I still think it's BS that they would do any work without giving an estimate first but at least the customer service was decent. They offered to refund but since they did the work we don't feel right taking the refund. We just would have appreciated being asked for approval to do the work in the first place. We asked Rays and Sons to come out for an estimate. They came out. Said they'd be back in a week. In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. The first time seemed pricey but it was work we needed done immediately and didn't have time to look around for a better option. Listen to me when I say take the time and find someone else!

I had the opporrunity in February of 26 after a two week long freeze…read more I have a 175 year old house in Clayron, due to the cold i had plumbing issues thinking my pipes froze in my upstairs. I called Plumbing Masters , my phone call was answered by Matt about 9 am. He had three or four calls ahead of me but said he would be here by the end of the day. My upstairs bathroom which is over my kitchen was leaking down over my stove. Even shutting off the water to the house didnt stop the water from coming down over my recent ( and very expensive) kitchen remodel. Matt texted me that he was on his way in mid afternoon and showed up much faster than I has expected. We met on my front porch and as soon as he entered my foyer Matt slipped on shoe coverings, I was very impressed. Matt assessed the situation and went right to work and explained how much this was going to cost. Turns out I needed both my tub and toilet " snaked" since they both didnt share the same draining system and ai needed my toilet upstairs disconnected ans connected as a part of getting my project done. Upon completion of the job Matt explained everything to me , cleaned up and packed away his equipment. I gladly paid him for the project and above and beyond courtesy and effort to remedy my situation. I cannot recommend Matt and Plumbing Masters high enough and will be a customer for life. Thank you again Matt. David Derrick

So when it came time to replace the furnace because parts were getting hard to find we called Fletchers. Now mind you the furnace quit on us I called they had someone out that day to look at it. Made a recommendation to replace it. They were out the next day with a new furnace. The installers were prompt, and very personable. We have a very hyper dog. Both installers were never bothered by him and actually made friends quick. They made quick work of the install. But there was an issue with how the old furnace was wired. They called in one of there specialist and had the problem figured out in No time. Fixed it all up and had the heat up and running. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and quickness. I highly recommend Fletchers for all your HVAC

He gave me a completely different assessment of the issue and asked me to shutdown the system so the house didn't catch fire or we didn't die of carbon monoxide poison! He then offered to run out and get some space heaters. We had Fletchers come out the next day and give us a price and do the install of a new system. If it weren't for their experienced and caring employees our house could have caught fire or we would have been ill/died from Carbon Monoxide poisoning! The install crew did a great job and were very clean. I'd recommend them to everyone!
