One time "John" answered and I told him I was interested in an HVAC maintenance and service contract. He rattled off some numbers and promised to email them to me that night. Never got anything. I then called that number over and over, leaving messages that again were never returned. Finally, a woman answered and explained that she was in a front office and could give me no info (??) about service contracts, but she said if I called 800-921-0392 an answering service would take a message and forward to someone who would call back. She also promised me that John would send me the promised info that day. Not. So I called the 800 number and left a message for someone to please call me. Nothing. I give up. Too many other HVAC companies that care. I wonder how if they respond to customers needing emergency service.

He is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and does great work. After letting me know that my blower was still under warranty, which I was totally surprised by, he fixed our system and it's been working ever since. He also installed a NEST Thermostat (that I'd purchased quite a while ago but had never installed). I ended up signing up for their fall and spring tune-ups to keep our system in working order and I think it's very reasonably priced for the peace of mind it provides that our system is being kept in tip-top shape. There was no sticker shock-- his price and honesty will have us returning to him for regular service and telling our friends about him. In fact, he will be heading over later to give a "second opinion" to a friend who has just bought her first home and who has been told she needs a new air conditioner for $8,000.
