I did not dine in so I can't speak on the ambiance inside but the food is 10/10. These were some of the most authentic tasting quesabirrias I've had in a while. Can't wait to go back.

The interior had a very family feel with a traditional Mexican flare. Decent bar. Friendly and attentive customer service with a very obvious intent to please. Great beverage selection to choose from. Menu had plenty of options, but not overwhelming. The food came out at a good pace considering it was a Sunday afternoon and we were behind a big crowd. Food was absolutely epic. This oils my third visit and was pleased more each time I have gone.

Machacas, so good!

I may have a new favorite local restaurant! This really says something as Vallejo is FILLED with great mexican options, but we really, really loved everything about Linda Patria. Service was great, food was fantastic, and the vibe of the place was awesome inside. I especially love that they have machacas which is my fav thing for mexican breakfasts!

Great Mexican food! I enjoyed my lunch and will be coming back. The server just need to smile more :) but he is nice.

Chile verde plate is great, with yummy margaritas!

Great food, great service and delicious margaritas on Spring St by the hwy 80 exit in Vallejo. I come here for the chile verde, which is really good! Large portions and good prices

Newish restaurant in town! Opened a few months ago, but randomly checked Yelp and stumbled upon it. I went for a lunch special where I got an enchilada, soft taco, beans and rice for less than $20. Service was fast and efficient. They had a wide range of food selections that I appreciate it. My enchilada was so flavorful and the meat wasn't dried out either. They did not skimp on the filling in which I know a lot of places do. This was hefty and you can notice how stuffed it was. My taco was simple, but I liked how the tortilla actually held up. No need for a double stack of tortilla. Decor is pretty similar to what the previous restaurant was before so it's more on the nicer dining side. I will be returning and can't wait to try out what else I can get my hands on.

5/7/25 FYI. Super burrito

What a roller coaster experience. Jump straight to "service" for an explanation of the roller coaster.. Quality/Quantity - Complimentary Chips - Good. I actually like the slight "kick" on the sauce. Wet Burrito - This was HUGE! Hope you can tell from my pictures. Good flavors. I also liked the fact that they gave me hot sauce on the side so I/we can control how hot or not we wanted. See below service comments also. Super Burrito - My daughter also enjoyed it. We both took half our burritos home. Again, they were HUGE! Atmosphere - Small local business. Indoor and outdoor seating. Clean open kitchen Small private parking lot. The restrooms had an unusual smell... Paper towel dispenser did not work, but there was another small roll on the counter. Open 7 days a week from 9am or 10am to 8pm. Service - Drove into the private parking lot = Happy. Really appreciated safe and private parking lots to minimize auto break ins. Walked in and stood behind the "Please wait to be seated" sign and was greeted with a "WAIT." No please, nor I will be right with you... Okay, so we waited and waited. No big deal. Sat down as the 4th customer/party (4th table, approximately 10 people total in the restaurant) - Okay, maybe he just could not handle the 3-4 tables?!?! No problem... I watched as he was "running" around working hard. I felt a little better as I am understanding and compassionate. After ordering and getting our food, he flew by us 4 times and checked on us, thanks. Got us extra salsa for the chips, thanks. The food came out reasonably fast and of very good quality. Even gave me hot sauce on the side, thank you. Then the check came (and if you are following, I have had to resort to checking all my receipts as discrepancies happen now more often than not...). Sadly, I got overcharged $1. He tried to explain to me that I saw the wrong price on the menu, that there was extra cheese and... He then walked over to the menu and realized that the price on the menu was $15.99. Flipped a few pages over to show me the "Prices subject to change" sticker. Now I'm ready to just leave. If you would have just told me that my order was going to be $16.99 when I ordered, all of the above could have been avoided, and I would have still ordered what I wanted. But I do not appreciate the "bait and switch." Price - $35 + 15% tip. I did not want to "punish" the employee for the owner's pricing differences. Well I actually usually tip more than 15%, so maybe he could have handled our exit better. Owner Comment - Please invest the $$ on your menus to have the CORRECT prices. I will probably not be back as this left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended.

