There have…read morebeen numerous costly repairs since - even with a 10 year warranty (which does not cover much). Latest issue was a bad coil needing replacement - $1600+. I was required to pay a 50/% deposit the first week of September. It is now the first week of November and I still do not have the new part! There have been numerous excuses and unkept promises for status calls, most recently from Fletcher owner. BTW other smaller household plumbing issues have required return visits to properly resolve.

In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. The first time seemed pricey but it was work we needed done immediately and didn't have time to look around for a better option. Listen to me when I say take the time and find someone else!
