy neighborhood feeling with really fresh, flavorful food. The service was amazing -- I believe it was Monica, who was so sweet and took great care of us. My favorites were the calamari and the vodka Cavatelli was my show stopper of the meal, loved the chewy texture and the sauce was creamy and decadent. Overall, the meal felt indulgent but didn't have me feeling heavy. I could tell they use fresh ingredients! Love this adorable Italian joint. I want to come back to try their thin crust pizza I was eye balling at another table.

Little Dom's pleasantly surprised me for brunch. We loved our server and the food was hit after hit. I split the eggs bruschetta and green salad with a friend. Plus we all had the ricotta pancakes - super fresh and flavorful. The eggs on the bruschetta were perfectly cooked and paired well with the pesto and tomato. The potatoes accompanying the burger were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We hardly had to wait to get in and had a nice booth for our party of four.

I came here with my boyfriend for a little dinner date before a show at the Greek theater. I made a reservation for 5:45 but we ended up arriving early at 5:15 and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. They had just opened so there were both inside and outside options available! Here's what we ordered: Rice balls: So yummy dipped in the marinara sauce! Pretty big in size. Ricotta Cavatelli: Vodka pasta is my favorite and I had never tried it in this shape before. 10/10! Sea Urchin pasta: This was a special that was offered, my boyfriend ordered it and wasn't a fan. I also tried it and thought it was way too fishy and it overwhelmed the sauce it was mixed in. He sent it back after hesitation but the staff was very sweet and accommodating. The manager even came up to us and said not to worry it would be taken off of our bill. Chicken Parmesan: Loved the crispness and they served us such a big size! Lemon IceBox pie: This was so refreshing and not too heavy after our meal. The honey complimented it so well. Overall, I would definitely come back here! The only thing is I wish they'd offer garlic bread and Caesar salad.

Was finally able to try this LA staple that everyone raves about. While the food was really good, I was a little under whelmed with the whole experience. I made a reservation for Friday night and we got seated right away. I ordered an iced tea and they gave me a craft of it, which I loved. We had the rice balls which I found were just ok. Then I had the ricotta cavatelli which was great and the perfect portion size. My husband had to pappardelle which was also great. Once we received our food, we never saw our server again. She didn't come over to check on us and finally another server asked if we needed anything and brought us the check, so I found that a little odd.

Great food with a trendy but cozy feel. I tried the Rice Balls, Wood Grilled Artichoke, Beef Carpaccio, Lion's Mane Mushroom Crab Cake, Chicken Parmesan and Ricotta Cavatelli. Everything was delicious! The stand outs for me were the beef carpaccio, mushroom crab cake, and the ricotta cavatelli. I also got a negroni and it was made perfectly. For dessert I got the Lime Icebox Pie and it was amazing. The service was great, too. I will definitely be back!

Hubs and I love New Orleans. We couldn't go to Mardi Gras so we searched up LA restaurants where we could have Mardi Gras eats and found an article about Little Dom's and their Chef who is from Nola. I have always wondered what this place was like, as my kid takes some lessons at a nearby art studio. Add that to the article boasting of yumminess and Nola favorites and we booked ourselves a table the night before Fat Tuesday. The place was hopping when we arrived. Had to wait a little bit for a table but got seated right at the time we booked. The interior was made up of booths and tables. Felt like we were in New York or someplace not LA. The website said we might see a celebrity or two, and we actually did the minute we were seated. That night they had a special menu of Mardi Gras eats and that is what we stuck to ordering. We ordered the roast beef Po-Boy, bbq oysters, gumbo and Crawfish Monica along with Primm Cup and other drinks. Our waitress was super nice from start to finish. She even brought out an order of jambalaya balls (the only item on the special menu we didn't order) on the house, so we could try those. Everything, including my Primm Cup was really good! I'm not sure what their regular food is like but their Mardi Gras food was delicious! Served sampler size, the portions were just perfect for the 3 of us to share .We got to try everything and the best, we still had room for dessert. We ordered the King Cake and the beignets with raspberry sauce. Both were outstanding and my kid pulled the plastic baby out of the King Cake! For an adult this meant a free shot but for a kid the waitress gave ours, an option of various gelato flavors. So kiddo got a second dessert and raved about the taste. Next year, she has to buy us the King Cake, cuz tradition, says so! It was a really fun night out! Loved the atmosphere, the service was outstanding and the food and drinks were delicious. We will most definitely go back! I hear they got a good brunch!

Dark meat chicken kabob, best in LA!…read more I've been to over 50 kabob places around LA, lived near Glendale for a decade, tried all the famous sit down establisments to the not so famous hole in the wall joints but this to me is the best chicken kabob I've ever had in LA, or ever actually. First of all, the fact that you can choose dark meat is unique and appreciated. Secondly their rice is alway so well done, perfection. Third, their sides are incredible, creamy hummus, a bright and vibrant Shiraz salad and their garlic toum texture is almost like mashed potatoes puree, with right amount of garlic tang without being overpowering. The chicken kabob itself was so well marinated and tender it melts in your mouth and elevates this often overlooked protein into something so memorable. It's a perfect meal and their consistency is appreciated. I judge every Mediteranean restaurant that offers kabobs on their chicken kabob to see how well it is marinated, prepared and cooked, and Sidewalk Grills chicken kabob can't be beat imo, try it and I'm betting you will agree. Please go and support this establishment which stands out even amongst the vast sea of amazing Persian/Mediterranean restaurants we re so lucky to have here in the greater LA region!

Quality has unfortunately gone downhill here. I used to order and eat lunch from Sidewalk Grill…read morevery often, but I've been consistently let down lately. The biggest issue for me is the salads. The greens taste very low quality, with huge rough leaves that feel cheap and almost pre-made, like they just grill the protein and throw it on top. Their Mediterranean salad used to be my favorite, and there were times I ordered it almost every day, but the quality got bad enough that I stopped. I still like their chicken rice plate, and I usually get it with a Greek salad and hummus on the side, so I do still come back once in a while. But now it feels more like fast food than the fresh Mediterranean spot it used to be. Ambiance-wise, it's nice to sit outside on a sunny day, but there's really no vibe here--it feels like a quick in-and-out spot where people eat fast and leave. The outdoor seating is a plus, but there's no real customer service to speak of. I'm being generous with 3 stars.

Sometimes the food is a bit salty, but otherwise full of healthy options (10 + kinds of salad and veggie dishes) with decedent choices, too (extra cheesy lasagna). It's a self service restaurant, but also expensive. You set your own table and pour your own water glasses. Dinner for two with beverages is easily $85 or more with tip. There are no refills on drinks like iced tea. The upside of it being self service, is you can hang out as long and chat as long as you like. There is good chance if you do linger that you might order desert or a second small $10 iced tea (with tax and tip). It would be quite easy to spend well over $100 for 2, without table service... If it were a little less expensive, I would be a regular... but if it were less expensive then it would be hard to find a table because that whole neighborhood would be hanging out here.