Clean, spacious restaurant. Super friendly, efficient waitress & chef/cook. Service was perfect. Food was hot and good. For me, their salsa was the star. Price was a little high for the area, but worth it.

you guyssss i loved this place. they messed up my order and gave me green instead of red but it worked out great because we got to try one red chilaquiles and one green. they were both soooo good. the salsa had a bit of spice but wasn't overwhelming. the eggs were seriously cooked so perfectly. the rice had great flavor and wasn't too dry. the beans were also really good. the meat was so great. i love carnitas and it was delicious from here. everything was so good. the horchata was homemade and not from a packet which is always the best sign. the food is never good when the horchata isn't homemade.

Freshly made corn tortillas, Try them with a dab of butter.

Not heavy on the batter and very tasty and fresh. I also had the cheese chile relleno which is stuffed proportionately correct with rice and cheese; but the sauce is really what made this dish stand out from any other chile relleno I've ever had. It is absolutely outstanding. Finally, we finished up with the house homemade flan which had the perfect texture and flavor. I did not want to leave ! That's how good everything is at La Ezkina. I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend. P.S. Ambiance is laid back; warm and inviting AND they have a parking lot!

The ambiance is cute with a small closed off glass area of wine and two seater table inside! Our waitress Dominique was amazing. She was able to give great recommendations for wines and food. She also made us feel taken cared of and was friendly/warm. The food is a mix of mexican/euro/american so there were a lot of different options. Here are the things we got: Appetizers - Parm crusted cauliflower: so good, nice and crunchy but not too heavily breaded. The chipotle mayo was delish - Chicharrones: so light and crispy! They were hot out of the fryer. It had a side of a corn cheese dip that was so good and made it more unique of a dish -- must try if you even kind of eat chicharrones. I don't generally like pork skin but I enjoyed it regardless. - Hamachi ceviche: this is a large sharing portion with chunks of hamachi and avocado. Good but not a must have. Entrees - Enchiladas: very cheesy and overall a good dish but I would skip this. - Shrimp tostadas: large size shrimp and it just comes with two tostadas so I don't think it was worth the price - Barramundi fillet: The fish was tender and juicy. I liked the marinades that came with it. I liked this dish with the rice because it made me feel homey. Good portion of fish. - Agua Chile Ribeye: This is a must have! The ribeye is sous vide so it was soo tender and juicy. The broth was really nice to keep everything moist and flavorful. Because we were celebrating a birthday, Dominique made a dessert with a nice special touch. Will definitely be back again!

I've been passing by Los Moles for years and never stopped in until we had a graduation dinner…read morethere for my niece. The main reason I never went before was the parking situation, which honestly can be a little challenging, but for this visit we found parking down the block and around the corner. The short walk after dinner ended up being nice anyway. We had reservations, although we did wait about 15 extra minutes while another party finished their meal. My family member pointed out they were enjoying drinks, so that probably added some time. The waiter was very friendly, attentive, and clearly trying to get us seated as quickly as possible. Water was brought to the table right away, and our drink order was taken promptly. I ordered the chicken salad and was pleasantly surprised to learn the mango vinaigrette dressing did not contain oils, since I personally avoid seed oils. The salad was fresh and delicious. Some of my family members ordered the buffet, which looked incredible. At first it seemed like too much food for me that day, but once I saw everything included, I started thinking maybe I should have ordered it too since it was only about seven dollars more. They brought complimentary chips, guacamole, and salsa to the table, and everything was so flavorful. The guacamole was especially delicious, and they happily refilled the chips several times. I finally understood why the restaurant is called "Los Moles" because their mole sauces are outstanding. I got to try some from my son's plate, and it definitely made me want to come back and explore more of the different mole options. They also offer vegetarian choices, which is great. Although I am very particular about cooking surfaces, my food is cooked on and in, the Mexican coffee which was heated in some type of who knows what metal, had a good flavor. It inspired me to re-create it at home. Another standout for me was the freshly made corn tortillas served with the meals. They were soft, warm, and incredibly good. I also tried the beans, which were full of flavor. Overall, this restaurant really stood out in my memory, and I definitely want to return someday to try more moles.
