He suggest I just use some liquid to keep the screws tight and it would help keep the door and hinge straight. I didnt know how to use the liquid so he said he would help me. He opened the tube of liquid he pulled from the shelf for me (assuming it was for me to purchase in case I needed it again). When he was done, he said $10. After I paid, I said thanks where is the tube for me to bring home. He said it wasnt for me and I was paying for his "services". So basically if I had said I wanted to buy the tube of liquid and leave without him "helping" me, it would have been $8 and I would have kept the tube. Jack is a scammer. If they ever offer to "help" with something, be aware its for the "services" and not the product you thought you were buying. I will NEVER be going back to Bunchers.

They have every part. Gadgets and tool possibly available. Better than the big box store the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and will walk around and help you find what you need. I ordered furniture that had to be assembled and there were not the correct number of screws so I rushed in flustered and they ease my stress and found the exact right pieces to help me finish the project. They always ask if you need anything else. I tried to build a play set for my grandchild and vey sport but I mistakenly got a wrong piece stuck and could not get it out I rushed over again almost crying and asked what could I do? They very patiently and kindly were able to take apart and asked if I had brought the screws with me they were going to attach the pieces properly for me I am forever grateful for their guidance on paint selections, finishes. Accessories needed to complete the project. Over the years I have gone on knowing what needed, or mostly knew what I wanted to do but not what I needed to eat it done and they guided me on how to hand heavy mirrors and shelving. Repair or patch wood finishes that have been damaged. Adding the kindness, patience and care they show every customer, I am genuinely grateful for a local small business.Honestly the prices compare to big box stores where it's sometimes hard to find what you need and you certainly will not get the care and attention you receive here. It is worth it even for I've small item. Stop by and say hi! Let me add they cut keys as it is getting harder to find anyone that still does this! I expected it to be expensive (a different company quoted me a lot), and these guys quoted me for both the pea gravel and the mulch with delivery less than I would have paid for just the mulch being delivered. It's MUCH better mulch, the pea gravel is really nice, and I was a pain in the ass and changed my order twice because as I dug out my patio area, the size changed. The man I spoke with when I stopped by to look at product even suggested I get some less expensive flagstones elsewhere since I'm painting them instead of paying premium for natural stone with them. I mean, wow. Really doesn't try to oversell you which is a great change from other places I tried. He even told me because of my soil I didn't really need to spend the money on packing material for the base because I was making a pea gravel not flagstone patio. They delivered it to my driveway, and expertly maneuvered between the houses with no issue. Total professionals. The product is really good, and they were generous. I have almost too much mulch, now, so I may tear out all the dang weeds on the side of the house and mulch that entire strip so I don't have as much work in the summer. Thanks, guys! I'll be ordering mulch from you next year, too!

When I asked him if he knew what lock I was was talking about he said yeah, we just don't carry that one. I asked him if he could get it and: Do you know how much it is installed? How long might it take to get? All questions went unanswered and he said let me take your number and I'll call you back. Two weeks later, I decided to stop back. Each time I went, the doors were locked and the hands on the plastic clock were pointed to an hour from then. Eventually I made it back there and caught him actually at work. I was The same guy told me I must've given my number to someone else, and that he didn't take it. He was wrong. It was HIM. And it was him that never called me back. At this point I feel like I feel like this guy just doesn't want my money. Then he answers the phone in the middle of our conversation and continues to stay on the phone despite the fact that I already waited about 10 minutes for the previous customer to finish and leave. Then he hangs up and asks for my number again and says let me find out what I can do. I left my number chuckling as I read the numbers aloud. That was about a month ago. After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved!
