    Lengua breakfast burrito
    Angela B.

I was really happy eating this!! Got a Lengua breakfast burrito delivered via DoorDash, about $30 It did give me 3ish meals? My niece had some, I had it two other times. Lengua wasn't gamey, it was tender and plentiful. Rice was fine but soft, tortilla had adequate flavor, French fries didn't match the what DoorDash menu said (something like roasted potatoes lol), eggs and cheese and guacamole worked well together. I'd give it 5 stars if the tortilla was more buttery/flavored! When the burrito was unwrapped, it was pretty soggy and wet likely from the condensation. I dried it and then air fried and it was yummy I'd def order again!!!

Came in a on weekday night and they were open late. Parking can be a pain next to a bar, but once inside staff is very attentive and friendly. There's lots of decorations inside and music playing on the flat screen. We also got free churros for dining in. There's a salsa bar with lots of options. You can also pay about $5 for refillable horchata. Food was delicious with huge portions. I got the steak and shrimp fajitas, and it could easily be shared with another person. Corn or flour tortillas as choices, and come in warmers. The shrimp were big, steak seasoned, lots of onions. Delicious! Will be back to try other food, but make sure you come with an empty stomach!

One fish taco with a side of beans

Very generous portions!! The fish taco is massive with a delicious and tender tortilla. The beans are well seasoned and I love having the beans with the warm chips. All the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. The salsas taste fresh and they have a good variety of spice levels. They even brought out warm churros on the house for dessert. Highly recommend this spot!

My friend and I came here before going to six flags and there wasn't anybody there. I got the super burrito with steak and my friend got the enchiladas rojas. We were started off with compliment chips. There's a salsa bar. The red salsa tasted weird like it was expired. The burrito was huge and had tons of meat so it was very filling. We got complimentary churros too. Service was great.

Absolutely amazing - Food was great! I ordered pozole - not greasy, perfect amount of spice, and a good amount of meat. I can't recall the second food item but it was yummy - Very rare find and has been such a struggle but I have finally found a place that has a bomb Michelada! Perfectly balanced mixture of beer & sauce. - Service was absolutely amazing! I felt very comfortable and at home. Super attentive, willing to adjust and substitute. They truly do make it happen and value customer satisfaction - Ambiance was giving fun, clean and authentic lol I definitely think this place has to be a lot busier during after work hours or weekends. I would love to come back during dinner time since we did come in on an early Monday morning. I will be returning - also the dessert menu? If you're not already stuffed.. try the Churros! You will not be disappointed

If you are looking for the best tacos in Vallejo, El Tesoro Mazatlán is a mandatory stop. While they are famous for their mariscos (seafood) and Mazatlán-style shrimp dishes, their street tacos are the local gold standard. The Food As you can see from the photo, the presentation is stunning--yes, those are fresh orange slices and a purple orchid, making "street food" feel like a fine-dining experience. * The Tacos: Served on double corn tortillas, the meats are juicy and perfectly seasoned. The Carne Asada has that authentic char, while the Al Pastor offers the perfect balance of savory and spice. * The Toppings: They don't skimp. You get a generous heap of fresh cilantro and onions, with crisp lime wedges to cut through the richness. * Pro Tip: Don't skip the chips! They are served warm with a house-made salsa that has just the right amount of kick. The Vibe & Service The atmosphere inside is vibrant, clean, and filled with colorful Mexican artwork. The service is famously friendly--don't be surprised if you're treated to a complimentary churro at the end of your meal. It's that extra touch of hospitality that makes this a standout Mexican restaurant in the Bay Area.

Wow oh wow! If you're looking for a SOLID place to satisfy your Mexican food craving, then hop in your car and tell your phone to direct you to here! The SUPER SHRIMP BURRITO is ON POINT with the size and fillings (rice, beans, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and big pieces of perfectly cooked shrimp). I was eating while dancing! Hahaha To elevate the burrito or customize it exactly to your taste, head to their SALSA BAR with a selection of different tasty salsas ranging in heat level, pickled items such as onions, carrots, and jalapeños, chopped cilantro, chopped cucumbers, and lemons. The ASADA TACOS are filling! They are street taco size but they top it off with a good mound of moist and perfectly seasoned meat. Let's say, you can make 2 tacos out of one. The CEVICHE DE CAMARON is summer on a plate! Fresh and citrusy. In contrast to other places, they give a good amount to top 3-5 tostadas! The Churros??? DO NOT PASS ON THIS! SAVE ROOM! They are fresh, hot, and rolled in cinnamon sugar! Now on to the best parts besides the food! First, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! Immediately after I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with friendly smiles. High fives to Michael and Jorge who were super attentive and helpful. I never had to look for someone for a refill or to clear the table of emptied plates. Second, the place itself is clean and the decor is colorful and vibrant.

this has to be one of the best places i've been to in a while. i cannot express how amazing the service was. shout out to our servers Jorge and Roberto. always coming by to pick up plates, refill our drinks and make sure we had everything we needed. the food was also very good, tacos were huge and they weren't stingy with their portions. we tried the 3 ceviche's which was my personal favorite. we had the fish and shrimp tacos as well as the sopes. the environment was also very welcoming with good music and nice decorations. overall one of the best experiences i've had in a while and will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu :)

My friend and I were looking for a place to meet up that was about halfway from SF and Sacramento, so we chose Vallejo :) This place had amazing reviews and plenty of veggie options. My friend got their chile-verde and I got a cheese enchilada plate with salsa verde. I saw that their churro plate got plenty of reviews, so I ordered one for my friend and I to share. They also gave us a complimentary order on the house :) Everything was lovely. However, it was the service that my friend and I fell in love with. The two gentlemen that primarily worked the restaurant made sure my friend and I were comfortable from the second that we arrived and sat down to when we left. They made sure our table was cleared in a timely manner in between entrees and dessert, and also helped pack our leftovers in such a sweet way where they were already ahead of us before we even asked :) One of the gentlemen even refilled my friend's soft drink from the dispenser machine, even though he really didn't need to. Just a warm and cozy spot to hang out with yummy food and amazing service, with lovely, eye-catching art on the walls. I'm a sucker for the Dia De Los Muertos art/paintings and how lovely the women look portrayed in different colors and styles. The parking can be challenging in their small lot out front but there is plenty on the streets nearby if you're willing to walk a couple minutes. Would definitely go back if I'm in the Vallejo area!

I stopped by here in search of a good burrito and I'm so glad I did! Inside is decorated nicely and there is good music and a great vibe. The service was welcoming, thoughtful and quick, best of all the burrito was so good! I'll be back.

The line was considerably long around 7:30 p.m. so it took a while for us to order and receive our food. I like that the tacos here are single tortilla -- as opposed to double tortillas, so the filling to tortilla ratio feels a lot more balanced. For both tacos, the meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. Although a bunch of sauces and garnishes are provided, the taco was good enough on its own. Of the sauces we received, my favorites to add was a squeeze of lime and the red sauce, which had a nice smokey Chipotle flavor and wasn't overly spicy. My friend ordered a quesadilla and it was absolutely massive! I definitely would only recommending ordering a quesadilla if you're sharing it, or if you're coming with a massive appetite. Overall, Tacos El Sazón Oaxaqueño was a nice gem we randomly stumbled upon while routing to In-N-Out for burgers. We order ahead because we're on a tight schedule -- I'm a busy, involved parent getting him to the gym after school. A few weeks back, despite ordering plain chicken, his plate came out with pico de gallo. He won't eat it that way. I didn't have time to drive back, so I let it go. The following week, we ordered in person and the waitress assured me she double-checked the order. My son's meal came out correctly -- but my plate was made plain instead of how I ordered it. Not a big deal. I can eat it. I called simply to let them know there was a mix-up -- not demanding anything, not asking for free food. What I wasn't prepared for was being called a liar. I was told the order was made correctly and that if I wanted it fixed I had to bring everything back immediately -- including the salsas. I explained we were on a time schedule for my son's gym session. Instead of understanding, I was told my "games won't fly" there and that I was being a "Karen" looking for free food. My son was hungry and upset during the call. She heard him. We drove back anyway. I placed the plate on the counter, and once she saw it, the mistake was obvious. Only then did she offer to remake it. At that point it wasn't about the food -- it was about being accused of lying and being publicly disrespected in front of my child. Weeks later, I noticed the order was never refunded. I had to dispute the charge with American Express to get my money back. I've supported this restaurant for years. This wasn't about a wrong plate -- mistakes happen. It was about how we were treated when trying to resolve it. I can't return after being called dishonest and a beggar over a simple order issue.

The food is very, very good, the prices are reasonable, and the portions you get are worth it. It's kind of hard to miss when driving by, but they also have a small sign near the street letting you know they're there. I had known about this taco truck for years but never stopped until last year, and now I wish I had gone sooner. I ordered a super burrito and a few tacos. One thing I really like is that they actually list the length of their burritos on the menu. That's a nice touch because sometimes you order a "super burrito" somewhere else and end up with something small. Here, you know exactly what you're getting. Out of all the taco trucks in Vallejo, this is easily one of my top three burrito trucks. I try not to burn myself out eating at the same place too often, so I like switching between favorites, and this is definitely one I keep coming back to. I almost always get the steak burrito. One thing I really love is the pico de gallo they use. They use red onions, which gives it a nice touch, and every time I get it, I can really taste the cilantro in the pico de gallo throughout the burrito. The steak and chicken street tacos were also really good but the burrito is always my favorite! Parking is never an issue because they share a parking lot with an auto body shop during off-hours, so there's usually plenty of space. They also have cones to help guide cars entering and exiting the lot. When your food is ready, they call your order number over the microphone/intercom system, then ask if you want red or green sauce and chips. Overall, I've always had a great experience here. If you're in Vallejo and looking for a good taco truck, I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
